I called for weeks trying to get an explanation for the amount on my bill & never received a call back. It took me driving 45 mins to their offices to be sat down & told that they charge a flat rate no matter the amount of labor performed. All I know is that I was without A/C for 6 days, was charged nearly $600 with no itemization or explanation behind a part replacement when the part was warrantied & could not get a call back for weeks. They messed up didn't order enough of the black pipe and put in a section of white pipe. That was OK. I understood they were supposed to come back and fix it. I called 3 to 4 times. Spoke to every time said we're gonna get that done. We're gonna be right on it. The last time I called I spoke to someone named John who claimed to be the manager must not be much of a manager, he said he had that piece on his desk for several months now and couldn't remember who or which project it went to he said he would get right on it. It's been another month to a month and a half, and they still have not replaced it. I have used total comfort for a lot of plumbing issues, HVAC issues and my LP gas 90 LP gas is no longer with them and I'm glad for that because I will never recommend or use them for anything ever again horrific customer service. It's sad but since the split it seems effect on customer service
