Some of the worst food I've had in my life. The rice seemed like it was not cooked at all. Impossible to even talk to customer service.

I didn't think that a bad chipotle even existed, I assumed chipotle was chipotle. This place is awful. I go more often than I'm proud of but only because I'm on campus. The food is never consistent, often skimpy, my friend got a loaded burrito with double rice and double chicken and it looked like a hot pocket. And they've never once been polite or courteous. I genuinely hate this place. Everyone who works here has the personality of a 15yo male teen going through puberty and they act so irritated by your presence. I stood there once for over 5 minutes while they were cleaning and and I was being patient but in between sweeping/mopping/putting food away they all kept checking their phones and making eye contact with me. No one said hello or that they'd be right with me. Then when he came to the counter he put his phone on his pocket without washing his hands and said "Whatd ya want" and I just said thanks but I had to leave. Just go to hot heads or drive to boardman. Even their delivery sucks, whatever you'd normally order will be half the size. read more

Ordered my chipotle bowl, I ordered a veggie bowl with extra brown rice, sour cream, cheese, corn, and lettuce. What I received is a bowl that is not even full, half the amount of rice for a bowl and I even asked for extra, and no corn. What a mess read more

My girlfriend called and complained because they made her food wrong and it was cold. We ordered through door dash. We had no idea which restaurant made it and called them all until this one claimed the order . The manager there said we need only give her name and it will be as good as replaced. Even tho this does not replace the doordasher fee which annoyed us. A few weeks later we decide we want to get the replacement last night. I get sent to go get our order and no he's not there. I explain the issue and she calls him to tell me you need a receipt or someway to claim you are who you are. WAIT WAIT WAIT WHY did the manager say just give a name and your good???????‍‍‍ So I argued keeping temper and tone in check and ask for her to call him I want to speak with him. She calls l, ignores my requests and again forwards messages . NO, I asked to speak with him . For some reason he could not and the excuse offered was someone passed away in the family earlier this week.....but he could talk to her.... I was so upset. Lied to, betrayed. I said I am sitting here until I can speak with him. She said your not allowed to . I said watch me and sat there telling every new customer how they liked and if they are ordered to check food temps and if it's right because they will lie and play games with you. I kept asking to speak to the district manager or asking for contact info since I was refused the option of speaking to a manager. She told me it was against company policy to pass on this info. HUGE BOGUS LIE! She even pulled the name up but just wanted verification we were that person. That's when I presented her debt card which was used to pay for the order with her name on it and THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! IF THEY INCLUDED SALES SLIPS IN THE BAGS WITH DOOR DASH SALES THIS WOULD BE NON ISSUE! Tell me how they can't look up an order via credit card when Walmart sure as hell can! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION! I know students get hungry, but they took our money, served us an order made wrong, it was cold, told us lies, told us more lies, made us waste time in life we will never get back and never gave us what they owed us. In a sense it's theft by deception because they stole our money we would have never given them had we not been deceived that we would be getting good quality food and what we ordered. I will NOT be letting this slide. The lady working last night was rude and ignorant and careless to our situation. I've been to many Chipotles in my day, and each of them always seem to have their own charm. This one was a beast--and I mean that in the best way. I was downtown for some paperwork and noticed there was a new location; I was hungry, so I might as well stop in. As I approached I noticed this one had a drive up window (I later found out it's called a "Chipotlane," a window to pick up mobile orders) and there was a line of cars wrapped around it. Inside was no different. I almost coaxed myself into slipping out and hitting up a different drive through. I decided to stay--and boy am I glad I did! With no exaggeration, there were about 40 or so people in line. In no more than TEN MINUTES I was face front of the glass placing my order. The food looked fresh, and almost like it was out of a Chipotle ad. Despite the crazy amount of people in and around this store, the employees quickly--and happily--moved us all through the line and had us eating our delicious food in no time! From the cool modern layout to the great food and service, this chipotle is a great stop for lunch when you're in a hurry because it's clear they value our time. Can't wait to come back! read more
