Waited in line for 20 minutes to order breakfast just to get denied the chance to order it because it turned 10:30 as we were walking up to the counter to order. The food wasn't good, the nuggets were burnt, the fries were way too salty and the chicken sandwich has a brown juice coming out of it. read more

Very slow today, usually pretty quick. Dined in and out sauces were forgotten for our salads, and our fries. Took double the amount of time it usually takes for our food to come out too. Finally I don't have to drive 25 minutes all the way to Boardman for an awesome chicken sandwich. This place just opened on 09.09.2015, and the lines have been really long, so expect a wait when you come here, at least until the novelty wears off. However, the drive through did move fairly quickly, even for being so congested. What can I say about the chicken sandwiches? They're delicious. I like the regular with either some BBQ sauce, Chick Fil A sauce, or even plain. But my favorite has got to be the #4 - spicy chicken deluxe. Spicy chicken breast with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. That's some good heat. The grilled chicken nuggets are great also, actually better than KFC grilled chicken (sorry, Colonel). The waffle fries are just ok, but add some BBQ, ranch, Chick Fil A sauce, or cheese sauce for dipping, and they're much better. Top it all off with a frosted lemonade. read more

As usual this location continues to be excellent! Stopped for breakfast today and there was literally nothing that could have been improved upon. After seeing the car behind me plus 9 other cars being allowed to order ahead of me in the other lane, (curbside and dining in not an option). I brought it to the managers attention of all the cars that they had let ahead of me. She told me that's pretty much the luck of the draw and they have no control over it. Imagine you get 2 $10 gift cards for Christmas, you swipe the first one with the guy in the line and he says the second one isn't able to be used on his hand held card reader so you would have to go to the window, he cancels the first transaction even though he already used 1 $10 gift card, you get to the window and two snooty cashiers tell you they are gonna have to charge the rest on your debit card or take food back when you are just trying to feed your family. I'm in shock at the experience I had at this location. The drive thru set up is terrible there were two girls taking orders on one side literally both girls at the same car so of course that side was moving fast the other side had just one girl and it was taking forever, after getting through that disaster I then had to stop yet again in another traffic jam to get a receipt from another girl. I finally get to the window and get my food and it was HORRIBLE!!!! I've been eating chic-fil-a for years and this was the worst food I've ever had I couldn't even eat it. Bought lunch earlier today and was told I could not buy a gift card at the curbside. I had to do that through the drive-through. Came back an hour or so later, bought the gift card no problem. But when I asked for a refill of the drink I bought earlier I was told they could not. Back in the day I could eat in the restaurant, (I am fully aware of the reasons that cannot be done now!), they would provide complementary mints and I could get a refill of a drink! It's been a while since this location opened. While the food and service had been consistently outstanding -- it is now starting to waver. The girls at the drive-thru window seem to not pay attention to what orders they are handing out and think nothing of stuffing the bag so full that not only will it not close -- but it frequently results in a torn bag. Don't use mobile app! Don't prepay for food!! These are things that make your food order longer. Employees accuse customer of mistakes ( couldn't find order they twice asked if I'm sure I chose this location) App didn't record I selected drive thru. Then I didn't receive my complete order. Called manager Ed. He only defended everything and said mistakes happen. Never apologized. I am sorry it took me so long to post my review for this new Chicfila. They have been open several weeks now and I have been at least four times - including opening day! I am extremely happy to say that even on that very busy first day they still had amazing service and my food was hot, fresh and perfect. I realize that this is fast food, but in the grand scheme of fast foods I love Chicfila. They do not have a huge, intricate menu that rotates like other fast food places. They have tried and true chicken favs that people can enjoy. Their salads are beautiful and inviting when you see them making you feel a little less like you just ran through a drive thru. And let's face it we all hit our share of drive thrus! I personally recommend their sweet ice tea and speaking of ice they have the wonderful nugget ice! I wish they would sell it by the bag!!! It is the most wonderful ice in the world. So glad to have them in the neighborhood! If you have not visited them yet you should do so! It is worth it! read more
