I'm torn between giving this location 1 or 2 stars. The biggest issue is that the drinking water tap has been out of service for a long time. Instead of fixing it, customers are left with no choice but to buy bottled drinks if they want water. Not even providing free drinking water is disappointing and reflects poorly on the customer experience. However, i gave more than 1 star because this location has convenient parking lot. To the management: Shouldn't a restaurant provide drinking water to its customers? Is anyone managing this location for most basic amenities? read more

In a world of many chipotles, I will drive the 25 minutes from my house to this one (passing two others). This is hands down my favorite Chipotle in the North Shore area. Chipotle has a rep for not the cleanest restaurants, but this location always looks clean. The customer service here is quite good and I had a good experience this afternoon (10/5/24). I ordered on the app at lunch time on a Friday. It had told me the quickest for asap pick up was 12:40. I ordered a burrito. When I arrived 7 minutes past pick up time I saw on the app they were "running behind". I wasn't the only one waiting, I think my order was close to done at 1 where they yelled out my name. I did thank them and it was crickets. Clearly not many happy staff at Chipotle My burrito was very full, a little too messy but worth the price. If you are coming here around lunch time and want it to be as quick as possible I'd just do the assembly line and order right away. Unless you plan on being later than your pick up time. Against better judgment, I took my niece here because it was close and we were pressed for time. Ordered 2 burritos and asked for guacamole. The server said they were out (as usual). Yet, the online order station had a full tub. The cashier told me "It's no good" as I watched an employee put it on a burrito (it was green and fine looking). The server then said that it was only for online customers and they can't advertise on the website that they are out of ingredients. Chipotle, seriously, WTF? Your Woburn location is a steaming pile of hot mess run by people who clearly have zero management experience. I worked in food service for 10 years and this is the most poorly run restaurant I have ever seen. How hard is it to manage an inventory? Corporate doesn't even respond to customer service emails anymore, so you get the same dismal treatment from them too. Every time I have eaten the food, I get sick. Always messy and loud. They have a lot of spanish speaking staff that just yell at each other and swear, saying bad things. I have seen two little girls cook in the kitchen area and all they do is mess around and probably dont make the food right. Managers seem to be very rude to other staff and customers. Beyond disappointed with the professionalism of the front end staff on the evening of 6/18. They were out of chicken, lettuce, corn, white rice, and veggies. Upon me asking for the guacamole to be comped since most of my order could not be completed, I was met with a blunt "no we dont do that". Decided to give the in person line a go, and regretted it. Front staff worker making the bowls and burritos was incredibly rude raising his voice to the customers asking us why we chose "this sh*thole" to eat at. They were out of essentially every item leaving only a few options. Slapped each spoonful of food down with such force that food was splattering everywhere. The counters were extremely messy. Wrapped the customer behind me burrito so forcefully that it ripped wide open, customer politely asked for a different tortilla and the worker took the burrito and slammed it into the trash and refused to make him another one. 6 people left in line prior to paying for their food due to the rudeness and lack of any cleanliness. i went to chipolte a couple hours ago. when i went up i ordered a quesadilla when my quesadilla came out it was a tortilla with just shredded cheese. they didnt use the quesadilla maker. so, i went up to get a new one, and they "fixed it" by guving me one that was the exact same. not to mention my friend ordered a plain tortilla with her toppings on the side so she could make them herself, but, it was not that at all. when she went up the first thing the worker said was "uh you again???" this chipolte NEVER lets me down. but, a horrible experience. read more

On Monday 05/29/23 I placed an order for 2 rice bowls to be delivered. Prior to ordering I asked about no guac and the milder chicken. The first rice bowl was a "veggie" bowl with no guac and salsa/sour cream. The second bowl was a chicken bowl with cheese, sour cream, and salsa. When my order arrived I noticed the bowls were not labeled like they usually are. But no big deal. I opened the first bowl and noticed it was loaded in guac despite requesting no guac and out it in the name like instructed as I couldn't untick the ticker. The second bowl seemed ok. I mix in some sour cream and salsa and take a bite. At first I was thinking the flavor was off but wasn't sure. I took a second bite and while chewing I started to have an allergic reaction. I spit the food out and got emergency meds. I declined so fast my mother called 911 and I was rushed to the hospital. The responding paramedic was so worried she had a second paramedic along with two emts to ride with us. My mom also rode with us as she was speaking for me since I couldn't talk. At first the ER contacted the critical care team from the ICU as after 2 rounds of meds at home & the drive in I wasn't responding to them. They gave a third round and thankfully I did start to turn around. I remained there for several hours getting more meds and eventually the doctors were comfortable sending me home. I tried multiple times to contact Chipotle to inform about the situation. They didn't even have the decency to contact me back. I left detailed messages with my contact info on their site contact us firm and email. There was one who left their number and I left multiple voicemail message with no response. I know there is always a gamble when eating out with food allergies and other medically related dietary restrictions. It can happen in your own home too. Because I've eaten at many chipotle restaurants (including international locations) with no major issues I felt I could trust the mobile delivery order. I don't know what's worse being charged for an incorrectly made order (food allergies aside it was made wrong) or being ignored when you're bringing a life threatening situation to their attention so it can be addressed and prevented. I'm giving up on ever hearing back from them and resolving the issue. I'll take my business elsewhere we need they actually care about their customers and experiences. Anyone with allergies/dietary restrictions learn from this $40 something error. read more

Let me preface by saying that this is my third review ever so that should speak volumes for me taking the time to provide my feedback. I went there this evening to get food for my family(wife and 2 children). First, they were out of kids meal trays so they placed their food in the mini salsa cups. Second, we probably go there 5-6 times per year and we've never been charged extra for guacamole for one of the kids sides. The 3 sides come with kids meal and it's always been included without extra charge. Third, I've gotten an adult cheese quesadilla there on the spot without issue but I was told that this needs to be an online order for them to make a quesadilla...baffling. I guess thank you to the other employees in the past that have done it before without issue. Lastly, thank you to the employee that informed me that he's been working there for 1.5 years and that I'm wrong. I'm perfectly ok with never stepping foot in this location ever again. read more
