Breakfast review: Seasoned potatoes are much better then similar fast food items. By far the best biscuits compared to BK/McD's The only downside is the sausage patties. Slightly off taste and have been served cold every time I've ordered. Small window to order breakfast (9-10:30am) read more

This has to be the slowest drive thru I've experienced in my life. 30 minutes for 6 cars in front of me, I'm a very patient person but this was kind of ridiculous. Do not come here at night if you are looking for a quick stop read more

Every few years I try this Wendy's again since it's right on my way home. And every time it's worse than before. Cold, soggy french fries, cold, soggy chicken nuggets. I'd rather go home and eat a peanut butter sandwich, at least it's food. I don't think I've ever had a properly cooked french fry at this Wendy's in the 15 or so years since they opened. read more

DO NOT EAT THE FISH! or anything else... they cook it ahead of time and it is disgusting!!!!! Run run to hopefully a better wendys if you dare! Zero stars! read more

Note to self: not all Wendy's are alike! We usually go to the one in Waltham. At this one, they are superrude and there are inappropriate stickers vandalizing the drive thru window. So your kids have to see that and you lose your appetite after paying. Also the fries were inedible. We will not be back. read more

Mice...mice running around the eating area. Doors, soda machine disgusting. I love Wendy's but not this one!!! Brought this to the managers attention. Will also reach out to the Woburn Board of Health. read more

This location is a disaster. I keep trying to come here because my kids like it but I think I have reached my limit. I have NEVER had a correct order through the drive thru ever. Any sort of modification like no mayo (my son has an egg allergy), no ketchup (my daughter just doesn't like it) is ignored. I have found better luck ordering on the app which tells me it's the drive thru employees that just can't be bothered to take the order with any changes. Sometimes there is an older man working the drive thru and he is just outright abusive, he will yell at you if you try to ask for a straw or napkins, he is also difficult to understand but if you ask again he will just yell louder. I have given up. and to be honest- even fast food- a rating of a 1 is really bad so I guess it is accurate to feel this location is hopeless. read more

I find myself stopping at this Wendy's location for late night food since the Wendy's up in NH are already closed by 10 PM. The drive thru at this location is usually the only option late night since the dining room is already closed. Also, I've found the drive thru service quicker here at this Wendy's than at the nearby McDonald's drive thru (their lobby also closed late night), which can take around 30 minutes on a late Friday night. As for the food, I usually order Taco Salads, Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, Fries, and Spicy Chicken Sandwiches for the road with no issues. However on my last visit to this drive thru, I ordered a Taco Salad with lightning quick service (less than 2 minutes to receive my food), but I noticed they forgot the nacho chips after I pulled away. I had to reenter the drive thru and pull back up to the window. Good thing there were no other vehicles in the drive thru and I was able to receive my missing nacho chips with apology. read more

If I could rate it a zero I would. The most absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. No greeting hello, no greeting have a nice day, not even a response when you greet them. Manager is always yelling at employees. Food order is never correct. our last and final visit the Manager looked at us and asked "what are you smiling about?". This was only after we had ordered, finalized the order, pulled up to the window only to get the opposite of what we ordered. Why? Because they were "out" of chicken sandwiches. so instead of telling us they were just going to slip it in our bag and hope we didn't check. I can't even explain how disturbing the employees attitudes are, to include the managers. STAY AWAY! read more

The worker there was SO horrible a rude!! The bacon fries we ordered had not been in the bag, so my boyfriend went back in to go ask for them and the lady was just flat out rude. She proceeded to say 'You didn't order them' and then when he showed the receipt and she was proven wrong she said 'whatever'. But that isn't even the worse part. While he was waiting, she said to him 'Ive been working here since 9, you must be running in here with daddy's money' and continued to insult my boyfriend and saying how he doesn't work. He's in the military and works all day, and for her to insult him like that was just unacceptable- all because she forgot to give us fries. My boyfriend was very calm and civil, but was very upset once we left. Did I also forget to mention she threw the bag at us?Absolutely horrible. Literally all we wanted was to get some lunch, please NEVER go here! read more

I'd give Minus 5 stars if I could!! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD...read to the end. I was at Wendy's on Montvaile Ave the other day, went thru the drive thru. After being yelled at for not stating the size of the frosty I ordered along with an apple, pecan salad which comes with hot chicken on top. After paying the woman, (without gloves or washing her hands) she then began preparing drinks for the next person in line, pressing down on the cover. There was cream for coffee next to a coffee machine that was surrounded by plastic bags & napkins. I finally got the order, drove to a spot to eat. I put the dressing & the nuts on top. Picked at it a little then began to eat it with my fork. ALL OF A SUDDEN....a COCKROACH crawled out from under the chicken. It has taken me all weekend to be able to put this in writing. I was and still am sick to my stomach!! After throwing the salad and roach out of my car, I went inside and asked for my money back. The conditions I saw under the container where the fries are placed was BEYOND FILTHY. I expect to see fries and maybe a napkin or 2 on the floor, but I saw filth!! I saw at least a half inch of dust along with fries, paper and God knows what else all over the floor. The counter even felt dirty, (not sure why I touched it after this experience). I was refused my money back because I didn't have my receipt, I think it was thrown out the car door along with the roach. I then told the woman in charge what happened. She said loudly..."oh no we were just inspected and they found no roaches". I told her I was contacting headquarters and walked out. As I was leaving there were 3 boys, maybe 11 or 12 years old. They said "Wendy's is good". This is why I'm writing a review, those poor kids had no idea what they could be eating or bringing home as their backpacks were sitting on the floor. Now I'm calling headquarters... read more

Negative 5 starts should really be a rating on here. Where do I begin? Old stale frozen chicken Pattie's? Stale fries Cold food Wrong order Forgotten items Rude employees Terrible service My mother got a sandwich that was absolutely VILE. Wendy's - "Bacon Jalapeño Spicy Chicken Sandwich" missing the bacon and jalapeño - Burgers Near Me - Woburn, Massachusetts

I LOVE Wendy's, but this location is not good whatsoever. The coke even tasted bad. No more needs to be said.

Went through the drive through at Wendy's this evening at about 6PM. Not only was the person taking the order difficult to understand, but the order itself had two mistakes(they gave me a single instead of a double for the burger and my wife's diet vanilla Coke was just Diet Coke. All this with no eye contact during the exchange read more

Horrible! Poor attendance that i've seen in my life, they don't know how to treat the customers, i just waited for 5 minutes while the employees just talking about their life with each other. I like wendy's, so not this one. Amateur attending read more

Got order wrong twice. Decided to stop and grab a fish sandwich combo on the way home. I used the self ordering kiosk in the restaurant to order a fish sandwich no pickle, no tartar sauce, no cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions. Small drink and small French fries. Got home - received fish sandwich pickle, tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato and NO onions (fries were good and gone by the time I got home) Went back, told them the order was wrong, said I ordered with no pickle, no tartar sauce (the very busy woman at the counter went back to get my sandwich replaced, I incorrectly assumed that they could look up the order ). Waited several minutes (it was busy and it is being made fresh so not a problem). Got the fish sandwich (didn't feel as warm as the first one) and it had fish and cheese. I went back (luckily still in the restaurant) said still wrong, it has cheese - she said I didn't say no cheese (which I didn't) but also no lettuce (which is standard). Decided I couldn't wait another 10 minute (since now my fast dinner was already 40 minutes (including the time I drove home and drove back) and still no sandwich. $7.69 for a small french fry , small soda and a lesson to NEVER eat at Wendy's. On the positive side, the woman at the counter was very polite and apologized. Recognized me when I came back in and promptly greeted me. I left after telling them the 2nd wrong sandwich (I did not give them the opportunity to respond to my complaint -- they were too busy and honestly I no longer wanted to eat their food). They are unstaffed - but they are also careless. If they would take the time to look at the order, they wouldn't have to make it twice (or more if I really wanted the sandwich) read more

I stopped there this afternoon with my grand son after his socker game. We both order a lunch he ate his I took mine home. When I dod decide to eat mine half way thru the hamburger there was a piece of hair. This should not have happen the sandwich and fries were very good but, I certainly am in no hurry to eat there again. P.L Melrose read more

This is a true disgrace. This establishment disregards their patrons. Upon arrival after a terrible day, I order a JUNIOR VANILLA frosty. After waiting for 15 minutes due to a car crash through the fence that left significant damage, I finally arrived at the window. I was waiting for another 5 minutes because the machine was secreting a discolored liquid. I watched the employee throw the sliding glass window fill my cup with CHOCOLATE. I was enraged upon my first sip I had a burning feeling in my stomach. Though I finished the frosty I ended up having severe diarrhea when I arrived home. To summarize I will NEVER be coming to this hell hole again. read more

I gave this place 2 stars on google but now im only giving it 1 star. If the manager/owner is reading this, train your employees not to be rude d-bags to customers. No hello, no "your total is...", no thank you. They just reach our their hands to take your money and damn near throw the food at you to get you outta there. And the quality has gone way down hill. read more

I've frequented wendys many times and when it's good...it's awesome but mainly is so-so. Last and only time I asked for a hamburger with extra onions and got a semi warm I fresh hamburger; one small 1/2 ring of onion; small amount of ketchup/mustard I could hardly taste (of two bites) and stale cold bun. The coffee did not taste like coffee at all. It was a warm dark water ... I will never go back there again. And Altho I am not a big McDonald's fan I would definitely go the 3 doors down now. read more

Horrible There was trash everywhere, the service sucked and we had to ask for utensils (which we should have gotten in the first place)

I work outside so went to use the bathroom to wash my hands to get something to eat. There is no Hot water in the bathroom at all. Do you really believe that people wash their hand in cold water? Spicy chicken sandwich was gross and I have never had a bad one at any other location. Dry chicken with way more breading than meat. It had an awkward amount of mayo smothered on it. If this was due to bad product from a central location they should have opted to not serve it. Fries were good and the register person was friendly. The dining area was not clean. read more

I went here with high hopes of having my hunger satisfied and I will not lie it was. But the price I paid for 4 jr cheeseburgers and a crispy chicken sandwich is ridiculous. I was charged 30$ and when I asked what the price was about I was yelled at and made to feel inferior. Never have I left a fast food joint so upset. They did not want to talk to me or even hear what I had to say even though looking at their menu now I know I was duped. Wendy I know this isn't your fault but something needs to be done. Someone needs to take a stand. read more

I should have read the reviews before going to this location. Absolutely awful customer service. Placed an online order expecting it to be ready when I arrived. It was not. No big deal. But then they forgot an order of fries and a drink and ketchup. And the Frostys were NOT frozen. They were water. And as mentioned in other posts, the fries are basically inedible. This location always finds a way to screw up my Wendy's experience. I come here for a quick bite to eat. You would think my visit would be simple, quick and delicious. NOT. They forgot most of the items in my bag? Like how do you do that when you stare at a screen that has the items listed? So I get home and realized they forgot to put some of my food in the bag. I call them and ask them to refund my credit card. "We cannot refund you over the phone, you have to come in" WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT, should just go pick up my food instead AND get a refund. I get to the door, and the manager abrubtly states "Sorry, the inside is closed" I'M HERE FOR MY REFUND.... He just refunded the one item, not the meal which I thought was awful customer service, but it wasn't worth my time arguing wit hthe 19 year old so called manager.... Yes, he made me stand outside of the door, while he got my food and refund. RIDICULOUS? YES. NEVER AGAIN.....after this has happened to my mom and dad as well. read more

Without a doubt, this is the worst Wendy's drive-through in MA. I am a self-admitted Wendy's devotee but I just will not go here again. Super-rude staff....awful food.....terrible fries..... It might be worth it to drive all the way to Waltham to satisfy my Wendy's cravings. read more
