Cute stopover in town. Very friendly bartender and dog-friendly. Variety of local beer cans on the menu and a few on tap. Prices are a bit steep. Friend ordered the fish tacos, came with three very tiny but she said they were tasty. I had a burger (can't recall name), but it was thin patties with blue cheese and bacon jam on grilled Texas toast. It was very tasty (but the bacon jam overpowered all other flavors). Would have preferred a thicker patty. Quality place, but not noteworthy.

My husband and I both enthusiastically agreed that this was the best food we've had in a while. Seriously the food hit every mark. The chicken was incredible quality with a delicious brine, and the French fries were perfectly crispy and salty. The drink was AMAZING (the server told us they infuse their own vodka). The service was always prompt, attentive, friendly, and fast. The outside area was adorable - twinkle lights and a large screen TV playing Hulu. We were so happy to sit outside with our baby and Frenchie. There were 3 other children and babies outside so it was a very welcoming environment for families. We live in Lynn and were just passing through the area but we both agreed we'd make the drive just to come here. We loved this gem and can't wait to come back!

The "plain" grilled chicken to top salad.

I was there with family (and have been before). They love the place, I always have an issue. This time it was the grilled chicken. I'm on a special diet program and had a salad and asked for plain grilled chicken on it. I asked ahead if it was plain and was assured it was. When it arrived it clearly was not plain. Server assured me it was, I disagreed, they made me another piece and it was (see picture) served the same way. Server tried to accommodate but I couldn't eat it. Everyone else was very happy with their meals.

This is really 3.5 stars. Casual, upbeat atmosphere, nice staff, good burger. The fish tacos were lacking -- skimpy on the fish so much so that we couldn't see the fish underneath the greens, and corn would have been better than flour tortillas. Prices were also high, which the restaurant acknowledged wrt to the burger in particular, but 16 for the fish tacos which in total had probably a 1/5 pound of fish in them total is too much. They also do not serve dessert besides a Belgian waffle.

Stopped here when I was in the area one night and looking for somewhere to get a burger and a beer. I had high hopes because I loved the name...in the end it was mediocre. I appreciated that I could try three different burgers with the Snappy Patties, but none of them were really fantastic. Cheese stuffed tots sound great on a menu but were disappointing, overcooked and couldn't even identify any cheese stuffing.

Best burger I've had in a while. Just the right amount of fries. Delicious old fashioned. Service was excellent. We'll be back.

It's only open for brunch on Sundays, which combined with always being seated immediately makes it feel like a hidden gem. The back patio is quiet, shaded, and sheltered from wind. The food shines. Of course the egg scramble and the Benedict's were fantastic, but every piece of every plate feels deliberate and done with intention--nothing is an afterthought. - Their home fries are my all-time favorite--thick, well-seasoned, soft on the inside with some crisp on the outside. - - The English muffin toast has a crunchy golden surface and soft inside. - The whipped cream on the French toast feels luxurious. - Oyster shooters are a fun treat, as a lover of both fried clams and bloody Mary's. - They were kind enough to accommodate us with a half order of their (outstanding) French toast for dessert I'd note there's no espresso drinks on the menu, although I did enjoy the black coffee. I like trying new spots, but if the question is Sunday brunch then Avenue is always my answer.

We ordered the Double Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger, the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger, and Smash Fries. The Double Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger ($12.39) looked SMOKING good. From the bite I had, I never had brisket inside my burgers before, but they sure matched well and tasted so flavorful! The Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger ($7.09) was a burger I've had my eyes on the first time I saw it, and while it may look kind of sad and dull, the FLAVOR was absolutely deeeelish! Unfortunately, the truffle mayo is not as abundant as I would have liked so the parts that the beef patty missed were kind of dry. But trust me, that swiss cheese and mayo with the mushrooms is like striking gold. You'd have to try this for yourself. The Large Smash Fries ($4.59) are for sure one of my most favorite fries. They are thin and not too potatoey, which I like, and the garlic, olive oil, and especially rosemary bits offer so much flavor to them. Sadly, they did give us un-fresh ones that were under a lamp before we even arrived, so they weren't as warm and crispy as I would have liked. Everything was still amazing though! You can guarantee I'll always consider Smashburger for a tasty fast food option!

There were many options to choose from but we do like to try places that are not always traditional. Hoping for a local favorite. Right on the corner, it is easy to find and with street parking easy to get to and enjoy a good meal and probably a late night gathering with friends. Rustic looking, it definitely put off the vibe of the local establishment for Arlington. We were the first customers that early afternoon. They were literally unlocking the doors when we arrived. The menu offered enough options to satisfy our dietary and personal preferences. Meats, chicken, fish and veggie options. You can find something. Staff was very friendly and attentive, but we were the only guest that early in the day. The crowd did pick up as we ate our meal. Large windows allowed you to sit and people watch on, what I would imagine is the Main Street for the town. It was Sunday so a little quiet so not a lot people watching today. Food was great and the presentation was a lot more than expected for a tavern. Full bar options and a good list of local craft beers. I love trying local beers when possible. A lot of space for seating during the day and I can only imagine the evening bar scene. Based on the number of people who did walk in while we were there to recover their credit card from the night before. Sounds weird but it totally gave off the local vibe. Love it. Very clean and tidy for a Tavern. Respectful place. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite game so I enjoyed a chance to see one of the Sweet 16 games that day. As I said earlier, it was busy and you could tell the wait staff was working to keep everyone happy! We were given menus and quickly asked what we would like to drink. The drinks were on our table in no time! We ordered one appetizer (buffalo fried brussel sprouts) and it came pretty quickly! I am not a big fan but my son and wife loved it! They raved about the seasoning and taste of the sprouts! (see picture) We put our orders in for dinner after finishing the sprouts. I ordered steak tips with frieds and ceasar salad, we had pan roasted flattened half chicken and a shaved kale and brussels salad to top things off. The food was delivered to our table in managable time. I would say 15 minutes from the time we ordered. The food was delicious and serving size was perfect. All three of were happy with our choices. The steak tips were perfect for me.....cooked medium well and juicy! We finished our dinner off with a dessert that my wife had heard of and wanted to order.
