Was my in laws first time ( I know where have they been) and the loved it, and they are very picky eaters. The chicken dishes were seasoned well. The burritos were plump. Problem was that because of the cheap cardboard food containers, the containers and the bag were dripping all over. Poor quality food. We ordered a burrito bowl with a side of guacamole. It was just horrible from the first bite. The guacamole was made from unripened avocado, so there were large chunks that were inedible, and we couldn't dip a tortilla chip into it. Also, there were brown spots throughout the container. The burrito bowl had large chunks of RAW onion and RAW bell pepper. The chicken was fatty. Overall, the food was cold and disgusting. The place was not packed either. Something needs to HAPPEN here to bring up the morale of these unhappy employees. Worst chipotle around. Always waiting on orders. Staff doesn't offer anything as far as substitutes or a reimbursement to cancel order after waiting 40 minutes to an hour. Service was extremely poor and slow. I've never experienced such bad service in my life. We waited around 45 minutes to an hour. The line was out the door and the workers were moving at a snails pace. The prep area was unsanitary, they were out of a good amount of food, and the chips we received were stale. This isn't the best Chipotle around. The prep area was dirty, the chips were stale and the queso was delivered cold.

This Chipotle really targeted there key audience by channeling the spirt of a college dorm room. As soon as I entered I was appalled by the choice of music. Gangster rap including more than serval swear words, racial slurs and slurs against women was blasting at full volume. The place was also disgusting with the garbage overflowing and cups and napkins being left to sit on tables. The back looked even worse with rice carelessly tossed all over the place and garbage all over the floor. It looked like the placed hadn't been cleaned in months. The young employees would walk into the back room WHILE working on orders! They also didn't seem to care a lick about improving the mess they made leaving the grill top a disaster covered in burnt meat. I wish I could've gotten more pictures of the restaurants state but I didn't want to be questioned by the seemingly very hostile workers. When it came to the food quality I was given terribly over seasoned limely rice with over cooked steak. The other person with me received the wrong meat and a lack of salad dressing in there order. Ordered a chicken Al pastor bowl and chips w/ queso. While the Al pastor chicken wasn't bad, wasn't great either. Brown rice was undercooked, which is an unpleasantly crunchy and chewy eating experience. Barely a handful of chips in the bag so also disappointed there. The worst was the queso. Always love their food. Very fresh and delicious! Staff is friendly too. I always get their bowls and they will fill you up; don't be deceived by the size of the bowl. It is basically a cafeteria-style serving of food where you pick the food you want and what kind of meat and toppings. You then pay and seat yourself. Very casual. I went here around 6:30pm on a Friday and it was busy. I had to wait in line and the garbages were overflowing. However, the food is worth the wait and there was still seating, despite the crowd. The consistency and operations at this location is just not up to par. All the meats were way to burnt, the rice was hard and even the peppers and onions were so dark. I swear I was being nice when I went up to tell them that their Diet Soda was out and before reminding me that they had Coke Zero (brain fart), they told me "yup, we don't have any, sorry." So I said "can you just refund/take my soda off the bill?" Apparently that was not unlike asking what the meaning of life is. Blank stare, then wandering around (even going into the walk-in freezer) and then "our manager isn't here right now and we can't refund anything." Really? We'll CRISIS averted because I simply said "got sugar free drinks?" Anyway, if you've been at this location before or go, rest assured...the plywood cove of seats near the front has been like that since the store's inception. They just decided to go with the crappy look and stick with it. I wish I could my experience today a 0. First of all I asked for a kids build your own. Which gives you 2 sides, queso, kids chips and a juice. I am done with placing my food in a container and I arrive at the desk to check out. The women working the desk was the problem. Extremely rude and unkind to HER CUSTOMERS. I asked for the kids chips and she through them on the table, also asked for an apple juice as my drink and she said that's not what I get which indeed on the menu says exactly that "juice or milk." Then next women asked for a quesadilla which is only on the menu under kids. She asked if she could get her sides and the women who was working the desk decided to come into the conversation and tell her she isn't allowed to get sides with the type of quesadilla she got. But if there was 2 kinds of quesadilla your employees should ask what kind they would like. She continues to yell at THE CUSTOMER. When the customer told her she will pay extra for the sides but apparently that wasn't an option. This wasn't just with my party and the women next to me. She continued to yell at another customer. When he asked to explain why it was so much. The rice wasn't even cooked. All the other stuff looked like it was sitting there for hours. No napkins and no room to place garbage.
