I have to say things improved here GREATLY! No more long lines in the drive thru, no more missing items, and food tastes fresh! I only wish the employees were friendlier; I'm a naturally friendly person and it's crazy to me to interact with people without speaking, making eye contact, smiling, nothing lol. But heck, going thru the drive thru, it isn't ruining my meal. I've been coming here more due to the fantastic deals in the app. I don't particularly love fast food/fried food. But when your schedule is nonstop it's nice to pay $5 and get a dinner! Can't beat it! read more

1 Star (If I could give negative stars, I would) I had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at this McDonald's on Transit Road in Williamsville, NY. I went through the drive-thru and ordered three Filet-O-Fish sandwiches and fries. When I received the order, everything was cold--not lukewarm, not room temperature--cold. The sandwiches were clearly reheated, not freshly made, and the fries had absolutely no warmth or crispness to them. I circled back to the drive-thru and politely explained the issue to the employee handling payments. Instead of a professional response or even a basic apology, I was met with dismissiveness. I watched as food was being tossed around behind the counter--a display of poor morale and total disregard for customer satisfaction. When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead called the police on me simply because I waited at the drive-thru window for a resolution. Yes--called the police over a refund request for cold food. When the officer arrived and I explained the situation, even he agreed the food shouldn't have been served in that condition. He understood that in order to determine if food is cold, a customer would naturally have to bite into it. The officer went inside to speak with the staff--and only then did they reluctantly issue the refund they should have offered in the first place. It's incredibly disappointing when basic customer service is replaced with arrogance and hostility. I've had cold food from this location before and let it go due to time constraints, but this time I refused to be treated with such disrespect. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid this location. You deserve fresh food and fair treatment, not cold meals and threats of police involvement for exercising your right to speak up. read more

The food is good here most of the time. They have a play place even though I don't go in it so that's a plus for nostalgia. The tables and floors are decently clean except for a few crumbs here and there. They did forget a part of my order several times though. The food tastes good and the staff is nice. This location has a nice staff but unfortunately the service suffers. I this that they are open early enough to accommodate breakfast needs. There is never anyone at the register. They expect us to order using the kiosks but they either never work or don't have all the menu items. This is the only one with a play place but it's quite gross. The space it's in is not insulated, so it's no better than being outside during the winter months. read more

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. The manager is not only disrespectful, but downright mean and nasty. Not to mention, they don't turn their grills on till two or three in the afternoon half the time. The staff is rude and lazy. I understand fast food is a difficult job, I've worked in fast food for the last 12 years. but the customer is the most important part of your business. Customer is not always right, but customers keep your business alive and it's important to treat your customers kindly and respectfully. It's one of the most important parts of running a business. I went to the counter to ask the manager simple question, didn't think much of it until she turned and looked at me with a sneer, got very angry and started making nasty remarks to me. I understand everybody has bad days, and I was not trying to cause any problems. I was just asking about the price of something. After I left the counter, I heard her saying nasty things about me to her other employees. Making mean comments about my physical appearance. it really hurt my feelings, and I was absolutely shocked and confused as to what the hell was going on. As a fast food manager myself, If I caught any of my employees speaking to a customer the way I was treated, they would be fired on the spot. I don't play that in my restaurant. Many of the employees at this location are just as rude as their manager, who has apparently taught them that it's OK to speak to people however you please. I will be making sure none of my friends and family visit this location again. I can very much see now why this location has such horrible reviews, and I can't imagine it will be open much longer. A bad experience at a restaurant is something that many people carry with them for the rest of their lives. I truly hope this horrible horrible group of people learn how to be kind to others, or are fired. Until then, I will not be returning. McDonalds now always reminds me of the Geico commercial. E, I, E, I, O. So I've recently discovered that McDonalds does make a good greasy fake plastic breakfast sandwich to go with their good greasy salty fries, but these items are only good when hot. Their shakes are iffy, maybe okay, but this location gets full marks for getting my sweet tea right more often than not, and for actually being open 24 hours whereas many of them that say they are, aren't. Yet another McDonalds that, on the odd occasion I stopped by to get a sweet tea when nothing else was open, gave me unsweet instead of sweet. They were pretty nice about giving me my money back, but it was a big waste of time because I did ask them "do you have sweet tea", and they did say yes... and then proceeded to add packets of sugar to an unsweet tea, which I don't consider as a sweet tea, especially as it doesn't make the tea remotely sweet. I need to not buy anything from McDonalds in future. There are just so few options for a quick cold drink at 11pm though. read more

Let me start off by saying I will never come to this McDonalds location ever again. The staff the have running this place is always horrible and have very poor attitudes. It seems ridiculous to leave a Yelp review for a fast food restaurant but our last experience really forced our hand. This particular restaurant was never perfect. You either have great service/friendly employees and subpar food or good food and terrible service. Last night (11/24/2019), we got the worst of both worlds. Upon ordering our food (chicken McNugget meals and two burgers) through the drive-thru, we drove up to the window to pay and pick up our order. The woman working the drive-thru opened the window and handed us our drinks without saying a word even after being greeted by us. After which she stuck her hand out for payment, once again, without saying a word. She didn't even take the full payment. We were never given a receipt for the order so we don't even have a name to give. After several minutes, we were given our order and she finally managed to open her mouth and give us a "thank you." After coming home with our food, we were disappointed to see that both the McNuggets and the burger patties looked like they had been sitting around for quite a bit and they tasted like they had been sitting around for a bit as well. The fries were the only food that was relatively fresh. Despite the subpar quality, we were hungry and ate the food anyway. My wife had a stomachache all night long. This McD's was always about convenience but after this experience, we may just go a few miles down the road to a different restaurant. read more

After waiting 15 minutes in line after ordering, and watching numerous cars in front of me give back wrong items, it was my turn to pick up. The girl gave me small fries. I told her I ordered a cheeseburger and medium fries. She took the bag back and started yelling at people. I could see she was frustrated. So I wait another 10 minutes and finally get my order. I then sat for TEN minutes watching cars come and go from the drive thru window! I went inside and the lady with the black dreads and white stuff in her hair gave me attitude!
