I placed a mobile order and paid for it on my phone. Pulled into the drive-thru and sat for 13 minutes in front of the speaker, and nobody said anything. It smells like manure, so I finally pulled my car forward, and sat behind a car at the window for another 8 minutes. When I finally pulled up to the window they couldn't find my order. I showed the gentleman at the window the order on my phone. They were finally able to locate the order. However, when I got home there were no straws, no condiments, no napkins and the burger was made wrong. The Burger on the kids meal was so burnt that my grandson wouldn't eat it. I have gone to this location many times and almost every time that I've gone my order has been made incorrectly. My friend has been raving about Wendy's salads so when she said she going to grab lunch, I gave in and provided her with my Cobb salad order. Boy was I DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED! Now, let me say this...I did not expect a meal from a fast food restaurant but I did expect it to be FRESH! I ordered the Cobb Salad and added the bleu cheese. The bacon was burnt too. Tried numerous times to get service at breakfast time 7:00 am. It's like they don't want to do business. This morning waited a few minutes at the order area, finally they came on to say they " don't have people" . Went to Tim Hortons 1/8 mile away and start to finish was a couple of minutes. Wendy's has breakfast! I'm sure everyone else knows this, and I'm just catching up, but I'm so glad I tried it. I would have given the breakfast and the mobile app ordering a 4 out of 5 stars, but deducted a star from the attitude of the staff at this Wendy's location. I downloaded the Wendy's app and did my order from there to get a free maple bacon chicken croissant. I also ordered a meal combo of the honey butter chicken biscuit with the crispy potatoes and vanilla frostyccino. I arrived to the empty drive thru and told them I was there for my mobile order. The person taking care of me was less than friendly and when she handed me my order I said, "Thank you," and she replied with, "Yep." Oh what amazing service! The manager must be so proud of how their employees act. This isn't the first encounter of employees being less than hospitable, just an FYI. Every time I come to this location, I immediate hone in on service and every time I am never blown away, or smile leaving the area of a great interaction. Let's talk food. The crispy potatoes should be a staple and always available. These are the best fast food potatoes out there. I really loved the vanilla frostyccino. It is like an iced coffee, but better. It contains the perfect amount of everything in it, and you don't even need to ask them to add anything in. This morning I tried the maple bacon chicken sandwich, and it was good. Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order and there was only one car ahead of me. Tell the lady at the speaker I have a free frosty keychain and she asked what flavor. Then tell me to pull forward. There were workers sleeping in the first window. I pulled forward to the second window and the guy took our card then said after we paid."why didn't you tell me that you had the keychain?" Very rudely so we paid for the frosty whatever you know they forgot my sauce and my fiancé went back inside to get it with the bag. The same guy at the window asked "what the fuck do you want?" You forgot the sauce he was like no the fuck I didn't. My fiancé was like why would I want to come in here to deal with you again. My food was cold to begin with. A bunch of workers standing around on their phones. Just lazy and rude workers at this Wendy's don't go there unless you want to get swore at and ice cold food. For 10 bucks, I expect a frosty and fries to be quickly received. My frosty came to me on time but without a spoon. Then, the fries were seriously delayed. I was told to pull to the curb and wait "one minute" as they needed to prepare the cheese. After waiting a solid five or so minutes, I went into the store and asked for my fries. I got blank stares . Wundys is a store that sells Wonderbras. Naturally it's one of my fave stores. Wendy's on the other hand, is not. This particular location are fairly friendly, and the products are... well I just got a salad from here recently (the redhead talked me into it) and it was honestly one of the worst salads I've ever had. So bland, tasteless, as if it had just been frozen, too. And of course, overpriced... since when did Fast Food get overpriced. I swear it never used to be. But anyway... The Chili is not too bad, the employees are nice, and most importantly, if you drive in here at 11.59pm they will still serve you even though they close in 1 minute, which I really, really appreciate. I have been in LOVE with the Asian Cashew Chicken Salad!! It's fresh, flavorful and the portion size is just right! I come here instead of subway because the quality & price is very pleasing! I am finally going to write this review because we have called or come back to Wendys about a dozen times this year to correct mistakes on our food. Everything from missing dressings and toppings for salads, missing burger toppings we paid extra for, to cold fries and burgers. It has been pretty frustrating. The only thing that allowed me to give them two stars is they always correct their mistakes happily and quickly, but with the amount of times it has happened it is worrisome. I love their food so much and really look forward to their summer salads, but again tonight we had to go back and get my burger remade. It is sad that we might have to go to another Wendys to get better service, but we might anyways due to our move. I hope that they fix their mistakes soon, because everything else has been great. Edited on 2/18/2016: Somehow with a very large order -1 chili no cheese -2 chili cheese -1 triples large meal with drink and fries -1 triple w/bacon meal large with drink and fries -1 baconator -1 number 8 grilled chicken no cheese or ranch large with fries and drink -a potato with cheese and bacon I am amazed that they got all of that right. his isn't the first time I've had a problem at this Wendy's. The first time they gave me my burger without the bacon. No biggie go back into the line and the guy tries to hand me a few slices of bacon in like a wax paper. No thanks, you can keep your loose bacon. Second time I was driving Uber when I got dinged to go to Wendy's. When I get there 5-6 min later I'm told they are closed. Wait.. I get that but why didn't you deny the order when it came through. This was the first and last time I'd ever go into this Wendys...what a dump! It was Sunday about 3pm... there was a trail of dried mud on the floor which looked like it had been there for days. Missing tiles in the floor... filthy stained carpet. Dim florescent lighting. Food left under the tables. Horrible. I ordered a double and wait 15 to 20 minutes for a burger that slapped together... Staff is always friendly but the especially if you use the drive thru, check your order before you leave the window. I use this location because it's convenient to work and home but on multiple occasions, orders with sauces either have the wrong sauce requested or none at all. Today ordered the "biggie bag" and when we got home found it had chicken sandwiches instead of the burger. Currently have to go back through the drive thru because dining room doors are locked with their virus precautions. If I have a craving for Wendy's in the future, I likely will finally stop going to this location because of the multiple mistakes. I had a simple order of a chicken sandwich and got a burger. It should be pretty easy to tell the difference they should be in different trays or sections in the freezer. It's not hard to be competent working at Wendy's. read more

As far as Wendy's go this is a nice one. The workers are super friendly, at least when I went. The dinning room is clean, not super impressive furniture, but the fake flower in a vase is a nice touch! When I went it seems like the customers are the quiet older type, I think I was the only one with out gray hair. Not bad for a quick meal. read more

This location is HORRIBLY run!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and a bottle of water yesterday, 7-11-17. 20 minutes later, and about 15 other people waiting for their orders, I asked for the manager to get a refund. A very young man with a manager tag on asked me what was wrong. I told him it should NOT take 20 minutes to get 1 sandwich and a bottle of water. I get better service at an actual sit down restaurant! In fact another patron spoke up & wanted a refund too. The manager asked if I got the bottle of water and I said NO. So he gave me a bottle and I said I do NOT WANT IT and I just want my refund. All this time, the drive thru, which had a continual very long line, was moving right along. So I told the manager to spend less time on the drive thru & wait on the 15+ patrons in the restaurant waiting for their food too! Now here's the final kick in the ass....the manager only refunded me for the sandwich. I lost almost $2.00 for the bottled water!!!! I was so angry & in such a rush to leave there as I had to pick up my mother from a Dr.'s office (she had already called me 10 minutes prior to pick her up...2 minutes from Wendy's) that I did not count the refund until I got home. So thank you very much Wendy's for robbing me. Like I said, very horribly run, staff obviously not trained well & no respect for the patrons. I will not even try another Wendy's every again. PS..I only gave it a 1 star rating because I had to chose 1 start to be able to write this review, but this location doesn't even deserve the 1 star. read more
