The store is an utter mess, trash on the floor and table and chairs were filthy with trash and grime. And I mean trash everywhere, it obviously hasn't been swept inside the store in days; let alone mopped. The food was all out of stock, most of the meats included. What was in stock, was bone dry and tough. I'm unsure how long it had been left to sit there. The produce was all about empty, and yet still scraping it out from the bottom. Like the lettuce, that was empty, frozen, and mushy. The service was mediocre, I saw no urgency to complete any certain task like refill foods or to clean up the environment. I hate to say how unimpressed and disappointed I am with this visit. The staff did an amazing job with what they had. They were understaffed and still rolling the orders out efficiently. I had to take a star off because Coming from California, the portions they give you here is alot better than any other location I have ever been to that have started skimping on the protein. I blame Chipotle and management for this failure. I had my food delivered via their app. I ordered: - steak bowl - white rice - two tortillas - lettuce - corn - red salsa - mild salsa (pico de gallo) - extra sour cream - extra cheese - fajita veggies - free queso You know what I received!? - steak bowl - white rice - two tortillas - mild salsa (light) - sour cream (very light) - free queso So that means I did not receive the red salsa, cheese (and extra cheese), fajita veggies, lettuce, extra sour cream, nor corn. Cherry on top? They scraped the bottom of the rice pan. My rice was burnt. So I couldn't even eat what they gave me. Pictures are below. I also called the location and they said they were out of the ingredients. Oh you don't say? Why not call me and inform me of that. Reach out and ask if I want the order when half of my ingredients are not present. Just wow. Also, the last two times I was there it was very disgusting inside - dirty tables, food all over the floor, and the kids were just chatting with each other instead of working. I come from San Diego, CA although I grew up here. I will literally tell everyone I know over there about this and it will be a while before I visit any Chipotle location due to this failure. Fix. Your. Management. Update: I'm a Support Manager. If you hire me on contract as a restaurant manager I will learn everything and correct everything within a month. I promise you that the CSATs will turn positively. I will give the staff good training, hire staff accordingly, and teach them how to look for good talent. Do not mobile order and expect what was ordered. Missing items constantly. This place plain sucks.

My son and I have visited two more times (including again last night) so I am confident in saying that they seem to have addressed previous issues. Although we haven't been using the drive up ok line order pick up because of past long lines we will again soon. Last nights order was great and even ready a couple minutes early. Staff are courteous and the place is clean. Food was plentiful, the order was correct and tasted great! read more

Probably the dirtiest eating establishment I have been in - you waded through trash on the floor to get to a filthy table. When making our order anything that missed the burrito or taco and hit the counter was raked back in the bin it came from - maybe that is why the chicken tasted like dish soap. It had been so long since the trash was emptied we couldn't get ours close to the trash can. For my first trip ever to Chipotle, this restaurant doesn't make me ever want to go back to another. read more

Service was fast and the portions were good. This locations seems to have turned things around.

My daughter absolutely does not like cilantro. In Morgantown, we were able to "get" white rice with no cilantro. Just attempted to order today and the worker indicated that "our new manager is cracking down". Good that I won't be back to this establishment. All of the aforementioned reviews are true, it is dirty and I saw the line workers tossing cheese and lettuce back into the hotel pans from the prep table. This is why no restaurants can survive in Fairmont. read more

I arrived at this establishment with my volleyball team and there was no white rice, chicken, or brisket. There was about one container of cilantro rice and half a container of beans and steak. They claimed that the food was not cooked yet and there was not enough to feed all of us. To put it delicately, they would rather discuss their personal lives than do their jobs to feed customers. This is not acceptable! This establishment was empty and we were the only customers, and when we proceeded to exit this establishment, the two workers there began to giggle, as if they did not want to do what was expected of them, which is to cook food and serve customers. read more
