Taco Bell in Whitehall, I spent 21.00 for food that was inedible!!!! After waiting in line for 15 minutes at the drive thru upon getting our food one taco was upside down because it wasn't wrapped correctly. The chicken cantina bowl was literally disgusting !! Fake everything! read more

The service was terrible, took too long!! They didn't have what you wanted!! They were too busy fooling around with each other and customers they knew!! They were easily distracted by each other and and women!! The two cashiers were flirting with the women, trying to get them to take the survey so they can get gold stars. It was about a 25 min wait, just for 5 tacos, cinnamon twists and a drink that was supposed to be large cup sized but they were outta large cups!! I had a good experience with this Taco Bell today. I had ordered from door dash 6 Chalupa supremes which come with seasoned beef. What I got was chicken chalupas. I checked my receipt to make sure that I got the right ones and it said chalupa supremes so I called to ask about it. The manager, Courtney, was very kind about fixing my order. The reason I gave 4 stars was that my order was messed up and we had to drive over to get it fixed. But with how kind and quick they were to fix my order, I am very happy despite the setbacks. read more

Pulled into this town on a fog heavy night. Sticky with sweat and smelly like shit we were hungry, tired and pumped cuz of some good ass frosty's we had after the drag show at the insane asylum. So I pull up on these two ladies, in the white mini van, on the lonely Main Street full of hopeless abandon. They freak the fuck out. Older chick clutches younger chick in a, "Let's run bitch!" Sorta way. But I'm a handsome traveler in a soccer wagon with diamond eyes and a sweet mustache so they didn't bolt. Also cuz I said, "Relax, I'm safe." And they probably saw all my teeth when I said it. Anyway, we asked for food cuz this town closed in 1952 and there's nothing open past 9pm. She points us to the Golden Arches and we go order $40 worth of grub. We bail on that because some junkie is behind the grill picking their fucking face aids like that shit is some sort of special sauce. No dice mother fucker we out. And before you get all up in arms, yes, we did see that scumbag leave the store to cop some Drugs literally in front of our car before heading back to the burgers. Not eating meth meat, so we bail on the bastard. BOOM! We find the bell. And it's open. So I do a quick $63 order of 9 Doritos locos tacos, 3 soft taco supremes, 3 bean and cheese bad boys, 3 cheese quesadillas, a five layer burrito, a meat shell taco, 3 hard shell tacos, a chicken chalupa and 5 bags of cinnamon twists. It comes with a two pound bag of sauce. Cuz we da sauce boss tonight. It's like 1am so we can't sit inside. But she says, "Be careful." After I tell Taco Bell lady this bullshit McDonald's story. That's the second warning in this town. Wuss Virginia is more like it. Probably why I saw so many confederate flags and out of work white men. Too scared to compete with the rest of the world? Boo hoo we moving on without ya. So, we pop over to Walmart, eat $63 worth of Taco Bell on the hood of the Pacifica and head to the haunted mansion aka the days inn for bed. This is your average, chain Taco Bell. They have started serving breakfast here as well, which looks amAzing but I have yet to try as of yet. I stopped in today looking for a quick Mexican bite, and was a little disappointed. I ordered a plain taco with meat and cheese. However, there was like 3 chunks of ground beef and a thin layer of cheese. They could have been a little more gracious with providing me with an actual meal to fill me up with, however I'm just more hungry than when I ordered. I will skip out on Taco Bell next time I am looking for a fulfilling dinner and choose another restaurant of my choice. The drive thru was below average speed and a little bit hostile. I'm not sure why but the person taking orders was very unfriendly and quite snippy. Overall, this place is pretty mediocre, skip it and opt for a non-chain place to eat for better food and an enjoyable experience. read more

Great place. Great food. Staff is friendly. Idk why everyone is complaining about a wait when they would literally wait the same time at McDonalds or somewhere. Do people ever think maybe they're understaffed and when people order 15-50+ food items on one order and want it in 2 mins that they arent under pressure maybe ask your fellow taco bell worker how are they. Zero stars but would not allow me to post without giving at least one. Highly disappointed and appalled to find out today after driving to the other side of town that Taco Bell is excluding and discriminating against customers by not allowing customers to order certain menu items while at their establishment but must instead have access to and order on their mobile app. Not all of your customers are fortunate enough to have a cell phone or data to do this. Big thumbs down to Taco Bell!! Encouraging customers to use your app or website is one thing but excluding those customers who cannot or choose not to is a complete other. read more

It is a shame there is no option for less than one star. The food we ordered tonight very closely resembled our order if we had gone back in time, ordered it an hour ago, asked for all the "crunchy" parts to be stale or soggy and then come back to the present to pick them up. Cold, old LITERALLY rewrapped (a cool ranch taco passed off as a fiery by just placing the new wrapper on top of the old one - can't make this up) quasi-food is not what we had in mind. On the bright side, they did give us like 45 sauces for 5 items. Solid job, team. Earn that one star like a boss. This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet!!!!! Do not waste your time. The wait time is always over 25 minutes no matter what you order. If you think going inside will be faster, guess again it's even longer. There is nothing worse than waiting 20 minutes in the drive through to order just to be told it will be another 20 minutes!!!! This place should just shut down. I'm sure the other restaurants near this Taco Bell love getting the business that they clearly do not care about losing!!!!!Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! Just finished a late lunch at this location, The food was not bad and pretty standard fare for a Taco Bell. HOWEVER - the service is not good at all! We waited for 14 minutes to get our food inside the store. The workers did not appear to be motivated to work fast or courteous to customers or each other. I came here once before about a month ago and thought that maybe it was a fluke and they were just having a bad day. I waited 20 minutes for my food on that day. I WAS WRONG! They do not have a manager or supervisor who is on charge. Leadership expert and author - John Maxwell says that "Everything rises and falls on leadership". That being said, the leadership at this store need to rise to the occasion and do their job. The drive through is not the only priority. The inside customers have invested more by getting out of their vehicle and coming into the store. It is just a sad day for business that could be great to have such sorry service. read more

I just waited 24 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 tacos and 2 nachos, and I get home, to find NO NACHOS - I even asked before they handed me the bag, is this all? and when you are told yes, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SEE IF MY ORDER IS COMPLETE - I'm paying for this to happen and I waited a ridiculous amount of time. And the tacos I did get barely have anything on them, and it tastes like lettuce, and I asked for no lettuce. I am not driving back 25 minutes to get the nachos and I was told I can just tell them and they will give them to me. Because I had trouble getting them to give me the food they forgot - the last time I was at Taco Bell - and found out a few minutes down the road, turned around and came back, and they tried to make me pay, asked literally every single employee in the place if they waited on me. And tried to tell me that they didn't know where I got the receipt, but no one had waited on me. It is ridiculous, and I am absolutely appalled, that they cannot get a simple order correct - HALF THE FOOD WAS MISSING - 4 ITEMS IS NOT HARD! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, and NOW my family member is hungry and since she isn't able to eat anything else they have at Taco Bell, and I cannot physically drive back there today.
