I had such a taste for a sub I headed to Firehouse Subs! I use their APP to view the menu and place my order - it's very easy to use. I ordered a meatball sub and a grilled chicken salad. My order was ready as expected in the restaurant. I love ordering from a company that supports our first responders!! It's the only sub shop I ever buy from! I love the decor of firefighters and fire stations. The meatball sub was hot and flavorful! The grilled chicken salad, even a day later, was very tasty! I highly recommend you make Firehouse Subs your only and favorite sub shop! read more

The store was filthy..the lady that took our order was rude especially to my father in law who is hard of hearing...she was using foul in front of customers..had to wait for 15 mins for our order and we were the only ones in the store...doubt we will be back.... read more

Firehouse is a favorite but the woman manger is the rudest person ever. Instead of jumping in and helping her employees she just stands around criticizing them. Waited over 20 minutes to be waited on and all she kept saying was don't know when I will get to you. Totally understand your busy with a bus but jump in and help the two boys busting their butts. We stayed in the local area for the weekend and came to grab sandwiches to eat in the motel room. However once we arrived the entire experience was amazing, we ate in. The staff was courteous and friendly I had the New York Steamer and the corned beef and pastrami just melted in your mouth. The last time I bragged up a sandwich like that was in Philly and trust me they know sandwiches in Philadelphia. read more

This location is usually clean with upbeat employees welcoming you as soon as uou enter. Tonight is a different story. No greeting until I got to the register even though the lady in the sandwich area looked directly at me. No sweet tea even though that is a draw to come in. Searched through 4 empty tables to find a clean one even though there was only one other customer there. Sad. read more

For a sub joint Firehouse makes pretty good sandwhiches. I prefer them to subway and Quiznos hands down. Their steak sub is somewhat unique in that it comes with mustard on it. Sounded weird at first but its very little and surprisingly add a nice touch to the flavor. Kind of comparable to Penn Station, Charlie's, and Steak Escape. read more

My first time going to an FS. I got a combo meatball sub on wheat which was fine, the drink machine was a lil complex but pretty neat in terms of drink combinations. The staff was friendly and quick, the place seemed clean, and overall I would come here again. read more

Pricey but the Italian sub is the best minus the mustard. Close second is their meatball sub. They're by no means of claiming to be healthy like Subway but I'll never eat Subway again since trying Fire House. Employees are young so they're chatty & slow. read more

Never have we been disappointed! There's only one thing I can eat - the veggie - but it's always delicious. And I can play around with the hot sauces. My husband loves his meaty sandwiches too! The staff are fabulous :) Always polite and informative! read more

My first time visiting was a very pleasant experience. I was greeted with the best customer service that I've received in a loooooonnnngg time. Joel took care of not only preparing my meal but also was patient and knowledgeable. He explained different sandwiches. What was most popular, etc. I will definitely return. Stopped at this location while traveling I-79 and was very disappointed. Never had firehouse subs before. Service was slow and we were the only ones in the store. I asked for white bread and got wheat. My girlfriend asked for wheat and got white. We both asked for a pickle spear and didn't get that either. Food was mediocre tasting. Also we were upgraded to a large drink without asking and charged for it. We were already on the road before discovering all of this and didn't have time to drive back. 1 star. read more

The atmosphere in Firehouse Subs is wonderful - you think you're in a firehouse. Everything was clean and laid out nicely, and the staff was wonderful. I ordered two Italian subs and one veggie sub to go. When I picked up the bag there was definite weight to the bag so I knew they hadn't skimped on anything. The subs had a great flavor, but I was disappointed to find that it appeared they had been "heated" or "steamed" rather than "toasted" like Quiznos. The reason this is a big deal to me is that by the time I got home the warm subs had become a soggy mess and I ended up throwing a lot of mine away - it was too hard to hold. I would suggest they either toast the buns or put the Italian dressing on the side. I definitely like Firehouse better than Subway, but I still rate Quiznos #1. I do want to try Firehouse again, but maybe I'll get something that doesn't require Italian dressing. read more
