No welcome to firehouse or hello. She walked up and said, what do you want. I ordered a steak and cheese. Barely got my drink and napkins and she said your food is ready. Thought that was quick for a steak and cheese. Upon biting into it, the steak was pink and raw and pulling apart like string cheese. I gagged, threw it away and walked out. The tables were clean, but the floors hadn't been swept in a hot minute.

There are two drive thru lanes that stay two lanes all the way through pick up. They do not merge. This was different but it doesn't seem to make much go quicker. I get it it's closing time you wanna go home but I also work in food service and if you're still open you are supposed to serve without an attitude. She must have told us 6 times she was closing soon and was huffing and puffing the whole time. She was rushing us like crazy so my sister and my niece filled up their sodas and went to wait in the car. She proceeded to yell at us because they weren't paid for yet. My father told her 3 times he was paying for the whole order and they were apart of the two combo meals. My father is a very calm person and he had to tell this lady to relax and went outside to get the drinks. This was a horrible and very stressful dinner after traveling all day. Victoria do better.
