While the food was good and consistent compared to other locations, this Chick-fil-A does not seem nearly as efficient as locations I frequent in Maryland. There are two drive thru lanes that stay two lanes all the way through pick up. They do not merge. This was different but it doesn't seem to make much go quicker. Something is being done differently in the food preparation to cause this, or the chicken is coming from a different supplier.The curly fries are smaller portioned and the after dinner mints are gone. Usually very pleased at this site but things are changing. After ordering I said "thank you" and the employee said "no problem." So I guess I'm usually a problem? Then while in the food delivery line I observed a delivery employee deliver a meal and then stopped at a car which had a dog sticking his head out the window. The server proceeded to pet the dog and let the dog lick her hands (probably smelled like food) and then went back to grabbing meals and delivering them. I'm glad she didn't deliver my food. I always go to the one in the mall because emily drive one refuses to make me a veggie wrap. Nationwide the others have them on their menu except this one. Today mall was closed so i checked here again. It was not busy. One car in drive thru and no one in lune inside. about the best chick-fil a out there. we are from Raleigh where they have the fastest serving CFA's in the country, problem is the portions are 1/2 to 3/4 of what they should be. Before I worked at Chick-Fil-A, I always thought the food was great, the store in general was clean, the shakes were amazing, and the sauces were to die for! Now that I work there, my opinion has only heightened. I love my coworkers and we actually try to give you the best service possible. We even feel bad when we pull you to the black fence for you to wait on your food for a little longer than usual. The people in the back love making food, and try their best to get your orders as accurate as possible. We definitely are "not greedy with the sauces" as one other yelper has said, and I personally see to it that the customers enjoy the sauce as much as I do. Sure the drive-thru looks intimidating, but if you go ahead in line or come inside, I can guarantee that you will get your food as fast as we can. So come on by! This rating is for the appalling condition of the Men's restroom on June 8, 2019. The paper towel dispenser was broken. I guess everyone (including employees) were expected to use their pants to dry their hands. By the amount of paper towel trash (it apparently worked at some point in time), the restroom had not been cleaned in sometime. On a positive note, the dining room was clean. read more

The site at the mall stopped doing breakfast years ago, much to my extreme sadness, so I was so glad when this freestanding one was erected. What they needed was a second chick fil a, not a double lane drive through where you don't have enough radius to turn on the inside lane and scrape your wheels or where the person 4 orders in front of you waits 20 minutes for their family of 27 as you sit with your chicken sandwich trapped in a sea of cars. More lanes does not equal more kitchen to make orders. Food is great but mother of god that drive thru decision was terrible. All you needed was a second chick fil a express next to the chick fil a. Heard a group of employees, including managers shit talking past workers. Wouldn't recommend coming here the service is horrible and the managers are so demeaning. they don't even count nuggets when they put them in the box and send out chicken sandwiches that have raw batter on them. This used to be a great Chick Fil A to eat at, but it is so hit or miss anymore. They obviously aren't strict on all of their employees following the recipe because half of them are way off what it should be. The food and tea are drastically different depending on the time of day (when the teens are in school vs after school hours when the teens are flooding the place and are the ones preparing the food.) Just your normal Chick-fil-a resturant. Clean & prompt service. i arrive there around 1030 and there was no line or not that busy. When I was done with my food at around 1045 the place started to get packed! I stopped here after being up at 6AM to make the drive down to Charlotte. Boy was the food better than ever if you haven't had anything in your stomach all morning. The person at the counter taking my order was very nice and prompt. Excellent place! Coming back from Washington DC with 80 middle school kids, on a Thursday evening 6:00pm....the staff were so prepared and ready to provide wonderful service. Every single worker smiled, asked if we needed anything and offered refills. We felt like they were happy to see us and provide such great service. We showed up without warning and could of been very overwhelming. Service was quick, they still cared for drive through and walk-in customers from the community without missing a beat. I've never been inside this particular location, but I've been through their drive-thru at it few times. I have to point out the staff at this location are AMAZING- I have to give them major props because every single time I've gone there, it is always insanely packed. But the wait time is almost nothing, especially considering how long the drive-thru line can get (I've seen it wrap around the entire building before). The service is quick, the food is good, fresh, and hot, and the people working there are kind. They also don't go light on the sauce when you ask for it like some places do, which is definitely worthy of 5-stars in itself. I know the lines can look intimidating, but don't pass up on this location just because you're worried about the wait! They definitely work fast and well. read more

I am an avid Chick Fil A lover. We are customers multiple times a week. I understand we are in unprecedented times but the service at this location continues to go downhill every visit. I visit the drive thru, mobile order with drive thru pickup and also mobile order with curbside pickup. The wait times are outrageous. 20+ minutes... That includes curbside delivery. Two times my curbside delivery order has been "lost". Multiple times they don't see my car. I enter the space number, if you don't understand makes and models of cars then maybe check with the vehicle in the designated spot for the car. A couple times I have been missing parts of my order and there is no easy way to get it fixed. Again, we are in unprecedented times but please get it together. I have now started visiting a different Chick Fil A location in town and their service is 5 star. Please revisit your service here!! read more

JUST OPENED! First time i've ever had Chick-Fil-A. I keep hearing positive reviews about it so I had to try one. Especially since this particular Chick-Fil-A just opened and was making every meal served into a full blown party. They had their cow mascot dancing in the restaurant. He was trying to pull some difficult moves in that gigantic suit! They also passed out balloons to little kids, not to mention they have an indoor playground for the youngsters. I heard they were giving free breakfast samples to customers who came in earlier in the morning too. I had a #2, charbroiled chicken sandwich with their waffle fries and a drink. This is as healthy as "fast food" can get! The seasoning, including mayo, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper all came separately. It was literally a charbroiled chicken patty, lettuce, pickles and tomato on a bun. The waffle fries didn't have any seasoning at all. I like that I can control how much salt & pepper plus other condiments I want on my food. It's priced around $6-$7 per meal combo. The sandwich may have been even a bit too healthy for me. I think next time I'll try their breaded Chicken Sandwich for a little more flavor.. read more

I had been driving for about three hours and stopped at this location because Chick-fil-A has always been customer friendly but today could not accommodate my order. I am celiac and have requested Grilled strips at other locations. I do not like the flavor or dryness of the grilled nuggets and have been able to enjoy the strips. Today as I was driving home I was disappointed when this location would not accommodate my dietary need. Will not be making this location a stop anymore or possibly any Chick-Fil-A in the future. A restaurant with a *new attitude"... where is a boy like Logan from Gainesville, Georgia when you need him? We recently visited the Chick FIL A in Clarksburg.... We have been enjoying this particular place for many years and we have been good customers... As we opened our take-out bags, we noticed our chicken and fries were cold so we called to notify the manager.... We were told to come back with our food and park in the pick-up space in the lot... Charlotte the manager came out to the car screaming at our whole family and insisted the food could not be cold... She proceeded to rant at us for about ten minutes calling us names and stating all we wanted was "free food" and that we nothing but complainers ... It was very humiliating since many cars were parked in the area waiting for their orders... After several minutes, my daughter took out her phone and recorded this unacceptable behavior... I couldn't believe this was happening to us! I am so surprised that an employee of Chick FIL A would treat anyone so badly, especially during what our Country has been experiencing with Covid - 19 and the impact it has been having on everyone...It really made my family feel very badly during a time when we had just left the house for a little respite and some good food... The moral of this story, DO Not Ever Complain at Chick FIL A in Clarksburg... You will get a lot more than you bargained for! Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment. Was in drive thru line 15 mins when I was directed to a newly opening line I was told by an employee to go around the building and someone would take my order. There was no one there and cones prevented me from merging back and forced me out of the parking lot. The only way back was for me to go to the back of the longer line. This was mismanagement and poor coordination. I won't go back. read more
