Food was good like it always is. I got tacos and it was a bit more expensive than I was expecting. I normally do a bowl with a tortilla, and I think I spent almost the same amount I normally would for like 1/4th the food. Not sure if this is an error on their part or if the location I normally go to somehow under charges me but either way, it feels wrong. They were very nice and welcoming, I've never seen so many people working before, lots of fresh meat and guac being made. Their line was disgusting, just food dribbled and dropped everywhere. Salsa's spilling into other containers. I don't have any allergies or restrictions but I imagine this would be concerning for someone who did. When we went up to pay my mom had already grabbed a drink from the case, I looked and they were out of the bottles of cokes but had them behind the cashier. So I asked for one. She gestured toward the case and said "they're down there". I told her it's completely empty and asked if she could grab one behind her. She was nice enough but that just felt weird. The worst part was how disgusting the tables and seats were. There wasn't a single (unoccupied) clean table or seat. We ended up cleaning one so we could sit and eat. This isn't my favorite location and I definitely will pick something else next time I'm in the area for a concert. read more

I love chipotle Grill let's make that understood. I have been going to this location for over a year now and I have seen the service deteriorate the food quality deteriorate, and the attitude of the workers is horrible. They act like it's coming out of their own pocket. I'm sorry but if you ask for a pinch of extra meat, whoops I mean protein they charge you double but they don't give you double meat and they try to close the restaurant down 45 minutes early so they are upset when you come in to place an order anytime after 10 PM. Oh did I mention that I live five minutes away and every time I get food to go there I have to microwave it to bring it up to temperature. This place is really letting me down. read more

What has happened to Chipotle? 12 years ago Chipotle had huge portions and it was always so fresh and fast. The portions are so small you'd think your order was coming out of their paycheck. I had to ask them to add more beans to my sons build your own taco kit because the tiny amount they put in wasn't even filling the little cupped area of the tray halfway. My daughter only wanted rice beans and chicken in her bowl, and I think there are about 5 pieces of chicken in here. Suggestion- maybe use portion scoops for consistency. read more

I don't get all the negative reviews of the Battle Ground location. Service was great. The portions were massive. My wife and I should have just split a burrito as it was the size of a kids football and my bowl had plenty of food in it. The build your own kids meal was great fun for the kids even though they ate half a taco and were in a "I'm done" mood. I only docked a star because the chips we received were so salty that we couldn't even eat them, and I like to dip them in my bowl. Giant crystals of salt. Can I just get extra meat, queso, and guac in a bowl for $6.80? On second thought, Chipotle's new slogan might be "________ is an extra charge, is that ok?" Riddle me this Chipotle ... as the scoops keep getting smaller, how come my burritos keep getting bigger? The tortilla rips open half the time so I end up eating it with a fork. Get in my belly! I've been dreaming about this week all morning. Beat the lunch rush. Arrived at 11am on a Wednesday. My tummy growled from steak smell that hit my face as I entered this place. It's normally pretty hard for me to pass up a Chipotle. When given the option of getting something else in the surround area, my mind tells me that I shouldn't think twice when I can get a burrito about the size of a small child for around $8-$10 with chips. We pulled in to the lot which wasn't hard to get to and had plenty of parking. The line wasn't long, as it normally is, so we thought we'd scored on coming at the right time. Anyway, I don't know if it was me or what but I felt like they were pretty skimpy on the portions. Normally I get a heaping overflowing excessively large ladleful of rice, and equally gargantuan portion of beans, several tongs squeezes of fajita veggies and all the rest of the stuff in regular portions. I barely got half a cup of rice and a meager sprinkling of beans. The employees were very nice even with an indecisive 6 yr old holding up the line. The dining area was the standard sized room with barely enough tables to seat the people who are quickly being rushed through the food making station. Overall, I'm glad I got my Chipotle fix but even my friend's daughter was left feeling a little hungry after slamming the less than gigantic burritos we ordered. read more

So, I thought I'd give chipotle another try but this time I decided to go to a different location, hoping it would be different. Unfortunately, it was much worse. I ordered a burrito, nothing special...and later found out that she didn't cook the flour tortilla, so it had that raw dough taste along with it being super gummy. Chipotle used to be good. What was good? Food tasted fresh, hot, and portion size was good. Employees seemed like they knew what they were doing. They have gone way downhill. Now there are a ton of employees, all seem to be new hires who are poorly trained. Portion size depends on who helps you. Food is always lukewarm at the Hazel Dell location. Don't order online! Since they don't have enough employees to help you they just put your food into the dining room where people steal it. Twice they didn't have my order. There's no manager to talk to AND they are not even set up to answer the phone if you get delivery of a wrong order. I love this place. The wife turned me on to this place about 3 months ago. I have eaten at least 5 burritos since. So good, I have actually chosen/craved one over a Hamburger. And if you've read my reviews, I always eat A burger! Made directly in front of you / to order (think subway) you choose what ingredients fill your massive burrito! I tried the soyfritas for the first time and was amazed. Most places just for beans and rice for those that are vegan/vegetarian. If you're wanting something different try it! Chipotle is like subway but for Mexican food. Many options for everything you want. Super nice staff and always fast. This a rare phenomenon but.. this was genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced. We stand at the front of the line with one person checking out while all 6 staff members are closing-mind you it's 35 minutes to close but not one of them could help either of us. We wait there for 5 minutes before one of the girls walks over to wash her hands and put her gloves on-which took minimum 2 minutes-and she takes so long to the point where another employee sprints from the back of the kitchen- finally helps us just to find out there already out the cheese away so we couldn't get a quesadilla. This was after the first go around where the cashier was talking with his coworkers for 3 minutes right in front of us while we stood there. I understand closing early as I work in a restaurant too but at least one person could have helped as we had ppl behind and I front of us. Ordered a burrito bowl with steak via Grubhub (along with a Carnitas salad bowl). When I got the order, what I got was a side of steak with no burrito bowl. Literally nothing else. Grubhub refunded the order, but it wasn't their fault, it was chipotle's fault. I tried to call the store to let them know of the error, but you are not allowed to actually speak to a human at the store you ordered from. Instead I was connected with "customer care" in another state. They don't actually care at all. These people are there to placate you, not help you...or their franchisees. I've been in restaurant management for three decades. If someone called my restaurant with an issue and I passed it off to some corporate "Yes man" I'd go out of business within a year. Managers need to be aware of issues or they can't correct problems. I'm someone that does hold a grudge, and I wont ever patronize any Chipotle again. What should have been a quick fix between me and the local store just cost them an entire family of customers for life. read more

Love chipotle & this location. Everyone is always really friendly and the store is super clean! You can't go wrong with chipotle! *side note, when I was paying today I overheard of the front of the line guys (younger guy) turn to the back and asked "you got more chicken right" to what I'm assuming is the manager. The manager then replied with "that's the last time you'll ask for chicken like that" and the younger guy apologized immediately and said he didn't mean it in any type of way. Then the manager said "I'm just telling you that that's not how to ask me for things again". It was so AWKWARD! Knowing she wouldn't be able to push his truck herself I went out to help. But aside from the two up front (ONE handling the food line with 2 people ahead of me) and ONE on the register, the others were A) A couple Prepping food (good), B) ONE getting supplies (Cups,napkins, etc) and C) ONE adjusting her hat with her friends, TWO chatting with friends eating, and ONE talking on her cell phone. The store was dirty (crumbs on tables, trash on floor), the pepper was missing, the salt shaker was crusted with grease (?). Very disappointed. I love chipotle at other locations, but I have tried this location, that is close to my home, and have been let down every time. The first time, I waited at the register with my burrito bowl completely made for an employee to ring me out. There was one girl making burritos, obviously new and gave me very small portions, and the rest were doing random stuff behind the counter staring at me. The second time, they were totally out of brown rice and were not making more, and they were also out of corn salsa. The people working in the back were not paying attention to the girl at the ordering line saying she needs more. This time, they had everythknf, but halfway through eating my bowl I found a piece of a vegetable sticker. After searching my bowl, I've found three total pieces, and I'm sure I ate a few more.
