My wife and I were excited to know that there was a Chipotle near by. While going through the line, I asked for a bowl. I asked for the chicken and the steak. The girl pretty much over stuffed my wife's and my bowl with rice. She then proceeded to take the serving spoon with what seemed to be the most cautious scoops of meat possible. I felt like she was in fear of getting whipped for not rationing the meat. When I saw the minuscule amount of meat she added to the mountain of rice, I asked for a bit more. She sighed and gingerly dipped the spoon in for about 3 more pieces of meat. When she started to notice a fourth piece of meat eagerly trying to escape the meat tray, she shook the spoon off so that the forth piece could not possibly be added to my other 6 pieces of meat. I desperately looked behind me for Ashton Kutcher. There couldn't be another possible reason. Could there? I was disappointed not to see Ashton and at that point I knew I was at the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. I decided to talk to the manager after I finished my "Rice" bowl. I let him know of my disappointment and he just kinda shrugged it off and said,"sorry you feel that way". I will never go back to this place. What a turn off. One less place to eat in central Texas. Who ever said, "Everything is bigger in Texas", was not completely accurate. The rice mound was bigger, but the meat was allergic to my bowl. 38.00 bucks of disappointment. This place made Jack in the Box a 4 star restaurant. Yuck! I had more meat in a vegetarian bowl This Chipotle worked better than GLP-1 read more

1. It's filthy. Like they keep it that way so you won't stay? Idk 2. Asian lady at the register had terrible customer service and tried to charge us for the order that was before ours lol! She must be new and she's got a long long road ahead of her. 3. The prices are nuts. 4. The drinks are warm- the chips are like week old stale. That's all. read more

Chipotle's 08-04-24 The taste of the food has improved over time but the value of what you get to how much it cost I feel isn't worth the money. The burrito was a joke! It was 1/4 the size it used to be and cost more! I'd say the burrito was more of a kids meal size. The burrito bowls were OK. They too have gotten smaller but cost more. It's been a few years since I've eaten at a chipotle's. Me and my family thought we'd give it another try! We did and we won't be going back. Too many Good Mexican restaurants around to enjoy. We ordered pickup online which was easy enough but that was it! Food was packaged badly and food leaked out into the car! I just can't see spending that much on that little of food. I know with all things there is a hit or miss. You have good days and you have bad days! This was a bad day and a miss for us. This is my third strict with chipotle's. read more

Just got food here, I love chipotle but the look and attitude from the small white girl was WILD. I asked for white rice, pinto beans, honey chipotle chicken, veggies, queso, and corn with a little salsa. When I asked for salsa it seemed to be a OBVIOUS huge inconvenience to her and I got a disgusting look from her. She sent us to pay and repeated herself 4x that the other lady would help us; then got visibly irritated when we were still waiting for the lady she told us to wait for to pay. If she is going to work upfront she should be able to have good customer service like the sweet lady that checked us out. read more

customer service is trash, did an online pickup and checked my food in the car before leaving and it was a half bowl not even a actual chipotle bowl.. went back in and asked is this a regular chipotle bowl because i want a refund and the enployee added more but with an attitude. Do not recommend this place :) read more

Always out of food on the menu ... how can you be out of chips ( maybe too lazy to bag them up!) I have been here more than 5 times since the opening hoping that maybe things have improved! Not yet! Not only are they usually out of multiple items but the staff is rude and it seems they never have enough cooks. Frontline staff on phones and chatting it up and miss what you ask for! I'll happily drive to another location in the future! read more

Greatly improved experience. Appears to be new female manager and line runs smoothly. Thank you!

Came in at 12, began ordering, when the rude short Mexican manager, pulled the girl who was making my food away In a rude and abrupt way, then proceeded to rudely throw together my order as if he was too good to be serving customers. The lady who checked us out was great, give her his job, she's the one who was willing to help and had the patience read more

Went there Sunday, 5pm on o5/05/2024. It wasn't busy. There were around 5 people there, all between 16 very early 20s in age. Everything was slow motion. One guy was on his phone standing strategically by the drinks (at this spot in the store you're co-workers can't see you). One guy was just leaning against a table. The table tops appeared to have been wiped with a dirty rag. There were bits of burrito on the counter where I sat. The floor was dirty. burrito remains scattered throughout. On the line they were out of several things. This seems to be true at every Chipotle I've been to since they added the 2nd food prep area for online orders. I had queso added to my burrito bowl. I noticed it wasn't warm. Not keeping food at a proper temperature is a health hazard. I can't say 100% it was the burrito but I have had stomach problems in the 20 hours now that I've eaten there. read more

Terrible quality of food. Younger Mexican manager with clear glasses is rude and doesn't care about helping out their team when there's a line almost out of the door. Leaves a poor girl to attend to all the customers while he sits back and cleans his area? Mop is left in the lobby, tables are dirty. This places needs new management ASAP! read more

I ordered a veggie bowl, usually will come with guacamole, but I left it out, I would think they would give me a little more rice or beans, but this is all I got. For $13 (not including chips) I am disappointed. Chipotle, please work on your portions read more

- Always out of stuff!! Always. I have never been to this location and them not be out of something (batting 1000 on being out of the vignette, which lets be honest is the only thing at this point that gives chipotle any flavor) - food was cold and rice was not cooked. Food was also BLAND ( more than usual) Honestly chipotle at least here is gonna lose another customer... too dang expensive to be getting these small portions, no flavor, and again always out of something... Managers/owners need to step up. As a manager myself i would be so frustrated if this was common practice! read more

They never have a full Chipotle menu! We always come and they are always out of something. No veggies and no Chips today. It is 7:30 how!? Last time was a 15 min wait on rice because she didn't know she "was low on rice" you are making bowls ... how!? read more

Terrible food. Ordered chips and guac but they were out. Since I ordered online the store wouldn't refund me and now chipotle.com won't refund either but keeps offering a free chips and guac coupon. I def won't be using it because the food was so terrible. They put so much sour cream and salsa on my tacos they fell apart and were cold. Couldn't eat them and threw them away. Def won't be returning. read more

Was excited to try this new location and would likely drive the extra time to the other location next time. Servings were below par, customer service was eh, tried using a Chipotle gift card and was told gift cards (all) hadn't been working since they opened. That would have been nice to know before we ordered and I was grateful to have another form of payment but imagine the surprise of anyone else ordering expecting to pay by gift card and not being able to. That should be posted somewhere. Chips were gross and for as many workers as there were it wasn't very clean. read more

Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They will get your order wrong and the food is horrible.

Don't waste your time or money. The most rude employees I have ever encountered. I was so disgusted today with the lack of customer service. The eye rolls, the attitude, the laziness. The restaurant was dirty, the employees lack basic human interaction training. I will not be going back. read more

My family and I had just driven in from a trip out of town and we needed something to eat. We went to chipotle at 930pm and when we got inside the employees had already cleaned for the night. There was only queso ready. I was told there was no veggies or proteins to serve. The staff was incredibly rude and lazy as hell. read more

Robert, the manager, was screaming at staff members when I came in to pick up my order - 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready! He was barking at Tanner to do this and do that. There was no asking, explaining, or managing - just screaming. I understand he was frustrated by a 60 burrito order that happened this morning, as he made sure everyone who walked through the doors knew, but we are at 7pm and he should be over that frustration by now... at the very least not taking it out on customers and staff. Finally received my order over an hour after it was supposed to be ready for pick up and I don't even know if it's right... I just wanted out bc the place was so crowed with upset customers who had been waiting and waiting for their food while Robert yelled. read more

Service was ok , not the cleanest. Food was average . Number of employees walking around , only one waiting on customers .

Service was horrible. The guy working the digital line came to the window and literally gave me his ear, he rolled his eyes when he saw me waiting to ask for something after I received my food. He clearly didn't want to work today. Will not be back based off of his lack of customer service. The food could have been decent if the chicken wasn't burnt read more

Horrible service and charged for guacamole and queso and did not even have chips available at the store to purchase! Employees not trained well enough for the job and don't hit the chipotle standards that I have seen elsewhere. Go 5 more minutes to the other chipotle! read more

Placed an order online 10am to pick up for lunch at noon but when I came to pick up and I was told to wait 35 mins. What's the point of scheduled pick up if they pushed my order to the right? why is there a drive up line if yall don't attend to it??? I sat in that line for 30 minutes. 2 cars in front of me and probably 4 behind me. and then when you get up to the window the worker is so rude. the food is ok. freebirds is 100x better than here. read more
