Chipotle's 08-04-24 The taste of the food has improved over time but the value of what you get to how much it cost I feel isn't worth the money. The burrito was a joke! It was 1/4 the size it used to be and cost more! I'd say the burrito was more of a kids meal size. The burrito bowls were OK. They too have gotten smaller but cost more. It's been a few years since I've eaten at a chipotle's. Me and my family thought we'd give it another try! We did and we won't be going back. Too many Good Mexican restaurants around to enjoy. We ordered pickup online which was easy enough but that was it! Food was packaged badly and food leaked out into the car! I just can't see spending that much on that little of food. Just got food here, I love chipotle but the look and attitude from the small white girl was WILD. I asked for white rice, pinto beans, honey chipotle chicken, veggies, queso, and corn with a little salsa. When I asked for salsa it seemed to be a OBVIOUS huge inconvenience to her and I got a disgusting look from her. She sent us to pay and repeated herself 4x that the other lady would help us; then got visibly irritated when we were still waiting for the lady she told us to wait for to pay. Went there Sunday, 5pm on o5/05/2024. It wasn't busy. There were around 5 people there, all between 16 very early 20s in age. Everything was slow motion. One guy was on his phone standing strategically by the drinks (at this spot in the store you're co-workers can't see you). One guy was just leaning against a table. The table tops appeared to have been wiped with a dirty rag. There were bits of burrito on the counter where I sat. The floor was dirty. burrito remains scattered throughout. On the line they were out of several things. This seems to be true at every Chipotle I've been to since they added the 2nd food prep area for online orders. I had queso added to my burrito bowl. I noticed it wasn't warm. Not keeping food at a proper temperature is a health hazard. I can't say 100% it was the burrito but I have had stomach problems in the 20 hours now that I've eaten there. read more

I have never been to this location and them not be out of something (batting 1000 on being out of the vignette, which lets be honest is the only thing at this point that gives chipotle any flavor) - food was cold and rice was not cooked. Was excited to try this new location and would likely drive the extra time to the other location next time. Servings were below par, customer service was eh, tried using a Chipotle gift card and was told gift cards (all) hadn't been working since they opened. That would have been nice to know before we ordered and I was grateful to have another form of payment but imagine the surprise of anyone else ordering expecting to pay by gift card and not being able to. Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They will get your order wrong and the food is horrible.

Robert, the manager, was screaming at staff members when I came in to pick up my order - 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready! He was barking at Tanner to do this and do that. There was no asking, explaining, or managing - just screaming. I understand he was frustrated by a 60 burrito order that happened this morning, as he made sure everyone who walked through the doors knew, but we are at 7pm and he should be over that frustration by now... at the very least not taking it out on customers and staff. Finally received my order over an hour after it was supposed to be ready for pick up and I don't even know if it's right...
