First time at a Chipotle. Won't be back. My friend had a rice bowl with extra protein and I ordered a burrito, chips with salsa and a medium drink. It came out to over $39. Way too much for me to spend on fast food. There are many Mexican restaurants out there that serve great food and would cost the same or less. The food was good but just did not seem worth it. Terrible experience tonight, went in Chipotle Streetsboro for dinner and everything was empty. The workers trying to feed everyone kid servings to stretch what's out there, I literally got one small lump in my bowl of dry barbacoa, sprinkle of lettuce a drizzle of green sauce and a mountain of rice. The bowl is awful and this has actually been the third time I got an unreasonably smaller portion than other GOOD MANAGED chipotle's. They didn't even seem to have a care in the world that they had not prepared food to accommodate customers. This is our reality now! Chipotle is a breath of fresh air after road tripping and passing the traditional fast food joints. Like so many other locations, the food tasted fresh, not too heavy, and the staff were happy to put together my order quickly and cleanly. COVID Notes: this Chipotle does have the social distancing stickers, but customers were completely ignoring them. All the employees were wearing masks correctly except one posted near the register, who had the mask all the way down to her neck. read more

The food was great; I'm a big fan of Chipotle. HOWEVER, although all the employees were being quite disciplined about mask, gloves, etc., and the restaurant itself had social distancing in effect, they were definitely not enforcing any of these things with their customers. I sat outside at a table to eat (no one else in the outdoor seating area) in the evening after I got my food, and in that time, I saw over 20 customers without masks come in the store and pick up take-out orders. Some of these people came in as part of a group of three or four people, all clustered together at the register. My meal was leisurely; I had been driving all day, so I was catching up on email, voice messages, and texts, not watching the foot traffic like a hawk, and frankly, the number of people that came in without masks could have been as high as 40. The question for the business begs itself - why, why, why are you putting customers, employees and the rest of the public at risk by abdicating your responsibility to enforce PPE and social distancing among your customers? "Looking the other way" and pretending it's not important, or not doing it because you are afraid of an irate customer, nullifies much of the restaurant's efforts to adhere to PPE and social distancing requirements. read more

The best experience I've ever had at a chipotle!!! I have celiac disease so I'm extremely allergic to gluten... the Manager & staff wiped down the entire counter and changed all the spoons. I've never had anyone at chipotle do that.. this facility obviously takes customer care to a whole other level!!!! I'm grateful knowing that I was able to sit and eat with out the worry of getting sick again. If you have an allergy this is definitely the BEST CHIPOTLE to go to!! I haven't had the shredded cheese or lettuce in forever there because the containers are always dug into with other gloves... but they got my fresh cut lettuce and cheese from the back!! I've found out on two separate occasions that if you don't tip they will forget your silverware. I ordered two of the exact meals with different names, one with a tip and one without, and the one without a tip both times has not had silverware. I guess you can eat a burrito bowl with your fingers if you don't tip the workers extra for making it. read more

Walked in around 130pm, was not greeted, food service area was dirty and it was a complete mess. The guacamole was brown appearing. Stood there for a minute or two and still not greeted. This place has a hard time with take out orders. We've been getting food from this location at least twice a month over the past year and I can recall only three times that they got things right with a four person order. C'mon it isn't rocket science putting together a Chipotle order. I hope the management at this store can get some better personnel soon. read more

Needless to say this chipotle isnot very good I don't think I will even rate it. It was filthy no clean tables the woman at the counter left one person to do the orders, as she was cleaning with a rag around all the condiments her rag went into the black beans the rag was filthy. This is the best chipotle I've been to in my entire life. That might sound ridiculous. But there are many reasons for this. Primarily, every time I visit, and it's been at least 20 times, the crew is amazingly friendly and energetic. They are efficient and the line is short. But it goes beyond that. They truly seem to like their jobs and enjoy making people have a good experience. They are outwardly friendly. Always smiling. It's sad, but it's a shocking experience every time. The differences among chipotle locations is drastic. For the last 5 years, I've lived in Cleveland and went to every chipotle in town. Always a 20 minute wait and AWFUL service. It's night and day. Whatever they are doing at this Streetsboro location should be duplicated across all chains. read more

I stopped in today for lunch and the line was out the door. I didn't count, but there were easily a dozen people in front of me. The staff was fast, friendly and full of energy. This is my favorite joint our of all the fast food chains. Great food at a decent price! Not much on kids selections, but my kids just like cheese quesadillas and Chipotle was nice enough to make them one even though it wasn't on the menu! For faster service, fax in your order so you can get in and out, because otherwise your standing in line for at least 10 minutes. It's great, hence the line. The food is good and service is very quick and efficient. My problem is that things go a little too fast on the line when I am trying to communicate with the servers. I am a 60 year old senior and for some reason I can't hear what the server is saying. The females talk so fast and shout in a high key. I ask them to repeat and they just talk higher and faster. This has happened more than once. I have to look over at a male server and ask him for an interpretation of what the girl said. I have no trouble hearing the male servers. I have to say that I almost think these girls make it hard for me to hear them on purpose, because after I ask them to repeat, their voice becomes even more distorted. read more

This is my hometown Chipotle, and if your hometown has one as well you should be blessed. I have eaten at many Chipotle locations around the country and sometimes I do notice a difference between some of them. Without any hometown bias, I think we have a real good one here in Streetsboro regarding the food, cleanliness of the restaurant (the Solon, OH location is a sloppy one) and the help that works there. The Streetsboro Chipotle does well on all fronts. And yes, they do serve alcohol here. read more

Usually this is my go to chipotle! The other day though as waiting to be helped one worker just stood there and cleaned the glass. As more and more customers continued to come in and the line grew from 1 to 7 people, the worker continued to just tell the only other worker that more and more people were coming in. The other worker had to even ask her if she could help out. I had only waited maybe 5 minutes but she hadn't even acknowledged me and to me it seemed like she didn't want to be there or even work for the matter. Second time this happened recently. Ordering a steak salad and half of the steak cubes where un-eatable due to the gristle. I even saved the pieces and showed them to the manager who was ho-hum about it. She offered to give me more steak but at that time I was repulsed by what was being served. Chipotle needs to be careful as they will loose their reputation and damage their brand by serving food that is unacceptable by any restaurant standards. I used to live in Denver and was a frequent patron of the original Chipotle on Evans St and actually met Steve Ells. I am sure he would not tolerate this if he was aware. Being that Chipotle is a chain, your pretty much know what you are going to get. What sets this location apart from others is the staff and speed. They are FAST!! Even during the lunch rush, you will have order in hand in less than 2 minutes. Love this location. Best of the best in my opinion. read more

I don't like Chipotle's food for the most part... It's just too spicy for my tastes... I will, however, get a vegetarian bowl. I've never had this problem at any other location but here they give minimal portions for the vegetarian meal despite us paying the same amount as the chicken meal. We used to avoid the chipotle on cedar rd in cleveland heights because of the awful service we would get. But now we love chipotle again because of the quality of service here!
