After telling me that I could. So I went back through the drive thru like any normal human would do... to get my second one and the manager came to the window and said 1 per day per car. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They have figured out good food and great service. I spend a lot of money here. The lines can be long but they go really fast. They have a system that totally looks confusing but absolutely works and love it. This is the cost location near me. This trip I ordered a full market salad, a granola parfait and two chicken sandwiches. Let's start with the salad. It is amazing and very filling. The chicken with the fruit is a perfect combo. I substitute the blue cheese with shredded cheese. No matter what time I go, I always order a parfait for breakfast the next day. The yogurt is sweet and the fruit and granola adds a taste of greatness. My husband and son loved their sandwich. I would recommend this restaurant and location. read more

Chick-Fil-A food is always amazing and their service is top notch. You always feel warm and welcome there, and staff members never let it out if they are having a bad day. You can imagine that pretty much everyday is going to be busy, but again, staff members are always friendly and willing to get you whatever you might need. I always get the grilled nuggets. They use a marinade on them that is really good. Their BBQ and Ranch sauces are good, as is their special Chick-Fil-A sauce. For breakfast I get an egg and cheese biscuit with tater tots when I go there. I'm not normally a fan of breakfast sandwiches, but theirs is really good. This Chick-fil-A does a pretty darn good job considering I only go during busy times. My food is always correct even if it takes awhile to get up to the front of the line. The employees try to have bigger orders pull forward so those of us with a one or two person order aren't stuck behind a baseball team's worth. They are wonderful employees as is to be expected with Chick-fil-A. One of the better locations in NE Ohio. read more

They would rather cut off a toe, than see you dissatisfied. These people are hardcore. This location is in a busy area off Howe avenue and they see tons of traffic. However, that doesn't stop them from being super friendly and efficient. Sure, you won't get through the drive through in 2 minutes flat....but you also won't end up eating mystery meat with "special sauce." Ordered their spicy southwest salad for the very first time and got the avocado lime dressing with it. Sweet baby Jesus! That salad rocked my socks. I visited the drive thru to get my family dinner after a long/hot day at the zoo, and we get home to realize that our order is missing food AGAIN. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us this year. Now I'm cooking myself a dinner because ChickFilA let me down once again. Oh, and don't bother trying to call them because they don't answer their phone. They want you to leave a message, which I've done before, and never heard anything back from them. Ok, I have to admit...I'm 32 and I had never been to Chick-fil-A until a couple days ago. I know... but I finally did it guys! Hahaha! I honestly have no clue why I hadn't tried it but it's officially in my top 5 fast food rotation list now. WOW! What do they put in that chicken to make it so tasty?? I tried the chicken sandwich and out the Chick-fil-A sauce on it. Bam! Flavor! Excellent! I also tried the waffle fries but wasn't a fan but those aren't my favorite anyway. I like a thin, crisp, salty French fry like Macdonald's. After talking to some friends, I've been informed that you have to ask them to make your waffle fries crispy if you want them to be really good. I didn't know this and considering the drive thru line was kind of slow, I probably won't do that. I enjoyed my food so I decided the next morning to stop for breakfast and check that out. I ordered the chikin biscuit but they gave me the chikin mini biscuits. I was all the way back home before I knew it was the wrong order. Oh well! They definitely put some kind of sweet butter on the tops of those soft, pillowy biscuits which rounds out the flavors between the savory chicken and the salty biscuit. I'd order them again! Additionally, I got the vanilla iced coffee. Good for fast food coffee and in a pinch if necessary, but I prefer my Starbucks or Dunkin'. Overall, great quality!
