I have visited this Panera Bread for lunch several times but many times for just coffee or tea with a friend. What I like about it is the free coffee refills for a reasonable price. I don't have to go to the register to get a refill. I can just go to the carafes at the front and refill by cup. The water is usually hot and the coffee is decent. There are only a few selections of coffee but it's enough. The food is great quality. I've ordered several sandwiches and the quality was always good. The insignificant amount of bbq or chicken etc between the slices of bread is what has stopped me from ordering their meals. There are plenty of seats in the dining area and a variety of tables and chairs. And the tables are not very close to each other! There is also a conference room you can book. What is lacking is space in the booth seating. If you are an average male height then you'll probably bump knees with the person opposite you. read more

First time ever at a Panera. I asked for the BLT advertised on TV. Sandwich I received did not resemble TV ad. TV has round soft looking bun with large pieces of bacon and turkey. I received cold, white bread slices with 3 small cold pieces of bacon and some dry turkey. The lettuce used was not a crisp kind, but the soft leafy kind (if that's what is used usually, ok). When I retrieved my plate, there was a small pickle spear and a bag of chips. After trying 2 bites of sandwich, I removed the stale bread, ate the turkey and threw the remainder away. I was with friends, so I just visited with them and left. I did appreciate the free refill of beverage. And the person that took my order was nice. I just wish I had gotten the advertised sandwich. I had left a $2 tip, so my bill was almost $20 for something almost unedible. No Panera for me! read more

Ordered dinner in person for takeout for me and my wife. Got all the way home and found out there was no chicken on her chicken Fuji salad, and my spicy take sandwich was burnt on one side. I called the restaurant and Dominique was rude and refused to discount our meal. Only option she gave was to drive back there and have the salad remade. We are almost 20 minutes away from the store, and it's already almost 8pm. She offered to let us get a new salad on a different day, and took down my first name. The salad we did get was still subpar, with much of the lettuce being white and see through. For the prices that Panera costs these days, the whole meal was criminal. I would certainly skip this location. Instantly when I walked in the door the staff seemed rushed to get my order over with- I was rushed to order as soon as I had walked in the door without a chance to skim the menu. Later, when my name was called, only one item of food my table had ordered was ready. why would they call me up to get 1/4 of my meal?? My coffee order was completely wrong, it had to have been a misclick on the machine or something, and when I went up and asked for a cup of ice to turn my hot drink into the iced one I wanted, It took the staff multiple explainations to understand what I wanted. One member told me "if you want an iced drink, you have to order it iced" which, I understand the thought, but the iced drinks are the same price! She didn't even give me the drink I ordered! And when I commented that my order was not correc, she told me that it, infact, WAS correct and that I must have misremembered what I ordered. Tracy and her team had our boxed lunch order (for 30 people) ready and waiting right on time. She even helped load up my car. Panera is great! I've been to this location a couple times, and I really like it. Being in the Chapel Hill area of Cuyahoga Falls is super convenient. There's a huge, open parking lot - I've never had trouble finding parking, even though it's in a busy location. The inside and outside of the restaurant are kept clean, including the women's bathroom. I'm part of a business group that meets here once a month. The meeting room is always clean with plenty of seating. AND they rent it out to your group for FREE if you can show them receipts that total at least $100 of food purchases. The employees are great. They always compliment me or make small talk, and they're very polite and efficient. My order has always been correct and ready quickly. I highly recommend the broccoli cheese soup and the strawberry poppyseed salad. And you can never go wrong with a warm chocolate chip cookie! read more

Ok. So last week I ordered online for food delivery and one of our sandwiches was missing - the Napa Chicken Salad sandwich. I called and after waiting on phone for 12min finally talked to a manager. Said they didn't have any drivers so I could either come pickup my sandwich which has been sitting now for 30min plus with mayo or place it in the book and they will replace my meal. Just needed the sandwich so they allegedly wrote my name in the book. Today I went to get a meal and get the replacement sandwich. Received the sandwich replacement but they could not find my name in the book. Felt attitude but I was grateful that I was to receive my belated sandwich. I then ordered the 16oz strawberry lemonade to which my surprise at a wopping $4.89, only receive the drink in a 12oz cup. I said that it was not the right size. Manager Tracie then showed me a picture that is the cup they are using. Panera bread needs to update size on receipt and charge less for what the customer is actually receiving Expected 16oz that paid for and only received 12oz. Extremely disappointed. I think the flow is weird- hard to know where to get in line & where to wait. Even the staff seems confused. Can't tell you how many times I have gone for a bagel and when it is ready, they give me more than I ordered because they don't pay attention. I bring their error to their attention and am always fair. When I order a hot tea, I always have to ask for the cup! Anyway, always love their food! The turkey bravo sandwich is so freaking good! So far as I can tell, Panera is a pseudo-trendy food stand aimed at the same suburban yuppies that shop for music from Starbucks and proudly drive Ford Escape Hybrids. The pastries are decent at best but incredibly overpriced. You can get donuts and cookies that are just as good for less than half the price at the Giant Eagle across the street. And how about the food? Decent soup, shitty little sandwiches, and again (as if it's a dominant theme), incredibly overpriced. I guess that mark-up is for the "hip"-ness factor? Panera always reminds me of eating lunch in elementary school, back when those Lunchable things were fashionable. I begged and begged my mom to buy me those things for my lunch because they were cool, but once I actually ate it, I felt cheated and unfulfilled. Quite possibly the worst Panera experience ever. Our plates and silverware all appeared dirty or poorly washed (or maybe really in need of replacement?). We sat in a booth and shortly into dinner I noticed the back of the booth was smeared with dried sauce of some kind. My soup was cold. My sandwich was strangely wet -- both the inside from too wet lettuce, and the outside for reasons I couldn't identify. Finally, we ordered items that we then had to go back and ask for because they weren't included in our food. It'll be a while before I go back to any Panera. It's all about the service and it sucks here I travel and often have meetings for breakfast; Panera is a good, consistent venue that has options that appeal to just about anyone. Unfortunatley. The poor, unfriendly service at this location makes it unpleasant to visit. The typical weekday crew is rude and very unpleasant if you have any questions or special considerations. I took a client here last week and the cashier, after originally telling us that a sandwich couldn't be ordered on a bagel, tried to charge him for a bagel and a sandwich. When the error was pointed out to the "manager" he responded that we shouldn't have been so difficult in ordering our food. Overall, I've been here a dozen or so times as it's close to my home. I haven't been to Panera in a while. My girlfriend wanted to stop for some chicken noodle soup so we showed up on a Saturday at 7:30pm. The service was good but I found the dining area sub par. The floor and tables were dirty. The hot water for the tea was room temperature and we used the microwave below the coffee to heat it up. I waited in line while there was a girl in front of me just hanging out at the register. She was not even placing an order. She was just a friend of the cashier. So I go to place my to go order she acts like I'm bothering distracting her. As I was waiting for my food I took notice of this girl standing just chatting away with employees in front of the register leaning all over the counter. After receiving my sandwich I had only one bite and egg yolk just squirts all over. I look in the sandwich and the egg is not centered plus the egg white is like gooey liquid. Very gross. The sandwich was not edible. I had bad treatment at this location the previous visit. I placed a complaint and it fell on deaf ears.
