the worst drive thru experience IVE EVER HAD. got yelled at by the worker after waiting 45 minutes in line. Told me "i had to go back around and wait for my order". keep in mind i did a mobile order so i shouldn't have had to wait as long as i did. Ordered online like normal, then pulled up to the drive thru speaker and then got told they wouldn't make any food for 30 minutes. All employees were sitting outback, on break at the same time. I said my order had already been placed, and they told me to leave or come back after because they would not make it. The time before while I was there, I received the wrong drink and requested it be changed to the correct one, and got lots of attitude from the staff saying it was correct while my receipt says other wise. Drive thru is SO INSANELY SLOW!!! they're alsways super understaffed but I always am nice because I understand. I ordered on the mobile app and had it as drive thru pick up, when i got there the line was wrapped around the building so i just went inside. i stood there for about 15 minutes until someone acknowledged me and told me it would be a second. they then asked for the name 5 minutes later and said i have to go through the drive thru. so after standing there for almost 20 minutes i had to go into the drive thru line that i couldve been waiting in if they told me to begin with. i've been waiting in line for almost 40 minutes now. it's absolutely insane. also to note, when i was inside, and employee was making something and i overheard them say "well they won't notice until they open it" which definitely made me not trust the food i was about to get. well, who knows if i'll even get it at this point. after sitting in line for 40 minutes ONE car has moved from the speaker. this place seriously needs help ASAP. read more

I went in to place an order. I was looked at by 2 employees as they walked in the back ignoring. I waited 5 minutes and then called for someone politely. They were rude when they responded. I asked to have my order taken. They told me use the kiosk. I responded by saying I don't work for Taco Bell. Again, I said I want my order taken by an employee and they again told me to order on the kiosk. The woman at the take-out windows was vaping while taking orders and then handing them out to the customers without washing her hands. I came to pick up my online order when they were out of something. I asked the young lady if I could get a substitute or do I need to put another order in so she proceeded to ask a coworker who I can assume is a manager loudly kept saying what what what and then screamed ask a the girl to ask someone named Cassie. The girl asked if she was stupid and told her to get back in her lane while slamming things around. Poor girl never spoke to this girl Cassie. I used to always go here. I loved the people. I just went during the night shift and this rude lady made me wanna cry. I'm only 18 and I used my "drive thru voice" when u go like a pitch higher and sound nice lol. A few years ago, this Taco Bell had the slowest drive through I'd ever seen, but the quality of the food was outstanding - that Taco Bell would have received a 3-4 star review.
