Half an avocado in the guacamole
    Al S.

Chipotle is one of my favorites but this location has gone downhill. Constantly out of ingredients. Don't order ahead because you won't know until you open your food. Even when they do have everything the order is wrong or something is missing. There's clearly nobody in charge, just a bunch of kids that don't care. Found half an avocado in the guac last time I ordered. Not mashed at all just thrown in. Don't even get a response when submitting a complaint through the app.

Plant based chorizo is a great option! Mildly spicy and the full salad at $10 is a deal. Staff also efficient.

    Garbage tacos
    Dayton S.

Me and my wife went there last Saturday. We each ordered 3 tacos. We got the soft tacos. What a joke. They don't have lettuce. Well I tried the rice. The girl filled them with rice to make them look bigger. The meat was all dried out. Nothing like their commercials that makes the meat look warm and juicy. She that has them on a sheet of aluminum foil. She rolls them so tight than seals them like they are a baseball. When we went to eat you had to peel them apart ripping them and having everything go everywhere. I had asked for taco sauce and was told it was by the soda machine. All there was was a few bottles of Tabasco sauce. These were the worst tacos I've had. They all went in the garbage. Someone from Chipotle named Alex contacted me contacted me and asked me to go to their website I believe and fill out their form which I did in detail. Than I go to send it and their dropdown menu doesn't work so all the time I used typing was wasted. I told Alex and he asked me to call them. Well, I contacted customer service as Alex asked me to. What a joke. Hard to understand girl I told her all the problems with everything. Told her the store. Than after all that she asks is there anything else? I asked her if she would like my name or email. She asked why. Well I'd like to get the 2 orders replaced if possible but at a different location. She asked how I paid and I told her cash. She asked for my receipt. When I paid the girl who took the money asked if I wanted the receipt and I told her no. She informs me that we won't do anything for you. I thanked her for wasting my time and the crappy food and hung up. What a waste of time and money. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use to really like it until I got food poisoning from their steak. Just smelling someone eating chipotle around me makes me want to die.

Boring for all the right reasons... A big franchise place to eat is always boring. Just go to Hot Harry's to get some real good stuff.

This store has a sign on the front door that it is locally owned by John and Kathy R. If you want…read moreto see the full last name of the owners, you can simply walk up and view it. In theory, the point of putting your name on a restaurant is an act of taking responsibility for what happens inside, and an indication of personal pride for the establishment. Surely if John and Kathy visited this restaurant recently, they wouldn't find it to be a reflection of themselves. Seeing the level of filth and decay I observed after walking in, I normally would have walked right out. But the reason I was at McDonald's in the first place was because I had skipped an earlier meal, and needed to get some food inside my belly, stat. I find that Egg McMuffin's are a reasonable emergency measure. The disrepair of the store wasn't just limited to things one could see in the dining room with the naked eye. I observed one of the cooks struggling with a malfunctioning burger seasoning tool, which required multiple attempts in order to get it to work. Why it took so long to get the food prepared remains a mystery. But it wasn't just my order, everyone was waiting and exasperated. Including the staff behind the counter. It felt like we were all in this together. There were some other things I observed while waiting for my food, which included massive grease and dust build up on hanging signage, water damage on ceiling tiles, a crusty garbage can compression stick in plain view of those entering the building, and debris all over the floor. But the thing that really got me was the dining room. Once I received my McMuffin it was hard to find a clean table in the mostly empty restaurant. And when I went to get a napkin to finish cleaning the mostly clean table I found, I came face to face with a ketchup pump that was thoroughly crusted over with old dried ketchup. I'll spare you the photo. I think it is safe to say this restaurant had not been well cleaned in a long, long time. That said, the Egg McMuffin itself was remarkably fine. I ate it standing up. Mostly because I wanted to touch as few surfaces in the dining room as possible. Hopefully, someone from McDonald's contacts John and Kathy, and invites them to visit their store to take a look around. Or maybe, better yet, sends someone from corporate for an unannounced visit. I can't imagine that a place that prides itself in the consistency of the guest experience would be happy about what they find.

Kahdeja at the register took our order, she was really friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. She even helped us when we couldn't find something on the menu. They're really efficient in getting orders quickly. The room attendants usually bring it to our table, but this experience, she did not. She asked if it was our order and said it was up. We ordered for two adults and one child - all in all, it was $37.00 even, which is a really good price in current market. My husband ordered a double beef and cheddar and is never disappointed with the amount of cheddar they place on the sandwich. The kids meal has chicken bite nuggets, so it's not ground chicken. They were good, but one trend today was that the fried items were not salt or peppered at all. My Reuben was really huge and I couldn't finish it all. I was full have 1/2 and my curly fries. All in all the place was great! My only concern had nothing to do with the restaurant, but rather the patrons swarming the restaurant and moving tables around making nails on a chalkboard sounds with zero respect for the other patrons currently eating. That said - this ruckus all began at 12:15 pm (afternoon) on a Sunday ‍ (30 people piled in and started moving their furniture without asking anyone or consideration for others) Otherwise, the rest of the week when we have gone, it's been wonderful! Definitely a place to try, just be careful around noon on Sundays.

After reading this food critics article -- "I Asked 6 Chefs…read morefor the Best Fast Food Fried Chicken, and This Classic Won by a Landslide" By Karla Walsh Allrecipes I headed to the closest Popeyes to pick up lunch for my 20 year old grandson and me. The article is based on critiquing nationally available fast food fried chicken. Six experts selected a winner, and it was Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen by a landslide. Here is their justification: "When it comes to fast food fried chicken, no one does it better than Popeyes. They've really nailed the salty, peppery, crispy coating, adored by this Southerner. Plus, Popeyes chicken is always juicy and tender, even the breast pieces, which are often dry at fast food places. The moistness they are talking about is likely due to the 12-hour marinade the brand boasts about on its website." Another Excerpt -- "Popeyes' crust really knocks it out of the park. It has the crispiest breading that's never soggy, greasy, or underseasoned." No wonder Popeyes came out on top during our team's taste test, too." At the drive thru, we picked up our order of Crispy Chicken with Louisiana Seasoning and Wings. Shortly after, we concluded that the fried chicken was even better than KFC and way better than Chick Fil A. We agreed with the experts who wrote the article. In addition, the bone in and boneless Wings from Popeyes were also excellent. And the Sauces! The Mardis Gras and the Sweet Heat dipping sauces were outstanding.
