I went to this location today and had a terrible experience. Everything was filthy: floors, tables, food prep line and even the kitchen. The tortillas warmer on the line was broken, so the poor guy had to walk all the past the cash register to the other warmer every single time. No wonder he was in such a terrible mood. Mumbling so badly he was impossible to understand. I ordered a beef burrito and he asked, beef or steak?" I reiterated "beef" and he put steak on it. I'm not too big on spicy foods, but I will say that this was a pleasant experience. I ordered a steak bowl and I must say that I was pleasantly impressed. The service was excellent. They were very nice very knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I wanted, and there was a decent amount of food as well. Even when they do have everything the order is wrong or something is missing. There's clearly nobody in charge, just a bunch of kids that don't care. First of all, I have absolutely no issue with the staff that was there during my most recent visit, they were working very hard the entire time. None of the issues I'm about to bring up are a reflection of the employees. It is a CORPORATE issue and to a lesser extent the management. (I didn't love how I overheard who I learned to be the general manager say "no one wants to work anymore". I wouldn't want to work for someone that dismissive for next to minimum wage either). With that said, this location needs some major help. I placed a mobile order at 2pm and it said it would be ready at 2:20. I walked out with my food just after 3pm. A woman left as I was walking in and I heard her say to whoever she was on the phone with "an entire hour that just took." But that's what happens when a location is understaffed! There were only 3 people working at 2-3pm on a Saturday! I honestly would strongly recommend against going to this location, and certainly don't place a mobile order here. This location is very centralized and gets a ton of customers every day, it should be staffed better than it was. Do better Chipotle. read more

worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I asked for double chicken, and I swear the woman preparing my bowl put two tiny pieces of chicken on there. I was like, okay, whatever... there wasn't even that much chicken to begin with, so I figured they wouldn't actually charge me for those two little scraps. But nope. I get to the register, and the cashier hits me with, "You asked for double chicken, so you're going to pay for double chicken." Like, are you serious? I'm so done with Chipotle at this point. The last time I ordered a salad from another location they forgot to put the LETTUCE in it. I complained about it online to "pepper" their automated bot and was offered a BOGO that expired before I could even use it. The last thing I want after having a bad experience is to spend more money to get a "free" meal when I eat there alone 90% of the time. Tonight I ordered a quesadilla and chips & queso at 8pm on the app. My gf goes to pick it up and they said they were out of chips. They are supposed to be open for 2 more hours. MAKE MORE! Me and my wife went there last Saturday. We each ordered 3 tacos. We got the soft tacos. What a joke. They don't have lettuce. Well I tried the rice. The girl filled them with rice to make them look bigger. The meat was all dried out. Nothing like their commercials that makes the meat look warm and juicy. She that has them on a sheet of aluminum foil. She rolls them so tight than seals them like they are a baseball. When we went to eat you had to peel them apart ripping them and having everything go everywhere. I had asked for taco sauce and was told it was by the soda machine. All there was was a few bottles of Tabasco sauce. These were the worst tacos I've had. They all went in the garbage. Someone from Chipotle named Alex contacted me contacted me and asked me to go to their website I believe and fill out their form which I did in detail. Than I go to send it and their dropdown menu doesn't work so all the time I used typing was wasted. I told Alex and he asked me to call them. Well, I contacted customer service as Alex asked me to. What a joke. Hard to understand girl I told her all the problems with everything. Told her the store. Than after all that she asks is there anything else? This place have an employee who is rude. I bought a soda that has a cap that doesn't pop. You need an actual bottle opener to open it. So when I ask for the soda she told me that the cap Is not a twist cap and if I would like for her to open it for her. I told yes please because I have no way of opening it. Came to this Chipotle looking for some quick fast food, so I made sure to order online before I came here. They do have a parking lot, as this restaurant is within a strip of other restaurants and stores. There was already a line when I came here around 4:45pm on a Saturday, and it wasn't clear if I could just pick up the take out bag with my name on it before I left or if I needed verification from the cashiers in the front. I went on line just to verify and they told me to just pick up the bag with my name on it. I confirmed the receipt number, name and everything. When I came home, my bowl was switched with someone else's bowl. Not sure if a mistake because they were distracted or not, but I ordered a steak bowl with guac and ended up with a chicken bowl without guac. Mistakes happen, so its fine and hopefully next time there is no change up. read more

I do love Chipotle. I love how it's convenient. I love the quality of their ingredients. I love how they keep on trying to do better. I love that they use better meat than many fine dining restaurants, yet charge a fraction of the price. On average, Chipotle is a 4* burrito experience for me. This Chipotle isn't quite as good as some of the others. Matt W. mentioned the travesty of the strip mall, and that's true. The floor plan of this location also seems poorly thought out. As is the distance between the bolted down benches and the bolted down tables. But mostly, there isn't nearly enough seating, especially for families with kids who may not be comfortable putting little ones on high-top stools. There are precious few actual tables, and it can get crowded at peak times. Still, it's Chipotle and I love it. So when I need something tasty, convenient, and filling, this is where I'm heading. When convenience isn't as important, I'm headed around to corner to La Mexicana for the real deal. read more

Ordered a veggie burrito and the employee who made it was attentive and portioned the ingredients perfectly! The problem comes with the cashier named Dejah who was very rude and unaccommodating. This cashier also appeared to be a manager, because she was in a buttoned-up shirt instead of a t-shirt. This person charged me for my food after I asked a question about the prices and she ignored my question while another employee answered it, thankfully. After I was charged the receipt was thrown at me, and she walked into the back of house without bagging my food or giving me the drink I ordered. I asked a nearby employee for help and she apologized and gave me my drink, though. Chipotle's goal of offering fast food with genuinely fresh ingredients and responsibly sourced meat is always appreciated. I often wonder how many avocados the Chipotle chain uses on a daily basis. Always come here, I work at Lowes and usually come here for my lunch break. The workers here are friendly and the place is clean. It is almost always packed because people love their salads and burritos. All of thr ingredients taste very fresh, the only issue I have is that the steak is very chewy usually. Even though I don't live near this chipotles location anymore, I still visit every once and while just for one of their iconic burritos. I've always loved having a chipotle so close to my home since I was a young child, and they even sent me gift cards for free burritos before just for sending them an appreciation letter!!
