Chipotle will never see me again. I'm deleting this app and no longer supporting this business AT ALL. Every time I've ordered from here, something has been wrong. The food is consistently not up to par, to-go bowls are messy, and items are often missing. There have been times I didn't even want to go inside, but ordering ahead didn't help either because I can't trust the accuracy or quality of what's being made. There is always an issue. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to!!!! The manager was barking at all the employees the entire time! The employees seemed terrified. It was so awful. I think Her name was Amanda. Before coming to this location, I saw the reviews but decided I try anyways. It was 9:45 at night on a Wednesday. We walk in to a line but I was okay with waiting. As we are looking around we can see there are no napkins, plastic ware, straws, or tobacco sauce at the drink station. I said okay no worries again I'll wait. Then a worker comes out and says "We don't have any white rice only brown and it won't be ready for another 40 minutes. Also we close at 11 so‍" I decided to leave and go to another location near my house, that has consistent good service and isn't having employees walk around and with my own eyes doing nothing. we've been to this location multiple times and there's always a problem. just left after waiting in the line for far too long. I ordered a veggie bowl, veggies were almost done ion the grill, no problem, I'll wait, husband ordered chicken tacos, chicken was on the grill, ok, we'll wait. when the veggies were done he took ALL of them to the "to-go" line. I asked can we get those? they said no, we can't take from them because they need them for the to go orders. I said ok, but I'm here, in front of you. that doesn't make sense. she agreed and completed my order. I asked her to also get chicken for the tacos. they would not get it stating the chicken on the grill was almost done. when the cook took the chicken off the grill (knowing us and other people were waiting) he started doing g other stuff. instead of cutting enough for the waiting orders he cut all of it making everyone wait longer. I was almost finished with my food when the tacos were done. the whole place was a mess, the line, the food containers had mixed up food, the floor was a mess, we had to clean our own table, the lemonade containers were empty and the girl working the cash register was eating while completing orders. we love chipotle but wont be back to this location unless we hear about big improvements. read more

I watched a worker spend more time concerned where her cell phone was sitting, and looking at it, the whole time she had the soda fountain blocked while she slooooowly cleaned and blocked the way for customers from going through or even getting a drink, all while telling tales about work. The worst service I have ever received from Chipotle came from the Red Oak location. I drove to the location a few months ago and the line was too long. I ate elsewhere. Yesterday, Feb 09,2025 I was tired and wasn't in the mood to drive to Cedar Hill so I stopped at this location (7 minutes from my house) and as expected, terrible service and a lot of bad attitudes. What's wrong with the people working here? I went back today because my daughter wanted Chipotle. I should have driven to Cedar Hill. Bad attitudes again, the food was dry and looks like slop. Believe the negative reviews regarding poor customer service by workers and upper management. This location had ice melting underneath the soda machine area, due to the ice piled on the tray area of the machine. My husband, adult daughter and I stopped for a quick bite. We were starving and wanted something really quick. Chipotle's is normally doable. This is beyond all doubt the absolute WORSE Chipotle's that we have ever eaten at. The food was so SALTY that no amount of rice, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce or corn could dampen the saltiness to make it consumable. The staff was nice enough and remade it with a new batch of chicken and even more sides to attempt to counter the saltiness but at the end, we threw away 80% of the food. Whoever is cooking the food has a very heavy hand with the salt. I think I doubled my recommended daily sodium intake in the few bites of food today. Will not return. read more

The visits to this location are usually underwhelming, understaffed, and unprofessional but I am always patient. Today unfortunately was much more frustrating since there were 2 leads on shift. One of the digital order line and one working grill. They only had a cashier and a new person on the line, the cashier was helping a bit on the line in between ringing up orders but the line was still passed the door. We order 3 entrees tonight, all under portioned, our burrito we ordered was double meat but unfortunately we weren't given a full portion of the second meat we asked for (carne asada). When the new kid asked for more he was ignored, he didn't know how to put queso on the burrito, he wasn't able to wrap the burrito at all, I had to roll it again once I got home. The lead that was working on grill had more than enough time to stop what she was doing and correct the new kid on how to label double meat, but not enough time to 1. Help him push the line and 2. Stop and give the proper portion of carne asada when she was done cutting it. She had plenty of food on the line in order to stop for 5 mins to clean up the dirty dishes on her prep table, wipe the line, or help the new kid who shouldn't have been alone on the line. The lead on the digital order was keeping up with online orders but between the both of them something should have been said or planned to address the slow speed of service and the lack of training the new kid had. I didn't stop and say anything in store, as stated earlier, they are always understaffed like tonight and had a line to the door, and I am always willing to be patient because of that nor am I trying to make the lives of the employees more difficult but clearly this location needs help in training, starting with management because standards always start with them. read more

I don't get how can you mess up a mobile order. I usually check my food before I leave however I am sick and didn't want to spend too much time out or around other people. I just left chipotle today may 31, at 1:30 pm and the girl that attended me on the rice side had the WORST customer service, she is a short mexican girl and i believe she is a new hire because i am always at chipotle and she just started working there recently. 1. She couldn't say a word or speak, if your communication skills are that awful don't work in customer service or PLEASE chipotle move her in the back to be a cook or make the rice so she doesn't interact with these customers. 2. She had the worst look on her and was just making faces like she was annoyed. I understand if you have an rbf because majority of us do but no, she was MUGGING everyone like she was ready to go home. DO NOT work a shift or clock in if you are going to be in a bitchy mood and have a bitchy face the whole time. 3. Came here at 1825 hrs on 6/17/21, and the customer service was OUTSTANDINGGGGGG. What a great group of employees. I saw a new-hire being trained by someone with a great teaching ability and professionalism. An online order that appeared to be messed up was being handled in a way that kept the customer calm and what appeared to be satisfied. Every employee that handled my order struck up a conversation with me. SUPER IMPRESSED!! Wish they did this every where. I am a Chipotle fan and I have even driven to Cedar Hill just for a burrito bowl. I went here the other day and the store was very clean. The staff were nice. But I had issues with my food. First of all the chips were super stale and if I had realized this before making it all the way home I would have return them. My drive was approximately 5 or 6 minutes home and my burrito bowl was cold. Now I know the sour cream, etc. would be cold but the chicken and beans were cold as well. Stopped by attempting to get some "healthier" food than McDonald's late night ( 9:15pm ) The line was pretty long but it was moving so that wasn't a problem but 45 mins before closing and they are out of half of the options for ingredients . I get a veggie bowl but they had no veggies so I proceeded to just get food for my husband . The cashier was rude . He rings me up for a total of $17 so I asked why the price was so high for one bowl . He tells me I have double guac but I tell him I do not . He goes back and forth with me a few times before the employee next to him says "that's queso not guac " . First let me say how much I love the food here. I'm a vegetarian and love how they offer a plant based protein for the meals. They are usually so spot on about making sure there is no cross contamination between the things cooked with animals and the things I may eat. The service is so friendly and very helpful as well as knowledgeable in the food they serve their guest. That being said, I gave three stars because the last couple times I've gone I have found long strips of beef hiding in my food. The first time it happened I was eating a burrito. When I got to the last couple bites I noticed a different kind of texture in my mouth as I was chewing. I pulled out a long strip of beef and was so sad about it. But I decided to give them another chance. So I went back with a friend and we ate there. I couldn't finish my food so I took it home. Later that night I went to munch on the rest of the guacamole and pulled up what I thought was a nice chunk of avocado on my chip. It was the last bite so I made it a big one. The first thing I noticed was that chewy texture in my mouth again. And again, I pulled out a large chunk of beef from my mouth. Not sure why it's always the last bite that gets me. Lol So that is why I gave it three stars. I understand mistakes happen and am not above forgiving. I will be back and eat here again despite those two infractions. Partly because there aren't a whole lot of options for a vegetarian in Red Oak, but mostly because it's a nice change of pace from what I usually prepare for myself. read more

Need to improve their customer service skills! All I wanted was for someone to stop because the fajitas were out NOT because I asked, and put them on so I wouldn't have to wait even longer. PLUS I asked the person in front of me to let them know that they were out since he appeared to be friends with the employees. He was kind enough to inform them but when inquired about them, there was attitude but still no since of urgency to replenish. I was told when the person chopping the meet was finished then he'll put them on. There were 5 employees at work around the 12:30pm hour that I went.
