I go to this Chipotle 2-3x a week and it's always been good. Tonight we went @8. They're open till 11. They had no corn, no tomatoes and no chips. Had to wait while they cooked more chicken cuz that was out too. Since we all get corn and tomatoes that was extremely disappointing!! My son got 2 orders of tacos and instead of putting them in the bowl they wrapped them in tinfoil. They were so soggy when we got home he had to throw them away. Not sure what happened tonight but extremely disappointed with our visit!! read more

This location often closes early, but doesn't turn off online ordering when it does, so you can place an order and not realize that there's a problem until you get there. If this happens, you have to call them up to get a refund. I'd suggest the Saugus location, which doesn't seem to have this problem. read more

FIRST OF ALL I wanna start off by saying the service was awful. The line out the door because of how slow they were. Then the chicken was legit ready in the back but they kept telling people 20 minute. So I decided to get steak. Went to Chipolte in Reading after along drive it was on the way home. My wife and I had our kids text their orders. We got there place was empty around 6:30. Mty wive apologized to the kid and said I hope this is not too much of hassle. My last visit, I didn't even attempt to sit down, there wasn't a single table that wasn't filthy. I've never seen a dining room so dirty every single time I go there, it really grosses me out. If I could offer zero stars I would. Ordered 4 meals to go today and a large guacamole All the orders had brown guacamole on it. I called and explained. The gentleman that answered said it happens when it is left out. I told him we would like them remade My daughters drove back and they were promptly told by the manager "Allie" that she would not remake. They asked to have it without guacamole and she refused. We were told to mix it up and it is fine. How does one mix Guacamole on a taco ? My daughter feels because she is young she was not taken serious by the manager and brushed off. I called to express my disappointment but Allie began misquoting all the conversations and gave me a science lesson in guacamole. Unfortunately the customer is not right In her eyes. We would have not made the trip back if there was no intention of re-doing it. We did try it and found the guacamole to have an acid taste it is apparent the restaurant left if out? The extra bonus was we paid extra for caso on one order and it wasn't on there. we ended up throwing it all out and ordered a pizza (cheaper and delicious)! I have ordered here numerous times and can attest I have never had "brown" guacamole. I think the store had it sitting out to long and it browned like it would do if you made it at home. Frustrating experience. I recommend you do not order online. I Scheduled pickup for 5:50 on Saturday March 25th. I arrived to see it was not ready. I am not impatient so I sat down to wait for my food to be made for a little while. After waiting for 25 minutes with no results I decided to go up to the counter with no customers present at the time and ask about my order. This is defenitly the best Mexican restraunt in the STATE!!!! The staff is the nicest ever, the food is great, and are very generous with food. For example, this one guy, which I think is the manager, gave me the best burrito ever, also gave my family and I a FREE bag of chips. The worst part is that it is normally very cold and veeeeeeeeery, and when I say very, I mean it, small chance that you will run into a mean employee. Another good thing is normally, all the meat and food is natural and hormone free. We visited this Chipotle location at 6 PM on a Saturday night. It wasn't very crowded -- is that good or is that bad. The one thing C pointed out was that it was pretty small compared to others. They still had seating, soda machine, etc, but we wondered if the overall size even cut down slightly on the number of serving stations they had as they seemed to be missing a salsa or two. The staff was friendly, they weren't out of anything, and we were in and out fairly quickly. Parking was readily available in the shopping center. It was also readily accessible on and off the highway. All in, this location was fine but didn't stand out in any way. read more

It's Chipotle, like any other Chipotle. I like Chipotle's food and feel badly for them that our food supply has been contaminated and it has affected what people think of their business as they are a victim of the food contamination problem out there (see pretty much daily food recalls due to listeria, salmonella, E.coli on vegetables, etc). With all of that said, I am very glad this location is now open. Neither Woburn nor Saugus are terribly convenient for me and this location is easily accessible and has lots of parking.
