I LOVEEEEthis place!! my burrito was creamy and I loved it SOOO MUCHH!!!! The only thing that I didn't like so much is that the music was loud but other than that I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! read more

Was so excited to get some chipotle after a crazy long travel day. Unfortunately they "closed "early and wouldn't serve me despite being within working hours... real nice. If you're packing up the food at 10:30, that's your closing time. read more

Oh did I forget to leave a review? I still remember how awful this place is after 7 years. They give the smallest portions, and the service from the high school kids are atrocious. I got maybe an ounce of food. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Go over to the Lynnfield location and thank me later read more

Placed my order via mobile app. It was on the shelf in the desginated pick up zone. My meals were correct. Thankful they have the sofrita's and they provide enough for your money's worth and had leftovers. Plenty of parking. Didn't interact with any of the staff members. There are tables and chairs available for eat in. The trash area did look a little messy. read more

first off, walked in and there was just old food and crumbs all over the tables. And i ordered chips but forgot question so i went back up and payed for the queso separate and the woman charged me another 6.31 for the queso when it shouldn't have been that much and i just paid for chips and it was 6.31 itself. read more

They had no chicken or rice and it was 5pm on a Friday. When I asked if any would be out soon I was told no, so I left after 10 mins of waiting without food read more

Always slow and out of everything, opened my quesadilla and there was a long black hair in it. Disgusting.

the food was terrible asked for extra rice and the lady kept telling me no or giving me the slightest portions. chicken was disgusting and ontop of everything they refused to give me a vinaigrette. i counted at least 3 employees sneezing into their hands with gloves on snd one picking his nose. everyone was very rude. read more

Worst service ever when I first ordered the food the lady wasn't even paying attention to me when I said just one scoop and she puts 3 scoops and than another lady asked me to talk in Spanish and than she asked me if you have a wife and "would you like if she was treated that way?" Like worst service ever I do not recommend this place read more

Walked in, waited in line just for them to tell me I had to order my quesadilla online. That has never happened in any chipotle I've been in before. Proceeded to wait fifteen more minutes for my food. Please do not go to this location. read more

Do NOT go to this Chipotle. Mobile orders are consistently wrong. Like 2/3 times. Go to Woburn where they don't screw up.

Sad, sad - ambiance was hella creepy tonight & my burrito reeked of literal garbage. Guac's color was brownish - like it had the flu. I go to bed tonight; fearing, perhaps there was fly larvae in my Chipotle chow. read more

I go to this Chipotle 2-3x a week and it's always been good. Tonight we went @8. They're open till 11. They had no corn, no tomatoes and no chips. Had to wait while they cooked more chicken cuz that was out too. Since we all get corn and tomatoes that was extremely disappointing!! My son got 2 orders of tacos and instead of putting them in the bowl they wrapped them in tinfoil. They were so soggy when we got home he had to throw them away. Not sure what happened tonight but extremely disappointed with our visit!! read more

This is one of the filthiest Chipotles I've ever been to. The staff was friendly, however the lack of cleanliness shows a lack of pride in their product. read more

This location often closes early, but doesn't turn off online ordering when it does, so you can place an order and not realize that there's a problem until you get there. If this happens, you have to call them up to get a refund. I'd suggest the Saugus location, which doesn't seem to have this problem. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Closed sign - Mexican Near Me - Reading, Massachusetts

This place has the best brown rice of all time but they never have stake. The best part about their place is the guacamole was very cheap at only $2.85. The chicken was too spicy. It almost gave me disease. Overall chipotle is goated. P.S the bathroom was nasty. p.S.S there was no rats read more

The food itself is not bad but the past 3 times I have ordered on Uber eats the staff has given my food away to random people and then refused to remake for the Uber eats drivers. This is not an Uber issue but an unorganized staff and store. Do better. read more

Food is so good service amazing give more very clean place love worker I got a bowl and chicken rice and pico. It was so good. I really liked to the place. Try it. I forgot so awesome. read more

Staff was okay, wasn't a big fan of the rude manager. Burrito fell apart. W T F. Won't be back. I promise you I love chipotle - go multiple times a week. This location sucks. read more

FIRST OF ALL I wanna start off by saying the service was awful. The line out the door because of how slow they were. Then the chicken was legit ready in the back but they kept telling people 20 minute. So I decided to get steak. I asked the lady if they had steak because I had no time to wait for chicken for 20 minutes. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and give me the worst attitude I had ever received. Also I had gone to grab a fork and they had one left and I really had to watch for it. If you would like me to come back to the restaurant. I NEED THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY so other people don't have this issue. FIX THIS. Thank you. read more

One of the best chipotle's around, serving sizes are very good, and food is always fresh.

Wow chipotle it's been real use to love this place. But tonight I ordered ahead and had to wait 20 minutes after I got there. Place is dirty and the staff has no idea what is going on. The burrito which I waited for was cold. Ordered with queso. And there was none thanks but no thanks read more

Mty wive apologized to the kid and said I hope this is not too much of hassle. A little short guy came over and said it is a hassle next time order on line.My said are you the manager the guy said yes. This is hassle. My wife said do you want us to leave and he said yes. I said ok we are out of here. I will never ever step foot in the Reading Store again. Horrible attitude awful customer service. the guy had no business stepping in the kid preparing the order was doing fine. We walked out in disgust. We and up going to the Woburn location asked the girl waiting on us if we read the order off text if it would be a problem she said no not all people do it all the time read more

This place needs to be shut down, Guy rolling burritos turned mine into a baseball totally inedible, hair in my cup right when they handed it to me, and NOT 1 clean table in this place. Please please please have a health inspector come by cause this place needs a reality check. You guys need to be better it's honestly disgusting, I rather eat a golf ball at golf galaxy before I go back read more

Just shut this place down . Talk about the worst chipotle in the state. Just complete mouth breathers behind the counter and the food is garbage read more

Will definitely be sticking to the Woburn location... I don't enjoy writing bad reviews unless I absolutely have to.. HORRIBLE portions/ratios. The inside of this Chipotle is always dirty. This Chipotle is just sad. read more

Catered party ruined, store closed without notification. Customer service wholly unhelpful, will never spend a dime at Chipotle again.. Now listen, I say "catered party" ... It was my 7 year old son's birthday party and it's his FAVORITE,and that's what he wanted for his party. Ordered with plenty of time, paid in advance received additional confirmation the day before then I went to pick up 45 min before the party and the store was closed (during business hours) read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - The empty taco bar my son never got. - Mexican Near Me - Reading, Massachusetts

My second visit to this particular chipotle. And it is the second time when I entered I left. Every single table was dirty with food, scraps, and spilled drinks. It's pretty apparent that the cleanliness in this facility is not up to even basic standards. Frankly, I would be afraid to eat at this chipotle location. read more

The whole vibe is off here. Employees, while not rude, seem to not want to be there. Inconsistent sizes and dirty! Been here a few times over the past month and I'm done. My last visit, I didn't even attempt to sit down, there wasn't a single table that wasn't filthy. Food all over the tables, chairs and the floor, like doesn't anyone wipe down the tables and sweep the floor in the dining room? I've never seen a dining room so dirty every single time I go there, it really grosses me out. They must have a loyal following b/c no other restaurant in this area would be able to get away with that. Chicken was cut into very small, pea sized pieces and the portion was tiny (like 2oz) while the carnitas was double the portion. This location needs a cleaning person and some management. I cant recommend this location at all. read more

Other reviews hold true, the employees do not want to be there, the place is filthy and online orders come 20 minutes after when they are promised by. read more

If I could offer zero stars I would. Ordered 4 meals to go today and a large guacamole All the orders had brown guacamole on it. I called and explained. The gentleman that answered said it happens when it is left out. I told him we would like them remade My daughters drove back and they were promptly told by the manager "Allie" that she would not remake. They asked to have it without guacamole and she refused. We were told to mix it up and it is fine. How does one mix Guacamole on a taco ? My daughter feels because she is young she was not taken serious by the manager and brushed off. I called to express my disappointment but Allie began misquoting all the conversations and gave me a science lesson in guacamole. Unfortunately the customer is not right In her eyes. We would have not made the trip back if there was no intention of re-doing it. We did try it and found the guacamole to have an acid taste it is apparent the restaurant left if out? The extra bonus was we paid extra for caso on one order and it wasn't on there. we ended up throwing it all out and ordered a pizza (cheaper and delicious)! I have ordered here numerous times and can attest I have never had "brown" guacamole. I think the store had it sitting out to long and it browned like it would do if you made it at home. It was such a simple fix - remake it but The manager refused. Called customer service and am discussing with them. I probably will be offered a refund but it is mind blowing to me the managers response. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Brown Side of Guacamole - Mexican Near Me - Reading, Massachusetts

Horrendous portions on the food. Genuinely laughable. Gave me a grain of rice pretty much what a joke! Probably four pieces of chicken.

Slow and dirty doesn't win the race. Want the slowest workers known to man, no matter how busy they are? Go here. Want mindless workers in the back chopping vegetables while the line is out the door? Go here. Want dirty tables begging for a wipe down? Come on in! read more

Frustrating experience. I recommend you do not order online. I Scheduled pickup for 5:50 on Saturday March 25th. I arrived to see it was not ready. I am not impatient so I sat down to wait for my food to be made for a little while. After waiting for 25 minutes with no results I decided to go up to the counter with no customers present at the time and ask about my order. The employees behind the counter refused to help me saying I had an online order and had to wait off to the side. All the while there was nothing happening in the store!!! Very frustrating experience and dissatisfied, this has happened before and it's clearly not an issue. Take your business to a local Mexican restaurant read more

A very bad Chipotle. Everything is dirty, and the food looks old. I suspect it's because they're never busy and the place is run by teenagers. I live very close, but I stopped coming here. I drive to a different location if I'm craving Chipotle. read more

This is defenitly the best Mexican restraunt in the STATE!!!! The staff is the nicest ever, the food is great, and are very generous with food. For example, this one guy, which I think is the manager, gave me the best burrito ever, also gave my family and I a FREE bag of chips. The worst part is that it is normally very cold and veeeeeeeeery, and when I say very, I mean it, small chance that you will run into a mean employee. Another good thing is normally, all the meat and food is natural and hormone free. This is defenitly the best Mexican restraunt ever and if you eed to choose one, concider no further than this one! read more
