Stopped by this Chipotle on my way home from work. It's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The service was quick, and the food was pretty much what you'd expect from Chipotle. Nothing exceptional, but no complaints about the food itself. Now, the customer service? That could use a little work. The interaction just felt a bit off. Nothing major happened, but the experience wasn't particularly welcoming either. Overall, it was a pretty average visit. I got my food and kept it moving. Would I return? Sure, if I'm in the area, but there's nothing about this particular location that would make me go out of my way to visit. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Pikesville, Maryland

This is my go to location when I finish a long day of work, studying or working out because the service is usually decent when I order online and pickup. I ordered a simple order: a kids meal with guacamole, sour cream, fajitas and hard tortilla shells. The shells were stale and hard and the mini bag of chips was too. The drink station was unkempt and the lemonade drink containers were empty and dirty. There was no ice and I really wanted some ice for my drink. This place needs to do better. read more

Driving to this one can be tricky from the parking lot as its congested. Entering, some of the tables werent clean and the floor was needing some tiding. The food was being replenished as its just after the lunch rush. The workers once I entered were very attentive and got my order of chicken quesadilla with chips and queso and a steak/chicken fajita bowl. I am never disappointed coming to this Chipotle. read more

Stopped in the grab lunch for my mom and I. There was no line and I was waited on promptly. I came here to check out the Honey Chicken which was delicious. I hope it becomes apart of the regular menu. The food was fresh and the work station was clean. I always order extra guacamole which is also my favorite. My only con was the restroom was out of toilet paper and could use a cleaning more frequently. Will definitely return read more

Came here late Saturday evening not long before closing to get a couple of burrito bowls. When they said they were out of guacamole, I was nearly crushed but got over it quickly since it was not long before closing time. They had everything else I wanted and prepared my bowl and my friends bowl very quickly. We paid and we were on our way home. A reasonable price for a good and filling meal. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. It was more than an hour until closing and my husband asked for carnitas. We then literally watched a worker in the back put all the remaining carnitas in a bowl for himself for later, and then told the worker upfront that there weren't any carnitas. He did this all in front of us. And then the worker upfront asked if we wanted to wait, to which my husband said yes. The worker upfront talked to someone in the back, and then came back to say that they didn't have any carnitas and asked if we wanted any other protein. We asked if they could make more, to which they said no. read more

You'd think they were dishing out caviar with how stingy they are on their scoops of protein. Next time I'm just going to walk out.

My daughter wanted Chipotle and I should have looked at the reviews first smh.. This staff definitely does not want to be there. Worst service I've received in a while. Impatient ( no one was behind me) and I was made to feel like I was bothering them by ordering. Anyway $26 later, I won't patronize this location again. I wrote this in hopes someone in leadership at Chipotle will understand that service makes a difference. read more

One step above Taco Bell. The Guac is pretty good, otherwise no thanks! Staff turns over often. read more

This Chipotle location is definitely one of my favorites, though the crazy parking lot can be a bit of a headache! I'm not sure why some reviews are negative, but whenever I've had a less-than-stellar experience, the staff has always tried to make it right. Most of the time, my food is fresh, and I rarely see them run out of ingredients--maybe I just happen to come in on good days! Regardless, I appreciate the effort they put into their service. If I'm in the area, you can bet I'll be stopping by more often! read more

need to wipe the counter ls off. no reason why it's not clean it's damn near no foot traffic. just wipe it off every now and then

I'm always hesitant to go to any chipotle in my area. The White Marsh location is the WORST followed by Parkville. When we had to stop into the Pikesville Trader Joe's, I saw a chipotle in the parking lot and decided to give it a shot. The staff was so pleasant, especially the cashier Amirah. They weren't stingy with filling my burrito bowl and the guy was very patient while my daughter figured out what she wanted. My order was accurate with all of our chips and drinks. The food was fresh when we got home. I will drive out of my way to this location when I want Chipotle from now on! read more

I enjoy the food - however they need to do better with cleaning the food station. It looks nasty - the new employees don't seem to care to wipe up around themselves and the eating area is just as dirty. Please clean the store it's a poor look on management. It's a true change since the summer. read more

Not great customer service genuinely called my girlfriend bad eshit in my face?? Disrespectful...

Just went in with my 12 year-old daughter to pick up her order because she is a Chipotle fanatic. While we were waiting, another guy cut it front of us for his order pickup. Okay, whatever. The Chipotle employee (wish I got his name, but he has an LA Dodgers tattoo on his neck) that helped him saw that we were waiting, but did not acknowledge us. So I said, "Excuse me, we have an order pickup for [name]" and pointed to the bag, which was intended to be helpful so he wouldn't have to search for it. The employee proceeded to say, "That was pretty rude." My daughter asked me why he said I was rude because she didn't think that was the case (and believe me, she would have let me know). Being that I didn't want to cause a scene, we just left, but the truth is he was the rude one and quite presumptuous as we would have been left waiting until someone bothered to help and continued to be cutoff by other customers had I not spoken up. We got home and my daughter enjoyed her Chipotle meal, so added a star for the food preparation and the food itself. read more

Everything was dirty. Tables, floor, bathroom. Mobile order was late. Food was cold, meat was dry.

Messiness. Behind the counter. Management of orders. I can't even write in complete sentences. System went down. They can only accept online orders but they don't tell the new customers that entered. People standing in line for 20 minutes and more who are on their lunch breaks. It's just a mess. The only plus is that they have Spanish speaking employees. read more

There are two closer Chipotle restaurants near me that can't seem to get it right. I never have any problems with my food at this location. Sometimes they are a little skimpy but I also think it's because my bowls, tacos etc. are pretty plain. The chips are usually too something, either greasy or super salty so I pass on them now and just grab a bag at Trader Joe's in the same strip. However, I do love the guac! Be careful parking here, some people will just not stop driving or pay attention. I order on the app and when I get there it's all ready for me. I appreciate the vegetarian options as well. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plant based chorizo tacos, pinto beans, rice, lettuce, salsa. Yummy - Mexican Near Me - Pikesville, Maryland

I came in and ordered a burrito and a bowl. The person making my bowl didn't listen to me tell her I wanted certain things on the side so she put the on anyway. Then the other lady gave me half portions of salsa and sour creams. I asked for more and they looked at me like I had 5 heads. Then the cashier decided to ask me WHY WOULD I HAVE A BURRITO THAT WAY? And I told her it's my food and I can have it any way I want. if I'm paying for it it doesn't matter what I put on it or how much. She said it was all unnecessary and was argumentative so I left. She and her fellow coworkers were very rude and condescending. I will NEVER return to the pikesville location and will definitely contact corporate and a regional manager read more

Honestly, the worst Chipotle I've been to from the rude staff to two of us getting food poisoning that night. The lettuce was rotten, and the meat and veggie areas had little food left which looked old and dry. There was a chunk of guacamole mixed with cheese and corn that fell off of my bowl while they were making it and the person knocked it into the guacamole with the back of her hand. We hoped it wasn't as dirty as it seemed but we were proven wrong that night with food poisoning. read more

It is not as good as other Chipotle's. Also, they do not stock items for customers dining in. There were no napkins and I went to the counter waiting for someone to assist. They avoid looking at you so they don't need to assist. I saw where the guy grabbed some napkins, he then left his station so I helped myself to the napkins. Apparently some staffer does have the time to follow me back to my table to tell me I cannot do that, but still does not have the time to stock napkins so that customers dining in have napkins. Make sure the staff give you everything you need before you leave the cashier. read more

I really wanted a burrito so I ordered online. I come to pick it up and it was not ready on time, but I was fine to wait a little. 5 min later I was handed my bag of food and, since I was running 5 min later than I had expected, I left without double checking the order. I got to my office parking lot, unpacked my bag and my order was wrong. I checked my receipt and confirmed that I had ordered a burrito, but received a burrito bowl. I emailed the restaurant on the contact me page, but never got a response (It's been 7 days). I'm really disappointed because this was my first time ordering from Chipotle online and they have not earned my business. read more

This must be the worst Chipotle in Maryland. I asked for a Whole30 bowl that chipotle has been advertising and the staff sniffs at me like an inconvenience. They did not ask if I wanted any salsa on the bowl or any additional sides or meat and in the end there was very little ingredients that left me with 1/2 a meal. Also my wife ordered a burrito with gauc and cheese so they put the gauc and cheese at the very end of the burrito in one big clump so it needed to be re opened and spread evenly at the table. Such a rude staff and poor service, the restaurant was also a complete mess. Would not recommend anyone come here. read more

Worst store imaginable. The manager is a jerk and yells at anyone who asks a simple question. An elderly man was delivering for DoorDash and couldn't hear over the music so asked the manager what the name was and the manager yelled in his face "I JUST SAID IT" I am also a DoorDash delivery driver and every single time I have gone here, the order has been over 40 minutes late. And if you ask the manager he says, "it will take longer to look for your order so wait or leave" I will never go to this store again. read more

Staff is unorganized. Food not prepared on time. No fajitas ready. Scoop of chicken was just 5 pieces and then charged me for a little more saying it was considered double chicken when they didn't even give the appropriate portion to begin with and told me that fajitas should be out any second when in fact, the veggies were getting cut so that would be a 20-30 minute wait. I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like Chipotle has gone down in their quality of food and quality of service. read more

6/26/14 If you like or eat at Chipotle there isn't much to really say about the food.....IT'S GOOOOODD!! So I will be focusing on the location and service. This place is located in Pikesville in the shopping center with various other businesses. There is plenty of parking but the parking lot can be tricky at times. When we walked in there was a short line but it was moving pretty quick. When I got up front to place my order the staff was quick and friendly. I was able to use my buy on get one coupon that my sister and I got from the Great Grapes Wine Festival: SCORE!!! So we got two burrito bowls and drinks for $10!! WHAT WHAT!! Lol! The store had plenty of seating and was clean and organized with some cool Aztec wall sculptures. Pretty cool store. read more

What a shame... I've never been to a filthier restaurant. The counter staff didn't pay attention to orders, botching the orders ahead of me, mine, and the one behind me. As I left with my bowl, sorry I was so hungry I didn't walk out, I wanted to tell the people still in line to save themselves and run. I love Chipotle... but will be contacting their corporate office about this location. read more

I've usually been rushed at chipotles Amd now I can say I appreciate that. This chipotle took over 30-40 minutes to get to the front of the line, the workers were just standing around, they kept running out of ingredients (which means the workers in the back were also slow), Amd it was just overall ridiculous. read more

Been to one chipotle you been to them all. Everything looks the same and the lines look like they are giving away free money insteaf of burritos you have to pay for. That said I like this locatiom because the line keeps moving and when I say a lot of sour cream I actually get a lot of sour cream and not the puzzled looks at some other locations read more

Everyone leaves satisfied and the long lines to the door prove the successful flavor combinations. Buritto, salad bowl, tacos, have it your way at Chipotle. You pick your choice of meat from chicken, beef and if not you can get it vegetarian style. The toppings are your choice too from mild to spicy salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, rice or beans, etc...you'll see the options when you get there and decide for yourself. Chipotle claims to have earth friendly products too with recycled bags and what not. I love Chipotle for their oversized burritos, but everyone has their opinions. read more

Listen chipotle if I wanted to do just an online order I would've sat at home and did that. I am not understanding this trend of people walking into the actual establishment just have to place an order on line and stand around? I don't know if this is Covid related or what. However if those precautions have to be taken for whatever reason customer service would tell you please post a sign in front of the store to say online only so people don't waste time 1) walking into the building and 2) they are closing early. and people that were in before 8 pm placed an order and we're waiting, the workers had to come around and say that they had to basically cancel the order and folks had to get refunds. What?!?!?! I don't blame the actual staff at all I know it's not their fault but the manager or whomever provides oversight of the store really needs to do better with customer service and communication. Total waste of time!! read more

I was disappointed by the service here. I came on a weekday afternoon with a friend, and we were the only customers in the store. The people behind the counter were rude, brusque, and sloppy when loading the burrito. I felt rushed when making my order, and the staff were not helpful when I asked what sofritas were. They were not able to give an adequate description of them. I got the distinct impression that they were annoyed that they had to stop chatting amongst themselves. The food was fine, but since there are Chipotle stores everywhere, the service is what distinguishes them from eachother. read more

Chipotle especially this pikesville MD location has gone down hill dramatically in the last year. This location makes wrapping a burrito look like rocket science. I am tired of ordering bowls because the person at the end of the line can't wrap the burrito correctly.
