This location has really stepped up their game. What a difference a change in management makes! I used to be a burrito loyalist, then I switched to salads (because the salad dressing is phenomenal)...what could be better than both of those options? The crispy tacos of course! I order my crispy tacos with barbacoa, tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream and cheese; they're perfect. I recommend getting a side of rice because it's a superb accompaniment. The crew is polite, considerate, and hard-working. This Newark location is clean and orderly. I never fear getting food poisoning :) I tried the chorizo and it's spicy. I ordered from this location through Instacart. 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak bowl, chips, queso, guacamole, adobo ranch and Mexican coke. The order was correct, but the food was underwhelming. This has got to be the worst quesadilla experience I have ever had. As a fellow customer service employee, I can usually just look right past it.. but it's on a regular basis that food is cold, tiny amount, wrong.. just yikes! This quesadilla though lol! Came in a burrito bowl with a tiny side of queso. No vinaigrette, sour cream, corn salsa. The quesadilla looks like it was made for and by my 6 year old nephew.. it's just, disappointing! FAST and great service. This might very well be the quickest chipotle I have ever visited. Even with several customers in line ahead, my order is always prepared very quickly and I know I can get in and out with ease. Employees likewise get things done quickly with a smile on their faces. Ordered food tonight at 9:36 PM. When it arrived, I was told that they "Ran out of chips" and that none of the entrees included chips. Seriously how is chipotle out of chips!?!? I'll tell you... They closed in about 20 minutes and weren't making more... BET... so, I was charged for things I didn't even get. One entree was a salad bowl that had only the toppings.... no salad underneath. Did not have a good experience at this location AT ALL. When i opened my bowl i found a leaf in it!! Not only that, but while a few workers were bagging chips, they started eating the chips with gloves on and once they were done eating the chips, they didn't bother washing their hands or changing their gloves!! Good food....BUT...the staff here is taught to make your burrito as small as possible. I couldn't hardly believe it. I've been going to chipotle since 2001 in reynoldsburg on 16....it was common to have blowouts and get a double wrap...this store is super stingy!! The food tastes great, and the place is fairly clean. However, when ordering burritos through a web order, they are often not wrapped very well and fall apart when I attempt to eat them at home. Also, the portions can be great one day, and then awful the next. It's really a hit or miss with this Chipotle. If you can, I recommend going to the location in Heath rather than here. read more

This place is just NOT as good as Heath and my husband and I don't understand it.. We live 5 minutes away so it's so convenient for us but honestly every single time we go they burn the fajita veggies and can't wrap a burrito.. I mean BURN the veggies to a crisp and have to wrap and re-wrap the burritos.. And the stuff is still falling out.. That can't be good from a business stance but anyway the line is also extremely slow and they seem to always run out of things. My suggestion: go to the Heath location.. I went to the chipotle in Newark Ohio and they are waiting on Chicken and Steak so I get a drink while I wait no biggie. They tell me I can go ahead and get back in line to tell me again that I will have to wait I again while they cut the chicken up.
