And they wonder why their lot is consistently empty This is why On a rear occasion, you will get a really great carhop that's working along with a good kitchen manager and the food is spot on, but unfortunately, it's usually staffed by lazy people who messed up the orders leave out things or flat out. Just don't even care to work like this one did. If you're looking for Swensons, I'd say stick to the Akron based area and avoid all the Columbus locations because rumor has it the staff rotates throughout all of the different locations versus having a regular staff. I think that's part of the problem. It's just really weird how bad it often is and it's disappointing just as often . If I MUST go to this location when I'm in this area, which is often, I have learned to sit in the drive through after they hand me the bag, and take each item out and match it to the receipt, because if I don't, 9 times out of 10, something is missing or incorrect. Also, the drinks taste TERRIBLE from their soda machine and I really don't know why this is because other locations don't have this problem.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning and got two bagels to go. I was greeted by two very nice people who were very polite and courteous. They took the time to explain their options and then prepared our bagels. The bagels were fresh and delicious and it was so nice to have a real bagel and not this oversized bagel that is doughy. They have breakfast and lunch options for bagel sandwiches. They are located in the lobby of an office building and have some comfortable seating. There is also an area just outside the building where you can eat by a fountain. They do not have any signs outside yet, but they said they are on the way. Currently they are open daily from 8am to 3pm. Too bad they don't open at 7am for those that leave for work earlier. We will definitely be back
