I had the chimichanga. It was good. We went at an odd time and were seated soon after entering the restaurant. The waiter brought us chips and salsa immediately and gave us a refill while we waited on our food. The chips were good. We agreed we had all had better salsa, but it was decent. The food is great when they get the order correct. The service is not usually great. We used to love dining here inside but have found over several visits that the service is often poor. This includes one of their servers who actually argued with me when I told him he brought me the wrong food. So we started ordering for pick up instead of going in and sometimes we get what we order. Many times though, we don't. When we call the tone is like we are inconveniencing the restaurant by ordering. I always ask for extra red sauce with my enchiladas which I almost never get unless my husband checks the bag and requests it a second time. Last night I received bean enchiladas (which I can't eat) instead of cheese like I ordered. Normally I wouldn't sweat a mistake too much but this happens so often. They aren't the only Mexican restaurant in town anymore so we will likely just stop going. It's a shame because the food is good but I'm just tired of dealing with the mistakes and attitude. read more

We come to Fiesta every time we're in town to visit our daughter at college. The dining area is festive and colorful and the service has always been good. The menu is large with a lot of options and variations of all the traditional Mexican fare. Unfortunately, the only gluten free option is fajitas with corn tortillas and no rice. Also, the complimentary chips are not GF either, but the salsa is. My go to is the combo fajitas (steak & chicken). Portions are large on the skillet side, don't be surprised if you have some left over! read more

The menu is extensive and I have never had a meal here that disappointed. There are almost too many items available to make an easy choice but again, I have made varied orders here over the years and enjoy trying new things, and have never been disappointed. My most recent visit was to pick up a carryout order. The food was ready as promised, the order was complete and accurate and the staff were all very friendly in making sure that I had everything I needed for my order. The dishes were all well prepared, the prices are very reasonable and the quantities are generous. I would recommend for dining in or carryout. This is the busiest restaurant in town! I couldn't believe how busy it was and there was a wait when we were leaving (7pm on a Friday). Traditional Mexican food and restaurant. Colorful inside and the food taste is great and must be fresh since they're so busy. I ordered a Michelada Mexican beer drink and the price was really good $5.99. My only complaint would be my super burrito I ordered chorizo but also was overwhelmed with beef tips inside. I don't really like steak or beef in my burrito so that was a surprise, if you order a chorizo burrito make sure to say no beef tips. I think the entire menu includes beef tips in with anything you order. (Beef tips were just strips of beef.) read more

After a long week was looking forward to dinner out with my wife and daughter. Was greeted and promptly seated. Friendly waiter. Good Margarita. Shortly after our food arrived, my daughter found a dead bug in her food. The waiter promptly replaced. But no apology and the attentive wait staff soon disappeared. After losing my appetite, I didn't only ate a quarter of my meal. The food was ok, nothing impressive. When I went to pay my check, I asked to speak to the manager. She offered no apology and no offer to reduce the total bill. She said that she was aware of the incident and the said the bug could have dropped out if the air and landed in the food. Very disappointing. Have been going here for years. This was our last visit- won't be going back. read more

While traveling home we stopped for dinner. The place was packed but they had separated seating with transparent barriers. It was quiet loud, but we were seated in the lower level - it was a bit quieter. The best part, other than the scrumptious food and the fun decor, was our waitress! Figured we might be the first people here, nope. There was already 4 other tables & people consistently arriving after. Server was ok. Efficient, polite, & asking if we were ok enough. Husband had the vegetarian fajitas, says it was one of the better fajita dishes he's had, but was confused with the potatoes in the rice, but was a good addition. I had the super steak burrito, hidden on the back of the menu, "Super Burros". Good god man, this creation was delectable. It spanned the length of the plate. The steak was cooked perfect, the queso poured on top was so good. I had a 1/4th & had to pack it in....2nd dinner later. My 16yo DD and I stopped here for dinner. You can't miss this colorful building and there is ample parking. When you walk in there are two doors: one for the lounge and one for the dining room. Whichever door you choose, you will enter one large, colorful room. The staff are super friendly. They laugh and joke with the regulars, and spend generous time with newbies. There were a lot of regulars. That speaks volumes so I had high expectations. First we were given fresh chips and salsa. The salsa was mild, which I like so I was happy. DD chose the enchiladas combo. I got crab (actually Krab) chimichangas. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. We both ate more than we should. It was really good. The dinners - I have tried 5-6 different dinners, bland bland bland. I think the cooks went to the Amish school of Mexican cooking. They must not have heard of jalapeño or poblano. Last night we met family here to celebrate our twins birthday and my cousins birthday. We arrived around 7:15 on a Friday night and were seated immediately cramming us in the back room at one of the long tables. The place wasn't as busy as it had been on other fridays we have been here, so Im not sure why our service was so bad. Our server that we had was an older woman. She barely could understand English and did not come off as being very nice at all. It took fooooooorrrrrreeeevvvveeeerrrrr to order. It was like our server avoided our table. Did not smile was not friendly. When we finally did the guys said they wanted the huge burritos they saw, my cousin and her daughter ordered a combo each requested no red sauce, replace with cheese sauce, told $1 upcharge. That was fine. Got to me, I ordered a combo for my children to split, also requested no red sauce for them and cheese sauce in place of it. The server told me I couldn't do that (everyone at the table was like huh) server said she would have to ask (um like I said my cousin ordered same thing for herself and her daughter 30 seconds prior and she was not told this - super weird) if they allowed order there would be $1 upcharge - fine please check (never heard back about that), i ordered chicken fajitas My cousin and I ordered their $10 margaritas. I original on the rocks, she a frozen strawberry. Last time I was here I was disappointed with the frozen 1 I had. I really do not think there is alcohol in them. I even ordered an extra shot of tequila to add to mine last time to make it not so sweet. I don't usually drink so I can def tell when a drink is strong. Ummmm I had 2 original on the rocks no salt my cousin had 1 strawberry. I recommend sticking with stuff that comes with alcohol, like beer or wine here. I just don't get it. Sober as my kids when I left and it was my husbands turn to drive (as we take turns being DD one chooses to drink) yeah, wasted $20 on gross watered down non alcoholic wanna be margaritas (atleast I won't have a headache tomorrow). To say the least I was disappointed again. Food is ok. Not much meat. Tons and tons and tons and tons of onions with fajitas to make it look like a large serving. Couple small pieces of green pepper, little chicken. All filler. My kiddos love mexican food too. They took few bites and were done. Their food looked like it was smeared with runny beans sprinkled with some cheese. Made me sad since this is supposedly their favorite food but I didn't blame them. Presentation is everything especially to kids. So after what seemed forever for server to return and we had piled most our dishes towards end of table so we could atleast open gifts, our check was brought and I boxed up my onions. We had planned on requesting the staff sing happy birthday to our girls. Our server never ever came back to our table. There were 5 employees sitting in corner of back room refusing to acknowledge us. My girls had looked forward to this as they loved it when we came here on my bday in September. We left with 1 crying asking why they wouldn't sing happy birthday. To be honest I really didnt want to return here after last experience resembling this one but my cousin suggested it since its close to her and as far as being closer than hitting our fav mexican in Columbus. So no happy birthday song for our daughters. No thank you. Just a very very rude not so nice server that avoided our table and the room we were in. Left very disappointed again in service, food, margaritas. Also very sad they could have made a very memorable birthday for our girls and the staff here just doesn't really seem to care about the customers. We actually had better service in actual mexico then at a mexican restaurant in our own hometown in America. Pretty sad. Will not return EVER. I recommend making the drive to somewhere worth the money that does not rip you off with better service.
