Chains are tough to review as it's out of the employees hands for how they operate and it's decided by a much bigger corporate entity. So I will say my experience with the employees here was kind, quick and no extra fluff to the experience. They were just good at what they do. However I'm just disappointed in a few things in my experience. I haven't been to chipotle in a while so when I saw they had a queso sauce I decided to get some. There was no indication that it costed extra so I asked them for it. I already knew guacamole was extra, but I ordered it because I just wanted it. I also ordered a drink. So my drink, guac, and queso nearly doubled the cost of my order of a chicken bowl even though it had about 8 ingredients already. I feel that's down right robbery to charge so much for those extra ingredients. After I understood the break down of the charges that were verbally said to me I went to go pay on the machine with my card. I paid without making a scene of it but I found it very questionable that the card machine on the customer side of the register did not digitally show how much I was being charged. It only said tap or swipe to pay. I know I can just check my card charges online to make sure but I didn't even get a paper receipt, just my food in a bag. Again I know it's not the workers, my food was good and it was a quick and simple experience. But I do feel a little disheartened that these happened, and it makes me not want to get the same extra items the next time I come to chipotle or even just remember to pay cash. read more

Welp, here I am again at this dump. Before I tell my story I would like to say I did not eat anything all day and just walked from the fair. Anyways, me and my friends go to chipotle to get quick food before heading home after a long night, we walk in and the line is huge and the workers are already slacking off. I watch the young guy at the working station and he is taking his sweet time for everyone's portions. Now, I go up and ask for a bowl as usual and ask for white rice. He gives me 2 small scoops and it barely filled up any of bowl. If you thought the misery was just that don't we are just getting started. I ask for chicken like always and he gives the me worst scoop I've ever seen in my life and moves on. I continue down the lane and I am not that upset because I was so hungry, but that is when doomsday struck. I ask for guacamole and there is none left. I ask are you sure there is none and the back and they did not even consider looking at all. Along with that there was guacamole on the side for online orders but they said no. Why couldn't they just help me out and take one scoop on a late night where they won't get much more orders. This review is on behalf of my sister who visited this location. I will preface this with we used to REGULARLY go to chipotle for burritos or burrito bowls mostly allll the time while growing up and now moreso sporadically (2x a year max) but generally big fans until this. My sister said: "I just got a chicken bowl at this chipotle location and there were 2 pieces of small glass in my bowl. I am lucky i bit down on it with my teeth and that it didn't cut the inside of my mouth. How this even occurs is beyond me and makes me question the cleanliness and practices of this location and all others. I will never come back to this location or chipotle in general. Disgusting " She did reach out to customer service and they did inquire with her about her experience and they did issue her a refund so I do give them credit for that but felt like she needed more to get her to return as a customer. The person at the Cash register didn't even talk and looked like wanted to start a fight. I went to Chipotle at 4:30 today right before peak dinner hour and I wanted to order the Carne Asada and looked into the metal warmer and saw the meat was dried out and there was not even one portion left - why don't your employees replenish the meat at this point? Went to this Chipotle tonight, which has always been hit or miss. Tonight was a huge miss. First, they were out of regular size cups but would not sell the larger cup fountain drink at the regular cup price. Then they charged me $5 for extra barbacoa in my tacos that was not ordered. Every table in the restaurant was not clean, so we cleaned one ourselves to sit. Lastly the barbacoa was in large chunks and was tougher with more gristle than I have ever had at a chipotle. Waited over 20 min it's after the pickup time for a mobile order. Despite this it was still terribly screwed up. Awful portion sizes, my burrito bowl was only half filled with hardly any rice. Burrito only had three tiny corn kernel sized pieces of brisket, literally spent more money for less meat, and not a single one of our items had fajita vegetables despite ordering them. I was very surprised by the portion sizes especially when compared to the Chipotle over on Morris Avenue, which judging by their Yelp score on here, is not saying much at all. I have to think this location is a independently owned franchise because if not, Chipotle should be embarrassed. While the workers were friendly enough, I was told that adding an additional portion of rice would cost more, which is the first time I have heard that at a chipotle. When my bowl hit the end of the line, I was definitely disappointed at the amount of food relative to my other experiences. I no longer use the app because I was constantly getting small portions and wanted to be full after a meal and up until this point I had always gotten a much better meal by ordering in person versus the app. I wasn't going to even write a review until I got my side of sour cream which made me chuckle seeing how it was not even half full. I and as you can see others would not recommend ordering at all (in person or online) from this location until the franchise owner takes notice of the reviews and complaints and ensures their employees are being properly trained or Chipotle themselves come see what's going on here. read more

When I returned home, my children's quesadilla meals were not cooked (the cheese was still cold and not melted), one child was missing her side and the one who had a side of beans found beef in her beans... which she is allergic to. This had to be thrown away. Both my children were hungry. I ordered tacos with crunchy corn tacos because I am allergic to wheat. My tacos came in flour tortillas. I had to throw them away. It was a complete waste of money and convenience because I had to cook dinner anyways. I am a huge fan of Chipotle in general, but I will never return to this location and recommend those with food allergies to stay away. read more

Still haven't improved the service at this location. It's literally only this location that is sub par. Ordered on app, not ready when I arrived, waited 13 minutes then when I asked the status, they didn't have my order in the system. It was apparently canceled and I had to wait longer while they scrambled to make it. The least he could've done was throw in some stale chips. BTW, no other Chipotle I've been to gives out stale chips. Also, the bowls were definitely lighter than they used to be and one of our bowls was definitely lacking the lettuce and sour cream. I am generally a fan of Chipotle but this location is not great. 1. Inefficient workers. I waited some time after their opening to pass judgment so they work out the kinks but I've come to the conclusion that this store is not managed well. For example, several times I've come here (not at rush hour) they ran out of a meat item because it wasn't cooked yet. Really? You can monitor your meats and make them so you don't run out? 2. They put very little chips in their bags-lot less than other stores. Also, couple times I've gotten chips they were stale-yeah to ably because they cheap out on their customers. 3. They are super stingy with their portions. I'm not expecting gigantic portions but every time I order a bowl it's usually 2/3rd full. read more
