Had a bowl and burrito made. The food seemed fresh. The chips were stale. Service was as it should be.... The restaurant was VERY DIRTY! The floor and every table is the entire restaurant was very dirty. The entry door was filthy and had not been wiped (maybe ever) I asked the young man to wipe the table we used and he said the reason it was dirty was because it's behind the wall and they didn't see it. Just walked out of chipotles and had to beg the dude for more than 3/4 of a scoop of rice, beans, and he finally hooked me up on the Carnitas. Whoever the manager is, let them at least put enough rice to fill the bottom of a bowl! That was ridiculous and one of the worst ones I've been in. read more

The food is great and I normally have a great customer service experience. With that being said the young lady that is working the food line tonight (6/19) was rude as hell. She was speaking in a whisper and when I said sorry can you repeat that she came back with an attitude in a smart ass tone. Also I have never been requested to list out everything that I wanted in my bowel at one time... well tonight I guess me trying to be courteous and waiting was not appropriate and again I was met with hand gestures and an attitude fueled "what else". CRUNCHY RICE! NEVER COOKED ALL THE WAY! I love love chipotle but this specific location just doesn't cook the rice all the way and then my bowl is crunchy. Other than that the staff is wonderful very kind. The place is overall clean and has a decent environment. read more

It's etx fast food, every negative review perfectly described what fast food is. This location is pretty bad. I've ordered from her twice, the first time was awful because the beans I ordered made the rice really soggy and wet. I thought I'd give it a second try but now the rice is hard and undercooked. Won't be back here. read more

Well I thought Midland Tx had the worst Chipotle, but I was wrong, it's in Nacogdoches. Tortilla, using the term very loosely was cold, tough, oily and tasted like bread dough. I don't plan on moving ever again in this lifetime, and unless I do, I will never be going back again based off my most recent experience there. The food at the Chipotle is as good as any other Chipotle, but what really gives this particular location a 5-star rating is the service. Every server I've had at this Chipotle has been so nice, quick to get my order out, and even generous enough to ask if I need anything after I've gotten my order. Today I went to Chipotle and ordered a quesadilla with carnitas, and the lady preparing it informed me that the carnitas were being cooked so I would have to wait. She apologized and told me they'd have it out as soon as possible. (None of this bothered me because I had plenty of time on my hands, but it was nice of her to be so considerate.) When I went up to the register to pay, the lady listed off my boyfriend's bowl and our two drinks, to which I said, "Yes, and also the quesadilla." She responded that the quesadilla was on the house since I had to wait and said that she was sorry for the inconvenience. Later, after I had gotten my meal, she handed me a voucher for a free entree and apologized again. Another worker finished with his shift even offered to take our trash for us. I truly don't understand why this location has as many bad ratings as it does, because I frequent the place and have always had great experiences. Keep doing what you're doing, Chipotle. read more

Seriously WORST chipotle experience ever!! I ordered online so I walked in & grabbed my order. I got out to my car & realized that I didn't have dressing so I went back inside to tell them. They told me they were out, so I asked how long it would take to make more, so they went back & got the manager bc apparently he's the only one who knows how to make it. so he made it & when it was done no one even said anything to me so I had to walk up & ask for them to give it to me. Then I get home & tasted it before I put it on my salad bc it looked different & it was disgusting. Obviously not made right. So then I open the salad to put on a different dressing & the bowl is halfway empty like they barely gave me any lettuce. If someone puts in an online order for a salad at 6pm when you're going to have more dinner orders, you make more dressing. & at the very least, tell me when I pick up my order that there isn't any dressing in my bag. I won't be eating at this chipotle again. read more
