Dinnertime was approaching, and I didn't feel like cooking, so I asked by bf to get me some Panda Express, something with spicy beef. He got something called Beijing Beef. I was really ticked off, as it was SWEET, and I hate sweet meat! If I want something sweet, I'd have a dessert! I didn't want to be mad at him, so I looked at their menu online. Wow, sure enough, there was a red pepper icon next to the listing, meaning it was "hot". Well, it's not hot, it's sweet. On TOP of that, the beef was stringy and dry. Let's get this out of the way. They have the worst chicken egg rolls and veggie spring rolls. Just avoid them I don't like white steamed rice, too plain and unhealthy, but they have fried rice, chow main, steamed brown rice, or super greens broccoli you can have instead. On their entrees, they are pretty famous for their orange chicken, but I also like their Kung Pao Chicken, their honey recipes and their broccoli beef. Just avoid the egg rolls. read more

I always come here I love panda I eat here all the time and I always tip them and make conversation. But I go through the drive through and this guy is extremely fuck rude sounds like he doesn't wanna be there and is unhappy talking to me like okay wtv. I'm still nice bc maybe he just tired have a long shift I go to the window and he still like this I tip him and he looks at me and goes "why" with an attitude and I was like if you don't want it I'll take it fuck back tf. And he like mahhhh I didn't say that. Picked it up to find they had attempted to put the "family meal" in one small container (rice a small noodles and two sides!) , plus a tiny, leaking sauce container was attempted for one of the entrees! It was comical. Also, Instead of 12 rangoons they gave me 3. March 13th night shift experience.....Not only did I wait 25+ minutes for my drive thru food..... but I also was told to pull around and park "We get in trouble for our drive thru times can you pull around" Then pulls around 4 more cars. Maybe y'all should stop focusing on cheating your times and actually work harder to get the orders out quicker.... "We are making more orders in front of you" as the store is almost completely empty with your two employees on break eating Taco Bell and your other two customers sitting down with their food already. Visited drive thru yesterday with hub and friend. We each got a plate so 2 entrees and one side. Server said he had only one more serving of broccoli beef so the others deferred to me. It was awful. Don't know how long it sat there before they served it up but it was limp and tasted off. I love the chow mein so I ate that but the honey sesame chicken was a bust too. Very disappointed. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Food quality has really went down. My wife and I would love to come into Panda here in Nacogdoches but NO More. Not only has the food quality went down but the portion size is also much smaller. I orderee a bowl and the Rice was nearly to the top and the Orange Chicken was less than 4 onces. When I complained about the portion size the Panda Express employee told me I should be grateful because other employees would have given me much less. Extremely slow service. Drive through takes 30 min to get from ordering to getting your plate. This was at 3pm when the lot wasn't full. Going during peak ours is asking to wait an hour in line easy. Tonight I went to the Panda Express on north street for what I thought was gonna be a delicious meal. I was wrong however. Although the food was still satisfying the proportions were simply disrespectful! I got the plate with chow main, veggies, orange chicken, and Teriyaki chicken. The chow mein I finished in 2 bites and they only gave me one scoop of each chicken which is ridiculous when I'm paying 8.23 for a meal that's suppose last all night. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to donate to Texas children's hospital but of course I said yes because I'm a good person! I have been here 5 Times. I always get it go. Same order each time which is the angus beef and the chicken teriyaki plus one order of spring rolls. I always ask for one teriyaki sauce and one spring roll sauce. I always pick brown rice. 1st time- one week after opening I came in around 7:00. The service was slow making a line to the door. I assumed new folks new things etc. Food was very good. They had everything I wanted out and hot. 2nd time- thirty minutes before closing Out of brown rice and angus beef. Got rice and they made the beef. Got home and the chicken teriyaki were these small over cooked or probably sat in a pan all day looking nuggets. Not really edible. Dry and hard. 3rd time. Went thru drive thru. Never again. Really hard to have drive thru at Pandas unless management limits the menu to most favorite entree's as they probably already have to be remade all the time. 45-50 minutes. Apparently my usual meal was totally out. 4th time. Ha! Tricked them! Online order. Got there and they asked if I ordered online. Then they started preparing it. Wouldn't you know it they sold the last piece of chicken teriyaki a little bit before I got there. Oh btw they do not just start cooking the chicken because it's out. They wait until you order it then they yell out Teriyaki Chicken! 5th time Now 8:00 pm. Got in line behind three people. The Spanish speaking lady was helping the first customer who only spoke Spanish. Since this customer did not know what to do (first time) the employee continued to have some difficulty with the lady. So the two together ahead of me and I waited 13 minutes until one of the other three who could help up front finally asked them what they want. Eventually the Spanish speaking employee came to help me. No brown (totally out) or white rice up front. She was not sure whether there is white rice anywhere. Out of angus beef. Remember where I said out of Chicken Teriyaki until someone comes in to order it? That goes for anything out there. To cook the chicken teriyaki you have to wait 15 minutes. read more

I often have had to park for ten minutes while they cook up more chicken or whatever it is I ordered. Food is good most of the time but have had my rice undercooked multiple times. Employees are always friendly and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant. I find the store to be clean in the dining area, restrooms, and food service line. When there are no customers in line, employees are busy cleaning the restaurant. The food is hot and fresh and the portions are generous. If you would have asked me before my visit last week I would have said of the 4 Panda Expresses that I've had the occasion to be able to regularly visit this one has been the best, followed by one off of I-35 in North Austin, Tx; the other two would be under the avoid unless desperate category and those would be Lufkin Texas and Smyrna, Georgia by 75 N and the Perimeter. Last week the courtesy and customer service at this location just completely failed. About 2 months ago the quality of the beef became disgusting but I was still giving it a shot and sticking with the chicken but after the extremely poor customer service and just a complete lack of concern shown by the young lady that I spoke with I'm definitely feeling that they're not going to be sticking around in my future. read more

Was having a busy day today, so I figured we'd try something different. Had never been to a Panda Express so we stopped in about 2:30 in the afternoon. Got order to go, and off we went. 10 minutes later we are attempting to eat and there are NO FORKS or plastic ware of any kind. No napkins either. 45 minutes later, we get where we can get some utensils to eat with, but by that time our food is cold and noodles are dried out.
