They put all the food in one bag. They left my food out and my nephews food. They also forgot my chips and guac.

Went this past week around 8 pm on a weeknight and was so disappointed. And then ticked off. Person behind counter ignored me until he was done wiping and moving stuff, so i stood there for about 2 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Looks up and no greeting, just what do you want... all the bins were looking gross, some empty with dried out food... my first time ever at a chipotle and it was like pulling teeth to my questions. Food was gross, chips were stale.. guacamole good. place was super gross... silverware bins empty, garbage overflowing or bins turned upside down so they could not be used... this is my first ever yelp review and when i came to this location was not shocked that rating was bottom of barrel.. it is disgusting and an embarrassment to the company read more

Horrible service, every order is missing something. Last 2 times no veggies on the quesadillas. Multiple times no guacamole and they can't refund you with an online order. Sour cream has bits of everything in it, what a mess. The photo is of what is supposed to be a vegetable and cheese quesadilla with salsa and guacamole. Avoid this place at all costs read more

Unfortunately a horrible review, tables not cleaned, no ice, garbage overflowing, trash on floor, door windows filthy, water container dirty on outside, never dared get our drinks, cherry on top hair in my food. One worker was cursing 'f..k' in the kitchen to a supervisor, no correction. I should have walked out when not one table was cleaned. i frequent chipotle and have never experienced unclean conditions as this place. read more

I ordered Chipotle and picked it up in Chipotle lane! I found a hairball, literally a hairball in my salad! I called Chipotle and they said I cannot be reimbursed if I called the health department! This needs to be investigated! Absolutely disgusted! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wrong order and small portions - Fast Food Near Me - Monroe, Connecticut

The food was mediocre. The facility was filthy and unkept. Staff was indifferent. I won't ever go back there.

I worked at Chipotle for five years so I know what the proper portion is. When requesting extra cheese on an online order, I literally got four strands of cheese on each taco. It wasn't even the normal portion of cheese. They consistently mess up orders, especially the online ones that have a clear description of how to make it. This is sad to see because when I was trained in the company, they had the best training program I've ever seen. Corprate needs to check into this place and help them. read more

Food was very fresh and delicious. I had the Chicken Al Pastore which is a limited time special. Service was normal for a QSR. The people were pleasant. Unfortunately there everything has garlic in it which means I can eat here but my wife cannot. Solo only for me to be able to come again. read more

My wife and I received food poisoning from food here on 1/3 (not assumed but confirmed). Alerted manager who had zero interested and did not even bother to ask what food was ordered. Alerted both Chipotle HQ and state of CT. Won't be back. read more

I love chipotle and Shelton and Bridgeport tend to be good and to my excitement a new location just opened close to where I live. Having experienced this particular location my advice is to have 1800 chipotle ready to press send on your phone. You will need to call this number to get a refund for the food you will Never receive. After calling and getting my refund the woman I spoke to was very pleasant but I will not love her enough to go through the process of calling her again after another failed attempt at eating a burrito bowl in Monroe. read more

Ordered lunch here on a Saturday via the Chipotle app. Arrived to pick it up in store. At the time it was supposed to be ready and was notified that the order was not ready yet took an additional 10 minutes. Once I received my food, my burrito bowl was near, drowning in salsa. Also, my chicken was burned not charred burned. I'm disappointed my initial experience with this chipotle was good on opening day. Hope things improve. read more

Was just there at 11am was the only one in the place at least 4 employees behind the counter all staring at me and no one came up to take my order. After a minute of me standing there I left. Portion sizes are always worse than you'd think -- especially if you order online. This location is consistently light on meat portions, despite prices continuing to increase. Corporate customer service is OK, thankfully. Regular orderer, first time reviewer. read more

Shame Shame Chipotle! I don't know who's running this place now, but the manager either should be replaced or work the night shift! I walked in there last night and there was a long line which wasn't the problem, it was the fact that the they ran out of Rice, Cheese, Chips, Chicken and Steak! I counted 7 employees behind the counter, there is no way that should have happened at 6:15 pm. People in front of me walked out after waiting in line for 10 minutes once they got to the counter to order. The recent reviews aren't looking too good Chipotle. We had to alter our order because the lack of choices. read more

this place actually sucks. tell me why the had to go get my chicken from the back and dump it into my bowl. there's garbage all over the place, looks like it's never been cleaned before. i keep going back hoping it will get better but it honestly gets worse every time. the employees are like robots they don't ever crack a smile. and DONT get me started on the nasty ass beans. i love chipotle, hate this location. read more

I was very excited for Chipotle to open in my home town but was extremely disappointed when I went for lunch today. Not only was it completely disorganized and no one seemed to know what was going on, there were empty containers of food and I needed to wait 15 minutes for the veggies and sofritas to cook and they were very skimpy with their portions. The bowl wasn't even half filled. The tables were disgusting and look like they haven't been wiped down at all today. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back unless the staff is properly trained. I hate to leave a negative review, but something needs to change if they plan on staying in business. read more

EDIT: OTHERS HAVE ALSO GOTTEN NOROVIRUS FROM HERE (just read other reviews) I just ate here Thursday. Friday I woke up with norovirus which is a highly contagious food borne illness. I was vomiting and whatnot all of Friday. Unfortunately my partner caught it and has been experiencing the same symptoms all night long. It's currently 5am. Safe to say I will NOT be eating here again as they do not have safe food practices. read more

I've currently been waiting 40 minutes for my on line order. The app says it's ready but it's not. There's no option to cancel order. The cashier is miserable and very unhelpful. Filthy and slowest service ever. Always understaffed and filthy behind the counter and on the kitchen floors. Likely so dirty because they never have enough staff to actually work at any given time. I come here multiple times per week because I work in town and I also live right down the road the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller today was the final day that I will go without saying something you would think that these employees have the portion coming out of their paycheck I'm truly sick of it and I know I'm one of their best customers. Don't go as you will be quite disappointed. Ordered on the app to pick up in the drive-thru. Told to wait 5 mins as steak was still on the grill. But then ignored for 20 mins while blocking the pick up area. I had to knock on the window to get anyone's attention and was told the grill can't work any faster. 40 mins after my order was supposed to be ready, it finally appeared. Salad was low on chicken and drenched in cheese. I know they need to work out the kinks, but where was the manager? Need some training in customer service. Not impressed. read more

I went there expecting the true Chipotle experience that I had in California. The staff were solid and super attentive. Good people. The food was abysmal. Looks good, tasted like cardboard. I actually feel bad for the staff that they have to shovel shit they wouldn't eat themselves. Nothing to say about the place really. Was clean but nothing out of the ordinary. read more

Service bad. Rice was hard (undercooked). Waited in line for twenty minutes. Tried giving super small amount of food in my bowl. Out of food basically. Super backed up and crowded. FIrst time eating at this Chipotle in Monroe...Not Good! It was after 2 pm and the service was very slow. We ordered 2 chicken burrito bowls and a med size bag of chips. This has to be the worst Chipotle I've eaten at! The food was super salty...my blood pressure just shot up! The chicken was over salted. The chips was worst, ours were very salty and the chips was wet! Why was it wet? We ate only part of it and threw out the rest. Before we left, we had to warn a family in line, down spend your money, it's not worth it! When we got to our car we saw the family leave and went next door to the other eatery. I hope the manager(s) and owners sees this review...You can do better!!!! Eat your own food before selling it! read more
