Chipotle has always been a great place to eat. That being said, I would skip this location. The food is good. However, the workers and the service are very subpar. The ambience is usually good however sometimes area is unkept. The workers even the managers always seem like they are too busy for good customer service. I have tried this place multiple times and I've gotten disappointed each time from missing orders to dismissive staff. I really wanna like it here, but it's hard. Got there as soon as they opened my food was made incorrectly, half of the ingredients I asked for in my bowl were not there, no rice, no beans, no guacamole, which I paid extra for. I guess I should be glad the meat was there. And it was ice cold and flavorless. If I didn't come from so far away i would've taken it back for a refund. Definitely will never return to this location. Be sure to thoroughly check your food before leaving. read more

First time here and it was pretty busy but did not have to wait , the employees were fast and friendly, We had the chicken bowls and they were very good and they don't skimp on the portions like others sometimes do, only negative was it was kinda dirty needed a good mopping and tables wiped down but service was excellent read more

I asked for a cheese quesadilla first and was told they weren't making quesadillas. When I asked why, they said it was during peak hours and they couldn't leave the line -- even though I was the only customer there. I've never been told that quesadillas weren't available at any other Chipotle location before. I then started to order a burrito but noticed the steak was burnt to a crisp and decided to give up. The food was tasty and fresh. They have fresh chips and guacamole, and the service was fast. I will say that someone should always be cleaning, especially during a rush. There were plenty staff but no one was sweeping or wiping down tables or counters. The restaurant was a mess. If they get that part together and use a more pleasant cashier, they'd get 5 stars. read more

This was my first time at this new location. It did not go well. We arrived to overflowing trash cans & every table was dirty (should have been our first clue). There were about 15 people in line. The line moved extremely slow as they had one person on the register, one on the food making assembly line, & 2 guys working in the back. Since the line was going so slow I decided to place my order online and pick it up at the carry out station if it was completed before I got to the front of the line. As we got up to the front of the line, the manager came out of the back. She went around pushing buttons on differ screens and then went back to her office. As we stepped up to be serviced next, my online order showed "ready for pick up". I asked the young lady making the food where I can pick up my order since I didn't see it at the carry out station. She said it may be done and just need to be brought forward from the assembly line behind that area. I walked over there to confirm nothing was done. I then wait for the cashier to finish ringing up her customer to let her know about the issue. As soon as she finishes she walks away from me and went straight to help prepare food orders (for customers that were behind us inline). I waited patiently for the cashier to finish and come back over to ring the meals up. When I got the cashier attention she says I need to speak with the manager. She walks away to notify the manager. After a long wait (probably 8-10 additional customers were helped), I realize I wasn't going to be helped. I got back in line and wait until I was back at the front of the line. I proceeded to ask for a refund. She said I would need to speak with the manager and proceed to go back out of sight again. This time I stood there at the counter and waited for the manager to come out. To my surprise when I asked for a refund the manager stated that company policy is refunds are issued through corporate and not at the local store locations. And that I would have to call corporate the morning. Unbelievable! We were there over an hour. No food, no refund. As I turned to leave I realized another 3-4 people had just shown up to pick up their online carry out orders. Boy were they in for a surprise. I am hoping they are working out the kinks of being a new location, but man was that painful. I do not recommend. I recommend a proceed with caution. read more

I went at 1:30 after lunch rush and the place was a mess! No one wiping tables off or sweeping floor. The kitchen looked like a bomb had gone off, food all over on counters and floors. They are understaffed and are way too slow putting the food together. The one girl acted like she was afraid to touch anything. All the workers looked exhausted and miserable. I had to wait almost 5 minutes after my bowl was made to pay for it because the people ahead of me were waiting for the meat they wanted to be cooked. I asked if I could go around them and be checked out and was told by the girl that they didn't do that. I looked behind me and there must have been 15 people waiting to order and more coming in the door. I have never been to such a poorly run Chipotle, they need help!!! read more

I went to chipotle twice in last 2 weeks and both times was great! It was busy and took a little bit but they were working and kind.

I went the second day it opened. Trash was overflowing inside and out tables were dirty, floor was dirty, serving area was covered in food so was the cashier area. The chips were stale. One person at the counter and handling the money. It was my first and last time! read more

I ordered on the app a hour before I was going to picked it up and I got there my order was not even started.

First time visiting this location, and will probably be the last. Poor management is what I observed on my visit. There was only one person making food even though there was a line of people waiting. If I had to guess I'd say that knowing the nearby high school let out around 3:00, and the place gets busy then, maybe put a couple more people on the counter. Once the food was made it was placed near the register where it sat, getting cold, until another person came to ring it up. I observed this many times during my visit. Now, this is a new store so why would they be out of large drink cups? Let's talk about the messy dining room. Tables needed to be wiped, floor needed to be swept, and the drink station was a complete mess. The ice machine did not work so I went to the counter and asked about it, only to be told that they were "having problems" with it. Would have been nice to know that when I ordered a fountain drink. She did take my cup and filled it with ice. I also noticed that the limeade and lemon aide dispensers were almost empty. I ordered a bowl with chicken, and over all it was ok. All the salsas, corn and guacamole have onions in them (except medium salsa) which I couldn't eat due to an allergy. Would have been nice to have some diced tomatoes available for those who don't eat onions. Lastly, I would love to have seen the lettuce cut a bit smaller as some pieces were really quite large. I, like so many others in the area, was excited to get a different restaurant in Minooka. I only hope the management will take a good look at all the comments and make some much needed adjustments. read more
