Every item of every order has been OUTSTANDING ! Their wings have consistently been huge, juicy, perfectly cooked and outrageously delicious. Their coleslaw is obviously homemade, perfectly seasoned, super crunchy and fresh. Their sauces ? Freaking FANTASTIC. Their shakes are thick, and taste like they were made in your Gramma's kitchen. Their seasoned fries rival any we have had anywhere else. Their prices are worth every penny for the quality, size, portions they provide. I'd give them 100 Stars, if I could ! If you've never been, you need to go ! You won't be disappointed !

Just happened to be in the area getting off I-80 for lower gas. We decided to drive past the…read morestation to look for a local restaurant for dinner. We saw it tucked behind a TacoBell (had it been dark - we may not have seen it.) We went in and initially was going to get it to go however decided to stay because it is very spacious and the hostess was friendly. We were seated and not long after sitting our waitress came to the table to take our order and was friendlier than the hostess. (Big plus for that alone) We ordered our beverages and an appetizer at the same time. By the time the waitress was back we were ready to place our order. We ordered a Wing Bundle which came with quite a bit....we kind of didn't need to order an appetizer and the food came out rather quickly! That was even better since we were kind of hungry with missing lunch. We were impressed with the Tots or fries selection however the Tots were so good, tender and fluffy. The fries were so so. We also appreciated the size of the Wings (many places now have those tiny wings which are cooked to death.). The wings were fried to perfection, moist and flavorful. With the bundle that has 20 wings we could have selected 4flavors, however we only selected two. The Caribbean Dry Rub was the best we've had in a long while. The unanimous decision for us is... if we are in the area again; we are going to stop in...and that time we will order their Margarita!

I looked at it like is this a joke and said could I please have more carrot sticks to which she handed me over two more thin, sliced carrot sticks. Is there a carrot stick shortage? I mean if this is supposed to be my replacement for fries could I get a couple carrot sticks with my meal? I cannot believe how cheap they're trying to be with that but then charging me $17 for all drum wings which I actually don't even like drums. I should've asked for flats but I didn't have not one flat. Unbelievable This was by far the worst wings I've ever had. I ordered 10 wings every single one given to me was a drum. Who gives you wings without any flats? The garlic Parm is a watery mess. No parm just a weird gray looking sauce . Mango habanero is a joke. These were literally the worst wings I've ever had and the menu description does not match what you actually get. Do not go here if you want good wings.

From the moment I interacted with…read morethe employees, I felt like I was being treated with a different level of respect compared to other customers. The attitude I received was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. On top of that, my drink was spilled, and I was never given a replacement. I understand that accidents happen, but what really bothered me was that after my drink was spilled, nobody made an effort to replace it or make the situation right. I paid for my food and expected to receive what I ordered. What made the experience even worse is that I left feeling like the way I was treated may have been because of my skin color. I can't know exactly what someone was thinking, but the way the situation was handled made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Nobody should have to leave a restaurant feeling like they were treated differently because of the color of their skin. I understand that employees can have bad days, and I'm not expecting perfect service every time, but basic respect and proper customer service should be given to everyone. I hope management takes complaints like this seriously and looks into how customers are being treated at this location. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would expect much better customer service.

When I walked in with the family's order I felt very safe with this restaurant and their preparations for Covid-19. One of the staff members was mopping the floor when I arrived. There are placards on the floor to mark appropriate social distance for each customer. There is a plastic overhang from the ceiling to the glass counter top and both staff workers wore masks (and I wore a mask). Although communication was a little strange as we were both speaking through plastic covering and masks and not reading lips, I find it strange with everyone. There were no errors in the orders. The staff was respectful and courteous and I'd stop by there again if we were ever driving by!
