To start out with I want to say this isn't my real name I want to stay anonymous but I speak the truth. Working at Arby's was one of the worst experience of my life. The GM seems like a nice guy at first but when you start working for him it sucks. He's mean, rude, a bully and hard to work for especially if you are a woman. The other employees don't seem so bad but I would hate having to work with or for that awful GM again. If you applied to work here I wouldn't go to the interview and apply to work anywhere else but here. read more

What's not to like about Arby's? Their food while not gourmet is light years ahead of the other fast food places in terms of the quality. I'm especially partial to their potato cakes. Yes I know carbohydrates and all I can't resist hot potato cakes fresh out of the fryer. They have to be serve hot and right out of the fryer to maintain that hot crispy flavor (nothing worse then one that's been sitting around). I won't accept them unless they are right out of the fryer. They also have (FOR A LIMITED TIME) crispy hot waffle sweet potato fries. Awwwww shear heaven on earth. Right now they have an option of 3 sandwiches. You can get 2 of the 3 for $6. 1) classic beef & cheddar, 2) gyro on pita bread or 3) chicken sammich. Both my wife and I opted for the beef & cheddar. It's a decent sandwich w/the thin sliced beef & cheddar, & a little horsey sauce. It's not gonna win any awards, but I love my Arby's. They also have a number of more specialized sandwiches like the corn beef or brisket (Yummy) to name a few. Good solid sandwiches that blow away the competition in comparable price ranges. Give me my Arby's any day I've McDonald, Burger King or Wendy's. read more

My low rating could have been made better if someone was managing the kitchen better. My fish sticks and curly fries both tasted like they were fried in old burnt oil. Maybe no one will know the difference. They were just warm and a little soggy. My wife's hot ham and cheese was good, but her Mac and cheese tasted like the cheese sauce was pasty. Since they didn't want to answer the phone, I am forced to do this to get their attention. Imagine driving to work on an empty stomach and so you stop and get food. And you get an 8 piece jalepeno bite a large fry and 2 buff. Sliders w no ranch. And the last time you went to this location they gave you poppers that were so old the cream cheese looked like mashed potatoes. So reluctant to give them one more chance you try your luck. And AGAIN getting food that is by far close to food quality standards. How hard is it to set a timer ? I spent 8 years of my life in fast food and 5 of those years in management all the way up to a General Manager position. So I'm not just some Karen that's upset over their food. I know the standards and what should be sent out. I hope corporate sees this and the district manager reaches out and sees the need for more training at this store. They could've chose to pull me up or had me wait the 4 minutes it takes to cook poppers but now I am suffering food poisoning symptoms from poppers that have probably been expired for at least an hour. Love all Arby's and this one was nice too. The roast beef is delicious here and the curly fries are to die for. If you have never ate at this fast food joint, you should give it a shot. It is much more than fast food here. read more

Considering this pandemic that going on, all drive through workers and or workers that are handling food SHOULD BE WEARING GLOVES!!!! I asked the Manager that was handling the food why aren't your employees and you not wearing any gloves? She replied. " we weren't told to wear gloves " and had a big attitude about it. Very rude and ignorant! First of all, if your a Manager you don't need an approval You should have common sense by wearing gloves for yourself and your employees. Gotta tell you...my husband and I team drive a semi together and getting good food and better service can be a a challenge. However....I'm driving through and from Chicago, knowing that this Arby's is at this pilot. My heart is set on a Ruben. So I go in and order...are you kidding me?? NO SAURKARUT! A good substitute to burgers. If you haven't the lady and I recommend the smokehouse brisket. it's pricey but on par in our opinion with some nicer bbq places. Plus the brisket is so much better than they're traditional roast beef. read more

Advertising 24 hr service, got there at 10:15 pm and found out they close at 10:00pm and not 24 hrs as advertised. I guess you can catch COVID after 10pm but you're safe before that. Working in transportation, finding it harder and harder to find food. read more

The food has always been fine but the drive thru rarely seems to be open. Online it says they're open 24 hours but they've been closed a couple of times in the middle of the day. I just don't get it and I've mentioned it before and it's still an issue. Super annoying. read more

Arbys is one of my favorite restaurants but I'm honestly disgusted tonight. My fiancé got off work and we wanted to get food, we ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a 6 piece mozzarella stick. The cashier was so quiet i could barely hear her and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Then, she dropped two of our mozzarella sticks and still tried to serve them to us. When we asked her to replace them, she replied "*sigh* whatever" and rolled her eyes. My fiancé worked in fast food for 2 years, he knows all the rules for proper food service. She also covered her name tag almost immediately and we were unable to get her name. This was at 4:15 AM on November 22nd, 2019. read more

By far the worse Arby's around. The workers have the drive through constantly closed because they can't do more than one thing at a time. Forcing everyone to go inside. A simple order for one takes them every bit of 15 minutes. And forget if there is more than one person ordering. Your stuck for a half hour or more. Live near by, and refuse to spend another dime there. HORRIBLE! read more

In the drive thru for 15+ minutes. What the hell!!!!! Seriously ridiculous. Then we pull up to the window and wait even longer while he continues to place ANOTHER order in drive thru. Fill the orders you already have!!! So frustrating. And then finally pay, and wait another 5+ minutes for the food we ordered 15-20 minutes ago!!!!' This is a JOKE. Get it together.
