I placed an order for delivery at 10:54 am and got notification that my order was set for delivery by Jimmy Johns through Uber. The ETA for delivery was 12pm. Right at 12pm when the Uber driver arrived at the store Jimmy John's cancelled my order and I got a text notification to call the store. I called to ask what happened and they said they did not want my order to deliver via 3rd party and that a driver will bring my food out. I finally received my cold toasted sandwich at 12:45 pm. read more

Through the App the wife and I have been ordering around 10 sandwich meals a week. She has health issues and the convenience of the app , restaurant being close by and having food both of us loved made it easy. However I just found out that Jimmy Johns is a huge donator to Trump and the Republican party. I cannot and will not have the money I spend go to politicians who push hate and division.. I will now have to go elsewhere where the majority of political donations go to the Democrats or ideally a sandwich chain that gives to neither party which is best to keep money out of politics. read more

I got a jalapeño wrap and this young man, Zach, made multiple mistakes. First off, there were very few ingredients in it. It was like biting into a rolled up tortilla. When I finally got to the lettuce, jalapeños and other toppings, it was sloppy and thrown together in a way that each bite was a different ingredient rather than a blend. I certainly didn't freak at the speed it was put together. It wasn't a good experience all around. read more

I've given this place numerous tries, and I'm gonna just have to call it quits. Todays episode, repeating my order three times ( always a favorite). I get to the window and she asks if I'm a rewards member. Yes. I give her the only number I have- and have used in the past. She can't find it. She asks me twice more if there's another number, which I reply, that's the only one I use and I'm not sure why it isn't working for you, but it's fine, I'll just take the order. I asked for extra turkey, yet it doesn't seem like there's much more than usual. I'm just not seeing the value, and I suggest getting a different logo because freaky fast was just the opposite. read more

Ordered via phone app and had it delivered. We received our sandwiches and there was a greenish gray substance on the outside of the cheese on both sandwiches that looked like mold. We tried to call the store and it was constantly a busy signal. My husband brought the sandwiches to the store and requested a refund. We do not want new sandwiches made, we've lost out appetite! He was told it would take a couple of weeks to get refunded. This is unacceptable. Something about the driver already being cashed out? That makes NO sense! Not even a full half hour transpired from the time I ordered to the time my husband brought the sandwiches back. I will be contacting my credit card company. read more

Ordered a side of ranch and my sandwich was completely drenched in ranch. It was disgusting !

I ordered over an hour ago. I called back to see how long it might be, my husband has only a short time for lunch. When I called they asked me to hold very quickly and put me on hold. I held for about a half an hour, I thought maybe they forgot me. I hung up and called again, I got a busy signal. I keep getting a busy signal and it's been an hour. What is going on there? Is the only one employee? This is ridiculous! I had to put a star but they deserve no stars! read more

Absolutely the worst Jimmy John's I have ordered from. Placed our order online. It was received right away and waited over an hour. When I called the first time I was put on hold , second time we called we were told the driver was out then the third and final attempt to get an update the manager told me the driver wouldn't be here for at least 25-30 minutes and our food was not made yet. I cancelled the order and then someone rang the doorbell with our food. read more

Pm manager refused to sell extra bread despite having 5-6 trays of 9 ready at 8:15p.m. The store closes at 9p.m.

I had a #11 un-wich (wrapped in lettuce instead of bread). The sandwiches were made as fast as they claim. I was eating 2 minutes after ordering. The bathrooms were clean! For two of us it was $14.24 NOT BAD! read more

Ordered online for delivery. Waited 45 minutes for delivery and it was a partial order. Driver said the only way to get the rest of the order is to call the store and let them know. I handed bag back to driver and said when the order is complete have it delivered. Received a call from the store, manager stated the driver said I threw the food at her and she will not come back. Only option is pick up. I canceled the order. Management says there is no one else to deliver it. They said they will let corporate know. They believe a lying employee. Customer is always right. ha ha. read more

absolutely horrible - $6.50 and a 27 min wait for bread and 2 slices of meat - I would have drive off if I wasn't trapped in small dangerous drive thru read more

I love Jimmy John's. My favorite fast food. This location is super slow (especially delivery). But the biggest disappointment I have is they are much skimpier on their food than other locations. I'd so like to patronize this store, but it won't be on our "short list" anymore. read more

I love this store! I love their sandwiches. They taste really good. This is a review from my 7 year old son who thinks Jimmy John's makes the best sandwiches around read more

I ordered two little john sandwiches and the sign by the register read "$3". I was charged $3.50 per sandwich. When I asked why I was charged more, Meghan (manager) said that was an "old sign" and the sandwiches are more now. I said you'll need to take down that signage because it's against the law to advertise one price and charge customers another price. She said she couldn't do that because "corporate" won't allow them to take it down and the "pricing is loaded into the system" and they cannot override it. I left voice mail messages with the Austin (they said was the owner) 815-529-3312 and no return calls to discuss this. My credit card company reversed the charges and unfortunately I will not frequent this restaurant any longer. read more

Every time ive ordered from here in the last year its taken over 2 hours for it to arrive. Today we ordered two sandwiches and they actually arrived fairly quick but they only gave us one sandwich. I called and told them and they refused to bring the missing sandwich. So i paid for 2 and got one. Thats robbery, no other words for it. Never ordering from here again. read more

Ordered a slim 4 extra meat cheese and mayo but got no mayo and my drink was only half full. Pro tip if it says add mayo just add mayo

This location can not get a delivery order right. I have had four orders in a row be delivered wrong. The delivery times are also longer then the jimmy johns in my old neighborhood about double the time. read more

Whoever is working drive thru today was just genuinely so great. Oh, & my sandwich was fantastic as well! This location always does a great job. read more

We like this Jimmy John's. They are truly "freaky fast" and we have never received a bad sub from This location. They have a great group of well trained polite young people working here. It's close to home and you always know what you are getting. Bonus, they have a drive thru. read more

Literally EVERY time i go to this Jimmy Johns they mess up 1 or more of my sandwiches. This time i asked for mayo on my sandwich, there was no mayo. Instead of fixing it, they just handed me mayo packets. There was barely any lettuce on my sandwhich. I also asked for no capicola, there was capicola. This is the worst Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. read more

Came back to my hometown for the weekend, had to stop by JJ. Fast and the sandwiches were flawless, tasty and exactly how I ordered them. 10/10 read more

This particular Jimmy John's is a great location. It is relocated from their old spot around the corner with the fantastic addition of the drive-through. In store or at the drive-through you are always greeted promptly and in a friendly way. Sandwiches are finished nearly by the time they are done swiping your card, and the sandwiches always taste consistently fresh and delicious. They are even accommodating to my family's annoying special order requests. read more

Every time I order delivery from this Jimmy Johns, at least one thing Is wrong with my order. This time there was no cucumber on my #6, and the lid to my drink was cracked in two spots, so it spilt on my clothes when the delivery driver handed it to me. I have worked at 5 different Jimmy John's stores in the past, so I know how sandwiches should be made, and this store always disappoints. I don't understand how corporate allows this to happen. I have learned to always request extra lettuce and sprouts from this location in order to receive the normal amount. read more

Went thru the drive thru...I ordered the SAME sandwich one with no tomatoes..left and got home. One was correct the other was entirely different sandwich and it wasn't even good! ! The other sandwich which was correct had hardly any tuna on it and was the larger sandwich. Not worth it. read more

We were here this past weekend and I tried the pre-order online so I could just walk in and grab the subs and avoid any lines. However, the tracker that they have online NEVER worked. It kept showing as received, and never transferred over to ready for pick-up. I have ordered plenty of times from other restaurants that have the tracker and they always switch over to ready when the items are ready for pick-up. Easy-Peasy. Since it wasn't switched over, I waited with my daughter in the car for about 15 minutes (giving them the benefit of the doubt) and then we walked in. To my surprise.... Only to get up there and say "I placed an order online and they just had them sitting in the back. They never placed my order on the shelf, never updated their system to show ready for pick up. Nothing. Good thing it wasn't anything hot. Now while that was an inconvenience that wasn't the only mistake we encountered. All of the subs were OVERLOADED with lettuce, and NONE of the subs asked to be made that way. Now after we were done eating I was curious to see what the tracker stated. I mean I picked up my food. It should change, right? Or one would think it would. I have to say It was a good thing we went in there to see if our order was ready because when I checked the app it still was showing as received. I placed the order around 4:15 and even still after 5:00pm it was just showing as order received. Very disappointed in this Jimmy Johns after this experience. read more
