Super fast service, perfectly salted fries, a clean bathroom and a friendly cashier that brought me my food while I was getting my drink. Best MCDs experience this year. read more

Need to take a minute to appreciate this McDonald's on our road trip this morning. The drive-through took maybe three minutes to get through and the representative gathering payment credit was super excited to see us, yay! Sausage McMuffins with egg are our absolute go-to when traveling on the road in the morning. Sometimes we get them and they're not hot but the ones we were served today earned this review. The steam coming off the bun could describe the perfect hot temperature. The sausage was juicy, the egg was fluffy, and the cheese amazingly melted over it all. We also got two black coffees that we are still scared to sip because they were also served super hot- but the way we like them! Such a nice treat when you're on-the-go! read more

McDonalds - a hand holding a sausage sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Channahon, Illinois

Amazing great food great people amzazing service. Good janitorial work. A must go to for quick and good food

They are open 24 /7 and have reliable food. What are you complaining about? Yeah it's no IN-OUT-BURGER but for Christ sake it's a McDonald's in Channahon and it's friggin open 24 seven when you have those late night munchies at 2AM. Be thankful and go get you some chicken McNuggets , a quarter pounder with cheese, hamburger, Big Mac, or chicken sandwIch , fish sandwich, fix your hunger problem, and cHILL the eff out. Their hazelnut coffee or regular coffee is the BOMB. They sell chocolate chip cookies toooooooo read more

Better off traveling 20 minutes to go somewhere else and get your food order correct . Best part is the place is only 2 minutes from the house . The order is incorrect more than correct . Fries are cold and the meat is dry read more

They say open 24 hours but their not, I work night and this is the only place "open" that serves hot food. It's really a hit or miss w these people read more

I detest McDonald's but hey, it was the only thing relatively close to eating. Have to say the service and food delivery and presentation were aces. My sandwiches were prepared greatly and tasted wonderful. Served fast and with efficiency. Nothing but praise here yo! read more

It's McDonald's. You know what you're going to get. This location is average. The wait is usually longer than others due to it being so close to the highway. read more

Eh, it's a regular McDonald's. Albeit a CLEAN McDonald's, but still, like any other fast-food joint you get a handful of teenagers working there that care only about making enough of a paycheck to cover the insurance and gas money for the car Daddy bought them. At least they are friendly and always smiling. The only problem we have with the food at this McDonald's, (and it IS a constant, recurring problem), is you'll NEVER get an actual Large Size order of fries -- what you get is a small or medium order of fries in a large fry container. EVERY TIME!! Another issue with the fries -- don't plan on getting any fresh ones around 1pm or 6:30-7pm, you're gonna get the ones that were left over from being pre-made for the lunch/dinner rush and have been sitting under the heat lamp -- usually all greasy, limp and brown. Other than the French Fry issues, we've never had any problems with the rest of their food -- It's always fresh and hot. Another bonus is they get our drive-thru order right 97% of the time. The main issue/problem I have with this McDonald's is the lack of protection in the drive-thru from the elements. If it's pouring rain, prepared to get wet when lowering your window to order your food at the speaker, when paying and at the window where you receive your food. They have NO awnings where they should! There's no playland here (which I think is a good thing), minimal outdoor dining fixtures with no umbrellas (I think only two tables with benches), but the drive-thru ordering setup is efficient with two separate ordering speakers in two separate lanes and there's plenty of bike racks. read more

Go to the truck-stop McDonalds's by the I-55 entrance ramp off of Rt. 6 instead! This McDonald's has bad customer service because it always seems to be manned with bored, indifferent teenagers. 4 out of 5 times your order will be wrong if you make any variations on what you order. Food - especially the fries - is usually cold or old. read more

I've been to this McDonald's multiple times over the past 2 years. EVERY TIME they have been rude and messed up my order. I ordered an iced coffee and breakfast one time and they put it on 2 separate orders. I told them at the window that it was just one order and they charged me for both, then at the next window they only gave me the coffee. I explained it to the woman and she was very annoyed, then proceeded to throw a bag in my face and say "OK HERE YOU GO". Was it the breakfast I ordered? No. It was a McChicken. I knocked on the window and the woman straight up ignored me. read more

To be fair this is a review for McDonalds... But as far as McDonalds go the only reason they get one star is they were rather speedy, BUT I'd rather wait a few minutes to not have a burnt bagel sandwich and soggy under-cooked hash brown. read more

McDonalds - Garbage... Just like the food! - Fast Food Near Me - Channahon, Illinois

Pretty typically McDonalds. We stopped by late Sunday night on our way home around 11pm. Service was friendly enough and pretty speedy. The food was about what you would expect from a McDonalds. Solid place to stop on the way home. read more

Clean restaurant and younger staff who work here. Friendly management but have messed up a few times. Our orders are usually correct but at times wrong. You get what you pay for. Make sure to review your order. read more

McDonald's is one of the best restaurants to ever be created. I simply enjoy all the unhealthy foods and germy surroundings most importantly in the very safe McDonald's play place. The food is deliciously unhealthy, and the drinks will quickly get you in the fattest state you'll ever be in, in the good way. read more

For a 24 hour joint I don't get why the shake machine is always off past 10pm.

This McDonalds is hit or miss for great food. The service is usually pretty good though yesterday I found it very difficult to understand the drive thru person because of her thick accent. I did have to laugh when I pulled up to the drive thru and the order screen had a sign taped to it saying they could only accept cash because the credit card line was down. What was funny was the sign was covering the order screen so you couldn't verify your order. The food was fresh and hot yesterday. The only complaint I can give right now might be with the connected gas station and the giant rat trap that is outside the door which you can't help seeing as you wait in the drive thru lane. I find that really, really disgusting! PLEASE hide it! read more

Small McDonalds connected to a gas station. Relatively clean and bright. The food was the hottest and freshest McDonalds food I've had in a very long time. Good portion of fries and relatively quick. The shared bathroom with the gas station is a little sketchy but still ok. read more
