it's good place to get food if your not really in a rush to be somewhere, it just lacks employees sometimes so the food isn't really fast. The placement isn't too bad depending on the side of the road your on and or if your on a bike or walking. And the ambiance is alright. read more

This place screws up so much stop going during lunch that should tell you everything. Preorder they still screw it up. Make you wait n guess what still screwed it up. This place should be out of business. Save your time and money. I gave them too many chances read more

Yep, i tried, despite all the bad reviews, and can confirm it's still the worst Wendy's in America. Manager has no interest in running this store and would prefer he didn't have any customers at all. Hes just occupying the building. read more

Awful the one reason I liked it because of their breakfast burritos and this location decided they no longer do breakfast do not eat here

If I could leave a zero out of five stars, I would the manager on Monday the 13th on the Night Shift sucks has a terrible attitude doesn't close when it's listed on the site that they close at 12 just very disappointed with my service tonight and I've been usually really good with this Wendy's but honestly with all the bad reviews on here you guys deserve zero stars, especially with you're so-called Manager on shift tonight very unprofessional probably need to retrain them big Womp read more

I was on my way back to the expressway from Ace Hardware, and was looking for lunch. I spotted Wendy's and thought - I haven't had Wendy's in a long time - why not stop? So I did. First off, if you are going southbound on Ridge, go a little further south to the next light and you'll turn left and see a sign to take you there. Leaving, follow the same route - the restaurant has a loop around the front. If you are driving an 18 wheeler, sorry, you just have to turn right and leave - the loop isn't big enough for your rig. Now that we are through with how to get there, how was it? Service was prompt, but the server talked so fast, I had to ask her to repeat herself. I heard her the second time. Suggestion: If you hear that once in a day, maybe you are talking too fast. Unless you are working towards a career in the person who says the 1000 word disclaimer at the end of a radio ad, please slow down. The food was cooked fresh. I had the Asiago Chicken (grilled) and the French fries, and both were hot. The drink machine (Universal Super Coke Unit) had many flavors but was out of a few at least. The place wasn't too busy for lunch rush time. The seating area needed a general cleaning. Not a chest grabber, but you could see that the tables needed to be wiped down. Summary: Food was hot and tasty. Service: meh. Getting there - Read the note. Looks like I'm the only reviewer giving them more than 1 or 2. Hmmm. read more

Just the worse location ever. Service is trash, Food is never ready if you order online. I mean whoever owns this place needs to put these people in check read more

Haven't been to Wendy's in 20 years so we decided to step out. Went through the drive through and everything went pretty smooth. They shorted us three straws and gave zero napkins. My son wanted more bbq sauce and after a long drive I had to use the bathroom anyway, so I went inside to get him sauce. I kindly asked for a couple of extra sauces. Manager got disgusted and told the counter guy that we could have one but would charge for additional sauce and stormed off. I kind of laughed and mentioned that we had just spent $50 on food and it was wild to charge for two extra sauces but he was stone cold serious. I joked that we were shorted three straws and asked if those were an additional cost too. Didn't bother to ask for napkins or dare use the bathroom. Surely that would have sent them over the edge. Haven't felt that kind of unwelcome before in a fast food restaurant. Should have listened to my wife and went to Arby's next door. Won't return to another Wendy's ever again. read more

Only thing good was the fact that my food was warm. The lady running the register has no interest in the people inside only the drive thru orders is what she cares for. They don't have food ready and half of them r sitting on their phones. The job is easy it's not that hard to whip up some fast food in a fryer. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for some nuggets I would've went to wings etc and got real food. read more

I don't even know what to say. We pulled up to the ordering menu. Sat for about five minutes without anyone saying anything. Only when we asked "hello??" Did someone just say to hold on one minute. So I thought maybe they were busy or low staffed. No problem. We order and pull up to the pay window. Only two people actually working and the others were just standing and watching these two guys run around. We get our food and the fries were room temp and had no salt or flavor to them. On my sandwich the bottom bun was so stale it crumbled in my hand just pulling it from the wrapping. Needless to say it was a rough experience. read more

Ordered 10 piece nuggets, fries, a burger and frosty.. the food was stale and cold, like that cold hearted individual that took my hard earned cash! I fed that icicle meal to my child. Never felt as horrible as I did tonight, feeding that polar shit to my baby! You should be ashamed of yourself! Never again will I buy from there! Get ahold of yourself, and your responsibility in service! read more

Honestly hands down the shittiest Wendy's on planet Earth and possibly even the solar system.

Late night dinner. Burger was.old bun was cold as well as the cheese. Customer service was rushed amd there wasnt anyone else there. Wish i would have read the other comments before goimg here read more

Trying to baked potato and Caesar salad for a nice vegetarian lunch or dinner. It's enough for two portions actually. Try their cheeseburgers , chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce , fries , and FROSTY drink. If you dip the fries in the frosty, it is sooooo much better than ketchup, TRUUST me! read more

Spent my entire lunch break and more time in line at this Wendy's. Got in trouble at work and didn't get to eat either. Wish I could give no stars. read more

Wendy's - Long line at drive they not moving - Burgers Near Me - Minooka, Illinois

My wife just went through our Wendy's they told her in drive through to give them 20 min for shift change, I've never heard of this at a restaurant, she goes back only because our son isn't feeling well and that's all he wanted otherwise she would of left. She goes back and now they tell her they are closed even though there's lobby full of workers and they just did a "shift change" this is poor customer experience! read more

I don't normally have high expectations for fast food restaurants, but these guys don't even meet the lowest of expectations. I have made the mistake of giving this Wendy's a second chance and they didn't fail to reinforce my first impression of them which was very bad. Not only is the Wendy's team slow, they cannot get any of our orders correct. Today they managed to serve two burgers with buns that were in full rigor mortis. I called to notify them that their cook was asleep at the wheel serving food that is stale and as usual the manager was no help, asking if I would like two more burgers. I think I'll pass, like from now on... forever. If there was a way to give negative points, I would. Do not waste your time or money at this dump. I hope they close this place and open something more useful, like anything at all just not this place or the people that work there now. read more

What I want to know is what they have against sweet and sour sauce. Every single time I ask for it get either honey mustard or barbecue. Food is never fresh and always subpar. People are always short and rude and there is always something messed up in the order. Only reason I come here is because the next closest one is 20 minutes away. My jr. Bacon CHEESEburger didn't even have cheese this time and the meat was so old and dry. I don't know how many more bad reviews it's going to take for someone to get their acts together. read more

Honestly ngl my burger bun was so hard fries weren't salted very good and my water was trash I honestly would never care to eat at this location again GET IT RIGHT WENDYS!!!!! read more

Wendy's - French Fries - Burgers Near Me - Minooka, Illinois

Never a good experience here and I have lived in Minooka for almost 30 years. Food is almost always cold. I have been given food with bugs in it and as of yesterday I was given a raw chicken sandwich. After eating half of it I realized it was raw. After talking with friends and family I was told about other experiences where they were also given raw chicken. I love Wendy's but something is lacking at this location and has been for YEARS. read more

Wendy's - Raw Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Minooka, Illinois

I think that it might be beneficial for ol' boy in the back, to put a hat on or put his hair up, or gather up his pubes off the "sandwich-making table" because there were several little hairs in the sandwich that I ordered on June 17th..I don't know what they like to be doing at the wendys here...but I just don't particularly like that flavor on my food... this happened at about 4:30pm, through the drive thru.. When I came back around to complain about my issue.. they told me to pull around to the window and that they'll get it for me. so I do that, but when I get to the window all I see are about three worker girls just standing there, staring all awkward. To be honest, I was not greeted until I got the attention of one of them.. and asked her to come to the window.. I, then here employees from the back complaining and yelling about our order. i finally get to talk to a manager because I had to be a "Karen" and ask for one. She should have came to the window first but that's fine. Then the manager asks to see it to figure out "who's hair"... which I couldn't care less about.. but apparently she did. Anyway, I just asked that she make the sandwich and instead of listening when I told her the specifications, she said "I got you" over and over again. This, causing her to make the sandwich wrong. i went through the drive through again and now the manager ( who was pleasant prior to this) had an attitude. super gross behavior and food. read more

We give this location a try about every 2 months hoping they have improved and they don't. There is one thing left for them to do for this community---just close. It's the only thing left to do. Unable to figure out how to give fast service or friendly service or have any associates that seem to care. Today it was the usual slow drive thru service, being handed a drink without the lid on properly and watching it spill as was handed to me. No spoons for the frostys and the kids burger in the happy meal had all the things we asked not to be on there on the burger. This all comes down to a lack of pride in the business from the employees to the franchisee. There were only 2 positives--they actually had baked potatoes prepared and after this experience it will be at least another 2 months before I am asked to "give it another try". read more

the worst wendy's on planet earth. it's just .. idk awful. worse customer service ever.. rude as hell.

This restaurant is a joke. Almost every time I've ordered in the past few months, either the order is seriously messed up, or they are out of things. Yesterday, I left empty handed because they were out of both chili and French fries. Was told the truck would be there today. Tonight I called and was told they had chili. By the time I got there, and it's only a mile from my house, you guessed it - they were out of chili again. This time the excuse was, the morning person didn't prep the meat for us. They need to just close their doors and get it over with. If their chili was not so darned good, or if there was another Wendy's within 10 miles, I wouldn't even keep trying. read more

This place is downright disgusting. I've been here a couple times and hope it will be different but every time it is awful. Slow service, Cold food, and the employees even scratched their genitals before handing me my food. This place never fails to surprise me. read more

If I could give it no stars I would, I repeatedly myself clear about sauces on both meals and they somehow manage to screw it up. And not only that they legit gave me cold nuggets it's almost as if they were out the freezer. Young girl working drive through has no idea what she's doing. Just go to McDonald's read more

Horrible, Almost EVERY time I go in there something isn't right. The food is UNAPPEALING. One of the biggest problems I experience is the salad being sooooo watery! The chicken is soggy and cut in giant chunks! But there is SO MUCH FRICKIN WATER in the salad! The burgers are usually dry! I filled out the survey about a year ago, the manager or district manager responded claiming to be sorry and would send me coupons. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING. No one ever responded back either. A bunch of kids running the restaurant it seems to the eye. Overall, Wendy's is an alternative to McDonald's and I'd like to eat here, however the food looks so bad and NOT FRESH!!! read more

The crew that they had there when I went were very hard-working and very sweet and they got everything right will go there again with my grandkids thank you Wendy's read more

Wow. How is this place even open after all of this and how does anyone there have a job? Stopped in today. Here's how it went. The bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting and so was the toilet. Hardly anyone there and it took forever to be waited on. There were no pickles, no cups, and no chocolate. It then took forever for the order to be filled. We got ice cold fries and were short a drink. Then the ceiling dripped on me. The employee said "I've been yelled at three times today". Seriously - these reviews go back more than a year and not one is more than one star. Sadly, I think there is now an expectation in this culture that you deserve credit or pay simply for waking up in the morning. There is no expectation that you will do your minimum job responsibilities. And this place is the poster child. 7/20/19 at 4:30 PM read more

I don't have high expectations for most fast food places but this place was crazy! We've eaten here a few times but this is my last. Thy usually get my order wrong and the food can be cold at times. They either have tons of people working (no customers) or no employees and tons of customers. Management apologized for the errors and offered to correct them but we passed. read more

They have failed me every time I've been there in one way or another. Been there about 5-6 times. First time the drive thru took 20 minutes. Second time was waiting for my food inside and after waiting 15-25 minutes asked about food and they said they thought I left so they had to remake it which was an additional 15 minutes.Third time got half of my meal right but it was Uber so I couldn't get switched. Fourth time Uber driver called to say that they didn't have potatoes and I didn't know what that meant and then they told me they'd give me an extra fry but forgot two of the sandwiches. Etc. worst Wendy's ever, but every couple months I'll try again read more

Wow!!! What a messed up fast food restaurant!! I should be saying slow food restaurant. OMG!! I don't think I have EVER been anywhere where the employee's walk in slow motion before. Me and my husband, and everybody else, were just staring at them in disbelief!! The line was sooooooo long and bareley moving. I ordered the strawberry and mango salad that I couldn't wait to try!!!! Wow, how disappointing!!!!!! The strawberries were soft and old, plenty of hard mangos though, lettuce tasted nasty. Very unfriendly staff. read more
