So went in there, and there was a little lady who was acting like she was the manager extremely disrespectful. Every time I go to this location they screw up my order! Not one person on their "team" takes any responsibility. Instead of fixing the issue, they play the blame game and say "I didn't do it". They need to learn to communicate better and that it doesn't matter who did what! When a customer comes to you and tells you something is wrong with their order apologize and FIX IT!! This past weekend when I was in was the very last straw. Not only did one of the employees give me an attitude and argue with me about fixing an issue, but the manager who apparently "was on break" happened to come to the front looking like she was high as a kite on something. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way or just grab a bite to eat at another establishment before ever patronizing this location ever again! Seems like every time I go there for breakfast I find egg shells in my sandwich. Today was no exception I will no longer be eating their food, this is literally like the 3rd time this has happened and I've never said anything but this is the largest piece of egg shell I have found. Today, my family and I acquired McDonald's breakfast. It was fine, however when I got a hash brown, which is normally nice and crunchy, was soggy, soft and it literally was stuck to the paper. Not only that but service is pretty terrible, whenever there's people in the lobby they literally stare at each other too see who will take them first. Even when they are people just standing around they stare at you as if asking you "why are you even here?" If you don't want to be there quit your job, don't blame customers for wanting to go your establishment. And one more thing... I couldn't count on the many times that I have gone there for a simple frappe and after I've paid for it they say "oh sorry the machines not working" and then asks me to get something else. No I don't want anything else I want what I ordered, but why do their machines keep breaking and why is there no one there to fix them breaking continuously. I don't expect much from McDonalds, and this location is at least better than Minooka, but they seem to have trouble with adequate staff and product quality is inconsistent. Last time I went my small fry was a half bag of dried ends/pieces instead of whole fries. Tonight I got beef instead of crispy chicken for my BBQ Bacon sandwich. There was only half a piece of bacon (supposed to have two) and it was so greasy it leaked through the box and bag onto the seat of my car. I drove back (10 min drive) to get the correct sandwich. This time the chicken and bacon were correct but they forgot the onions. I give up!! read more

I come to this McShack almost everyday for some item or another. This location is under new owners and has come a long way since the takeover. How can you go wrong with their coffee, you can't, that's how. My only tip is to check your bag before you pull away from the drive through. read more

Literally the worst, slowest McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. Last week the soda machine was not working, and they couldn't serve blended drinks, only had coffee or teas. Decided to give them another try and today they had soda but the ice cream machine was broken, but they could serve shakes. I have had interaction with the manager, I believe his name is Jesse, and he doesn't seem to care to make anything right for his customers or help his staff problem solve any issues that arise. Do yourself a favor and drive to either the Minooka or second Channahon location, you'll not only save your time of being in the drive through line for ten minutes on average, I'm sure their equipment is running. read more

The customer service and food prep/delivery was very poor - it took 10 minutes for 2 plain double cheeseburgers and fries. The restaurant had 1 other customer waiting and drive thru had a couple of cars, but they were moving through quickly. The crew member told those making the food 2x what the order was and end up with a half-hearted apology. I then saw a supervisor, who was outside with a delivery who said she was busy with the delivery and did not know why the service took so long. she too offered a half-hearted apology then said the corporate telephone number was on the receipt. I then said I'll call the owner john and was told that he doesn;t own it any more and that someone named Marvin Spence owns the restaurant. She offered no contact info for Spence. Well Mr Marvin Spence, I hope that my experience was not indicative of your overall customer philosophy. If it is, for however long you have owned this McDonald's, the service pales in comparison to what they provided with the prior owner. read more

We visited this location the morning of Sat. 7/8/17. I felt the need to write because it was the best experience I have ever had, anywhere! The young boys that were working, were more attentive than I was! They were even by the window with my food, waiting for me. I ordered a 6 piece chicken McNuggets and a medium fry off of the 2 for $3 at 1:04 pm. I did not receive my food until 1:22 after I made a complaint. I complained to 3 separate employees before I finally got my food. The managers refused to talk to me. It was a chaotic mess.
