This chipotle is pretty bad, the employees give so much attitude. They overscoop the rice so they can skimp you in everything else. I'm a chipotle lover but every time I come here I instantly regret not going to the one in 88th and 137th ave. The food is never fully fresh and the guac is always stiff. One time I asked for kids chips and the lady in the front gave me the nastiest look. She was a manager and was treating her employees so bad. The only sweet person here is one of the ladies in the food line but oh lord this place needs a revamp. read more

Genuinely a horrible location and stain on the chipotle Brand. In front of multiple customers the manager began berating an employee for "over serving" a half and half portion. I understand of this is a learning moment for the employees but the rudeness and reprimand of the manager to the employee in front of customers is unacceptable. Honestly if I could put zero stars I would put that. They never have food past 9pm. When they do have food and your "lucky" enough to have the manager serve you good luck! The second order was a burrito with extra barbacoa and guacamole (Among other things) that we paid extra for, but we received literally rice and sour cream wrapped in a tortilla. that's it. I forgot to order my protein on the side so I kindly asked while we were in the veggies area and she gave me a face and served me so little portion of sour cream corn and cheese.
