My experience at this Chipotle was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The line moved at an unreasonably slow pace, resulting in an excessive wait time, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the food quality was equally disappointing. Shortly after eating, I experienced severe stomach pain and explosive diarrhea, making this one of the worst dining experiences I've had. To make matters worse, I paid nearly four dollars for a small fountain drink, only to discover there was no ice and several beverage options--including the lemonade--were unavailable. Given the poor service, disappointing food quality, and lack of basic drink options, I cannot recommend this location. I would strongly advise others to dine elsewhere. read more

Rude would be an understatement. I had a question about my mobile order that was late. I've never waited in line somewhere just to get up to the register and have the person that's working there. Start asking the person behind me if they needed anything else. Like as if I'm not standing right in front of your register. I wouldn't understand if I just walked up and got in front of someone. I love chipotle but this is the worst chipotle. Workers could care less about doing their job, its like an inconvenience to them to order food. I'm almost embarrassed to say I still go to this location. For awhile, things were a little better if we ordered in person. Take out orders were almost always wrong and/or stingy portions. My kids found if they ordered a bowl in person they could ask for extra if they were skimpy on a topping. Last week, they were short staffed. While I can understand they don't have a ton of control over that they do have control over take out. They should have turned off take out orders. There was one poor staff member working the line of in-person orders. There was a stall at one point because they ran out of white rice at 6pm on a Friday. The girl at the cash register was useless. After waiting 30 minutes in line to order the bowls I asked for my takeout order, a quesadilla, b/c oddly you can't order that in person. She mumbled something about it not being ready but didn't even look for it. I clarified that it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. Again she mumbled a response. Another patron told me she had been waiting a long time as well. I waited another 10-15 minutes. Headed home to drop off the orders we got. When I got back my quesadilla still was not ready. At this point it had been over an hour. I asked for a refund. Others were waiting just as long. Take out orders should have been unavailable that night. So, last night we went here again. I hesitated to order from them but figured there is no way it can be that bad again. Well this time, you couldn't order in person. They were doing take out only. There was water on the floor, the pace was a mess. Not sure what the issue was but it just seems like location can't get there act together. read more

This specific Chipotle needs a department of health check and complete overhaul. Someone needs to take charge and ownership of this location. I went here this evening so my kids could get quesadilla and chips through take out order, when I went in to pick it up there was trash overflowing in every trash bin, no napkins, no ice, no fountain drinks. Completely disgusting floor and tables. This is not the first time it has been this way, I have been to this location a hand full of times over the past year and nothing has changed. If the restaurant looks this bad, imagine the care on the food prep! I just hope they wash their hands and don't drop food on the floor and use it. Chipotle manager, if you respond to this review it better be to say that it will be shutdown and reopened after repairs, retraining and rehiring. If you are one of those people that only hops on Yelp to write a bad review shame on you. Get your negativity out of here unless the issue is TRULY warranted. Ive been to this location a lot in the past and very seldom have i run into anything. Also.. everyone messes up once in a while and dont blame them for your long delivery time or ticky tack things. It took an hour to get my food wahhh go pick it up yourself then. They arent personally getting in their car and delivering the food.. I do like how you can order at the counter at this location. Amazing service and food! A lot of people complain about the portions but it's mostly luck and treating the workers with respect and human decency. Especially when the line is out of the door and 3/5 customers are rude or don't know their manners. I had asked one of the workers there about their day and was nothing but respectful and got the same amount of respectful portions back!! Love everyone there and always feel so welcome to eat there. Tables always seem pretty clean, soda machine was out of ice but once I alerted a worker to it she filled it up right away. Everything tasted extremely fresh and I had amazing experience. read more

This is the closest location and therefore the location that I'm most likely to visit. In general i like Chipotle and enjoy their food and selection. Unfortunately this location seems to drop the ball in a few ways. First, they prioritize web/app orders over in person customers. I'm glad they have at least setup a separate service are for App orders, so at least the people helping in-person customers don't;t have to stop and alternate to App orders. They used to do that and it made it impossible to gage the approximate time it will take to get service in-person. This is a plus. That said, they still seem to prioritize this service area as I have seen them replace food on this side while the in-person service area is depleted. Often employees servicing the jn-person line have to go to this alternate station to get specific ingredients. Second, they seem to have a problem keeping the grilled vegetables in stock. Today was the third time (in maybe a year) I have left without completing my order because they had no grilled vegetables. My daughter gets annoyed by this, she thinks it makes me "High Maintenance". I think I just know what I want. I specifically drove here this evening to get a bowl with pork and grilled veggies... and they had no veggies! I'm sorry, but if you don't have a common menu item that I want then I am not interested. It would be less annoying if I just happened to drive by and stop in... but today I specifically drove 10-15minutes to go to THIS specific restaurant. Obviously it happens, restaurants get busy, they run out of items, OK. If it happens once No Big Deal. If it happens twice... it's annoying. After receiving our completed order, we checked our food items and found that one of our bowls was COMPLETELY incorrect. As you can see on the label in the picture, this was supposed to be a Barbacoa bowl with guac and EXTRA CORN SALSA. How in the hell did we end up with chicken cheese and rice?? Clearly you don't need to make it past grade 6 In order to be employeed at this chipotle. I will NEVER leave this store with my food items until I have opened every single item. read more

I have had more issues than I care to recall in the past year or so with this particular Chipotle. The only reason I come here is because my daughter is not allergic to anything they make and it gives my wife and I a reprieve from cooking every meal at home. l'll list a few of the issues I've had with this place below. About 4 months ago, I went into the restaurant to place an order. I wanted a side of chips and guac to top off my order. The cashier told me that the only way I could get chips and guac was to order it online, because they are reserved for online orders. So there I am, completely and utterly flabbergasted that I, a paying customer who has come in person to order could not order one of the 100 or so bags of chips. I said "So, you're telling me if I ordered chips and guac online, I can come in and pick it up, but you wont sell them to people here in your store?", to which the cashier said "that is correct, that's from management". So, I did what any normal person would do - I went to my car, ordered chips and guac for pick up right from the parking lot , and walked right in 10 minutes later to receive my order. It was evident to me that they were not expecting me to come in for my half filled bag of chips (more on this below). Ok - so now to delivery and mobile orders. We are all busy and sometimes it's nice to have a meal delivered to your house. This is especially helpful for me, as a stay at home dad with full time work, to not have to load up my daughter in the car just to pick up lunch for Dad. For starters, the menu price for delivery orders is significantly higher than if you were to go in person. I'm not talking about delivery fees and tips, that's to be expected. But there is no reason for a menu item (say, a burrito bowl) to cost 15% - 20% more when ordering delivery compared to the same exact menu item in the restaurant. This even happens with double protein, sides, drinks, etc. There is an average mark up of about 15% - 20% in these items for delivery. Chipotle the corporation has said this is designed to help "cushion" the rising costs of food and delivery services... well if that's the case then how where they able to achieve about 25% year over year growth in Q2 2022? If you ask me, Chipotle is taking advantage of a specific segment of clientele (delivery orderers). In my opinion, that should be illegal - but that's a story for another day. Anyway, every time I order something for a pick up or delivery from this place, it always contains smaller portions, it doesn't matter what it is. This is especially true if you pay for double protein (I already mentioned there is a cost increase for mobile orders). This afternoon I placed an order to pick up, a burrito bowl with double protein. I got home and saw there was barely any chicken in the bowl, even AFTER I paid (a premium) for double protein! You can't call the store directly to correct the issue, and the only way you can get help is by using the infuriating mobile chat bot "Pepper". It took me over an hour to get a real person who could give me a reimbursement for the order instead of a "free entree" which I will never claim. I have come to the conclusion that the associates at this location deliberately place smaller amounts of protein than what you've paid for (which, IS stealing) and fill up the burrito / bowl with lower cost items, like lettuce and peppers in hopes that you won't notice and / or be willing to dispute it. I recommend you steer clear from this Chipotle (and Chipotle in general), but if you are going to order from them, go in person and watch the associate make your meal. If you want double protein in something, tell them after they put in the first scoop and let them know if it is not enough. If they mess up, fight it. Don't even try online pick up or delivery (especially if you want double protein) - I can guarantee you will not be getting what you paid for here. And if you do decide to try, I wish you luck on getting your issues corrected. read more
