After ordering on-line and picking up our orders, I don't know why this Chipotlé gets such a bad rap. It is definitely way better than the one in Rye Brook, which we've always gone to and has gotten bad, with the long lines, chintzy service and the on-line orders are never ready when you get there. We now have a new place to get our burrito fix. The corporate website is super easy to order from and it remembers your preferences and orders. I have my favorite combination chicken burrito with white rice, fajita veggies (no beans for me), corn salsa, sour cream & lettuce on speed dial. One click is all I need. Sometimes, we'll pick up for other people in the office and either the website or phone app is all you need. Set a time for pickup and it has always been ready when we got there. For pickup, the parking lot has plenty of open spaces, you walk in, tell them your name and walk out with your lunch bag. Our lunchtime is precious, so speed is the key. I have to say that we tried the new Garlic Guajillo steak and it is pretty tender and tasty, but not worth the additional ~$4. I'll stick to the chicken, thank you. read more

I would give this location less than 1 star if I was able to. First off, I've been there multiple times around 5-6 pm where they didn't have STEAK, CHICKEN or CHEESE.... We've been to this chipotle a couple times now and every time we come here they are always out of something. Today we went 3 hrs before closing and they were out of a few things still. We ordered, i asked for steak, she huffed and puffed cause she had to go to the back to grab and as I was trying to tell her what else I wanted on my bowl and she gave me a hand motion to hurry up. This location regularly runs out of basic core ingredients (steak, chicken, rice...) 2+ hours before closing and just limps on without making any more. A few days ago our online order went through and only when we came to pick it up were we informed they could not make 3 out of the 4 standard dinner orders we put in because they were out of ingredients and not making more food. It was a hassle to get a refund through the website. Store employees said they had no way to let us know through the app that they were out of key ingredients for the evening, even after our order went through. We have had similar situations in the past at this location. I wrote to customer service through the website and have not gotten a response. The chips are great if you happen to hit it when they are fresh, but we have not gotten that lucky often or recently. However, on this dark Sunday night when I stumbled across the haven of Chipotle, tummy rumbling and anticipating a scrumptious bowl, I was heavily disappointed. The bowl can be described as inedible and stale. I went to dive in but when it came time to chewing on the rice, the rice can be compared to that of pebbles. i keep coming here and it keeps on being great. i've already left a review for this place but there are so many low reviews that i figured i'd give another high one. to those complaining, consider the following; 1) if there is something wrong, let the staff know and they'll fix it to the best of their abilities, 2) either accept the problems of eating in a public restaurant where staff have to deal with tons of people every day or learn how to make your own food. it's a good store run by good staff. also, don't get a burrito with tons of sauces and nothing to hold it in and expect there to not be any problems. read more

The most intolerable ignorant workers I have ever seen. I had just ordered a burrito bowl to go through doordash and when it arrived they gave me the wrong order. No big deal right? So I went to the restraurant myself to get my correct order. Not only did they mess it up... AGAIN. They did not give me my chips and guacamole and my drink. So I had to walk back in for a second time to ask for my chips and guacamole and my drink. The lady working there handed me a cup and told me to fill it up at the fountain. The problem is the lemonade was out and was just WATER coming out. When I went back to ask for my money back for the lemonade since it was clearly out they stared at me like I was crazy and told me "there's nothing we can do". Not even a refund???? I'm not sure which Chipotle is worse, this one or the Pelham Manor location but it should not feel like a privilege to buy a quick meal. I don't expect Michelin service but having the 'manager' giving customers attitude is extremely inappropriate. If she doesn't like what she does, she should pick a different profession. The attitude that she gives is as if the customers (and even her own staff!) are an inconvenience to her. She barked aggressively at the young worker who was making online orders because she wanted him to take something out of the oven. I ordered two burrito bowls, one with traditional chicken, and a second with 'Pollo Asado'. When I specified which bowl should have which ingredients, she rudely stated "Pollo Asado... Chicken, they're both the same thing" fully knowing which ones I were referring to. I guess because I don't present as Hispanic, she assumed I didn't know what chicken means in Spanish (?). I have the utmost respect for restaurant staff, as I used to manage a coffee shop in the industry, but this experience was piss poor. App constantly tells me "no pickup times available" at this location. Bowls are hit or miss and sometimes the exact same order is half the volume of another. Many times the rice is hard. 1/3 of the times I do takeout, my order isn't there and they have no record of it. For takeout, sometimes you get a fork, other times none. Sometimes no napkins, sometimes 20 of them. There is no consistency in anything about this location. Many times, the garbage just outside the door is overflowing on the ground. Seems understaffed and no attention to details. Some staff very nice, others won't even talk to you. read more
