Food is Absolutely great! Door dashed it at work for the first time about a week ago, loved it! Like it so much when I got home from work I took my wife to one in Indianapolis where we live and that was absolutely terrible. Glad this one is good. Well I hadn't submitted that review for some reason and I went in person recently. Definitely a different experience, apparently chipotle had a ban on carrying a firearm ?? Well I carry for work, it's almost hidden under my shirt but I'm not leaving it in my car just to come eat. This place is an absolute joke. Always insanely slow with numerous workers standing around doing nothing while one person tries to serve a line of 10+ people and ring them up. The food is horribly inconsistent.. I've had everything from crunchy brown rice to complete mush. Often times I have to spit out parts of the chicken that obviously should have been discarded. The black beans are never rinsed. They are always this wretched black slop.. grotesque. I've been to many Chipotle's, in many states and this is the worst I have ever come across. I even walked out one time because the server had a fu*cking swastika tattooed on his arm. The mismanagement here is off the charts. I will never return here. read more

I'm writing this review currently fuming over how my wife was treated at chipotle. Before she even ordered, the older lady is screaming out to all in line what they are out of. (News Flash, this location is ALWAYS out of something.) My wife doesn't get much at all in her bowl, so she asked for extra white rice. There seemed to be plenty available, but she told her no. When she asked if she could pay for it, she got visibly frustrated and pretty much moved her down the line, only asking her about upcharges for queso, etc. after that, We asked some of the other workers for her name, but they denied the request. These girls were very sweet and apologized, but the actions and attitude taken by the older lady at the beginning of the line were uncalled for and unacceptable at the question of "May I have extra white rice?" Next stop will be Chipotle Customer Service about this location, I'd advise you to eat somewhere else. read more

We went to newest Chipotle in Kokomo IN. and it was very disappointing. We had great hope that this one would run better than the one at the Kokomo Mall. We arrived and waited for approximately 5-8 minutes before the young man cooking came and waited on us. There was a girl working drive-thru and she finally went and told the manager that there were people waiting in\ line. The manager came out and did help in getting the customers taken care of. I am not sure if they were having shift change or people called off, We did see some employees came, but they disappeared. One employee that had come to eat his dinner, finished his dinner and stepped up to help his co-workers get caught up, kudos to that employee. My husband went to get our drinks and the area where the drinks were, was totally a mess. He thought he got sweet tea and it was not. We most likely will go again to eat there again, but I truly hope that things change , for the price you pay for the meal, they could really step up to plate a lot better. read more

Placed my $50 order online, paid ahead of time, and went to pick it up. Our order was not on the pick-up shelf. Inquired at the counter and was told the order didn't exist. Fortunately I had the confirmation email, but that made no difference. The staff was completely indifferent as I stood at the counter for 15 minutes. They were occupied wiping the counter, chatting with coworkers in the back, doing anything other than serving the customer at the counter. Eventually they took my order. I had to pay a second time. Me and my girlfriend decided to have Chipotle for supper last night around 6:30pm. We both got a steak burrito with rice, black beans, queso and sour cream. Around 9 pm I noticed my stomach was starting to turn. I just figured it was from the amount of food I had eaten. Well, at 2:30am I woke up knowing I was going to vomit. So I rush to the bathroom and proceed to do so.... 13 times. After that I decide to try to lay back down around 3:45am. I woke up every hour on the hour after going back to sleep to get sick. Around the third time waking up I was vomiting and had diarrhea (Yes, at the same time). I've had food poisoning a couple other times in my life but, this was just awful. Moral of this story is to each their own. But, me personally, will never be setting foot back in that chipotle or any other nearby establishment. Especially after reading some of the other customers reviews on yelp. I'm going to be missing work for two days for a overpriced, huge, slimy and overall disgusting burrito. Shame on you Chipotle. Also, please keep your Restaraunt a little bit cleaner. Very unprofessional at the sight of it. read more

Serving portions keep getting smaller and smaller but the price seems to always go up. On top of that, this location is always out of something. Doesn't matter when I go. Employees always look unhappy and unwilling to take care of you. I'm done coming to this place it's cheaper to just make it myself anyway. Tastes better too because I don't skimp! Am tired of not knowing the cost of a kids build your own tacos. Sign says $5.75 for two tacos with chips and small drink. They had no steamed veggies or pico, and wanted to charge almost $9 They want to charge $1.55 per side in addition to the meal. I asked for corn, lettuce, and a combo of sour cream and cheese in @ 2 oz cups. They wanted $4.65 for that. Ridiculous. If I wanted to buy a whole meal, I'd have ordered it. Good luck. read more

Chipotle service is usually good. This one was what I would call trash. We had to order online for our quesadillas because they're easier to eat on the road for a long drive. All while looking at them. This would have been fine if the guy hadn't been so rude. The wife and I have been coming here since 2016, but in the last 6 months the portions have become noticably smaller, they nickel and dime you on rice portions, the "new" staff here are incredibly rude and bad mannered. My dining experience today was awful, which is why I'm posting this review. After asking several times for more food to be added to my veggie bowl, I still wound up with a bowl that was less than half filled. To top it off, every single trash can was full to the point of overflowing despite the fact that the restaurant was only about half full. Several staff members seemed to not have anything to do. One kept asking what she could do, and was told to straighten up aluminum foil wrappers while several customers stood in line waiting to be served by a single staff member. Long lines, waited 20 minutes because they ran out of brown rice at dinner time on a Friday night. Once the rice was "done" they were then out of carnitas. Guess they can't cook them at the same time. That was going to be another 10 minute wait so I settled for chicken. I was then served undercooked, crunchy brown rice. While waiting in line we were offered free drinks which they then tried to charge for. Not a good night to eat there. I ended up picking the chicken out to eat and threw the rest in the trash. I gave Chipotle 4 stars for their service and for the fresh chicken that was added to my burrito bowl. There are many variations to this particular meal but I can't skip the grilled onions and peppers. The restuarant was clean and comfortable. The burrito bowl was filling and very fresh.
