Stopped on a drive last week and Avichayil was very quick to get my order together. I needed a good bowl for my long drive and it was done just right. Love the consistency as it takes off the element of surprise in scheduled trips! read more

Always pleasant and friendly. Clean store! PLEASE make a kid's size bowl available. I know people always talk about the portion size but my kids like different things and a kid size bowl would be great. read more

Food is Absolutely great! Door dashed it at work for the first time about a week ago, loved it! Like it so much when I got home from work I took my wife to one in Indianapolis where we live and that was absolutely terrible. Glad this one is good. Well I hadn't submitted that review for some reason and I went in person recently. Definitely a different experience, apparently chipotle had a ban on carrying a firearm ?? Well I carry for work, it's almost hidden under my shirt but I'm not leaving it in my car just to come eat. Unfortunately if I can't be respected with my basic rights while trying ti have lunch I just won't do business with that establishment anymore. read more

Very very slow . Lots of workers standing around doing nothing. Very dirty too. I do not recommend this store at all.

Management issues. Four people in here and they make one inexperienced girl serve everyone. They did not care the line was out the door. No sense of urgency. They weren't rude though and seemed nice. I had the time to write this while waiting in line. Haven't even had the food get but don't have high hopes. Will update to one star if any issues. read more

This place is an absolute joke. Always insanely slow with numerous workers standing around doing nothing while one person tries to serve a line of 10+ people and ring them up. The food is horribly inconsistent.. I've had everything from crunchy brown rice to complete mush. Often times I have to spit out parts of the chicken that obviously should have been discarded. The black beans are never rinsed. They are always this wretched black slop.. grotesque. I've been to many Chipotle's, in many states and this is the worst I have ever come across. I even walked out one time because the server had a fu*cking swastika tattooed on his arm. The mismanagement here is off the charts. I will never return here. read more

Always with the brown guacamole. Some of the people preparing food don't care about serving others quality so they just skip it together and send it off. I hope the new location in Kokomo has higher standards. Response to comment: I have and the issue doesn't get fixed. Since you're responding maybe you could address it. read more

I'm not sure I understand the low ratings. This place was fantastic. Food was tasty, customer service was great. We look forward to making this place our normal stop when we travel from Kentucky to Michigan read more

I'm writing this review currently fuming over how my wife was treated at chipotle. Before she even ordered, the older lady is screaming out to all in line what they are out of. (News Flash, this location is ALWAYS out of something.) My wife doesn't get much at all in her bowl, so she asked for extra white rice. There seemed to be plenty available, but she told her no. When she asked if she could pay for it, she got visibly frustrated and pretty much moved her down the line, only asking her about upcharges for queso, etc. after that, We asked some of the other workers for her name, but they denied the request. These girls were very sweet and apologized, but the actions and attitude taken by the older lady at the beginning of the line were uncalled for and unacceptable at the question of "May I have extra white rice?" Next stop will be Chipotle Customer Service about this location, I'd advise you to eat somewhere else. read more

We went to newest Chipotle in Kokomo IN. and it was very disappointing. We had great hope that this one would run better than the one at the Kokomo Mall. We arrived and waited for approximately 5-8 minutes before the young man cooking came and waited on us. There was a girl working drive-thru and she finally went and told the manager that there were people waiting in\ line. The manager came out and did help in getting the customers taken care of. I am not sure if they were having shift change or people called off, We did see some employees came, but they disappeared. One employee that had come to eat his dinner, finished his dinner and stepped up to help his co-workers get caught up, kudos to that employee. My husband went to get our drinks and the area where the drinks were, was totally a mess. He thought he got sweet tea and it was not. We most likely will go again to eat there again, but I truly hope that things change , for the price you pay for the meal, they could really step up to plate a lot better. read more

A very long queue and a slow service as soon only one staff was serving the customers. Food was good as usual. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. this place is terrible. I've been told by employees that they only make a certain amout ingredient's per day and once they're out Theyre out. It makes No sense running out of sauce (that they make) at 4pm on a weekday. And this is multiple times a week. read more

Food was fine. Service was bad. Put a mobile order to be picked up at 6. Got there at 5:50 to be safe and lady said someone took it and would take it another 20 mins. Ridiculous. read more

Every time I go to this location, y'all are out of so much stuff!!! Today is only 3:30 and there's no gauc, no carnitas, and she had more!!!!!! Really??? I will just get it in another town! read more

Placed my $50 order online, paid ahead of time, and went to pick it up. Our order was not on the pick-up shelf. Inquired at the counter and was told the order didn't exist. Fortunately I had the confirmation email, but that made no difference. The staff was completely indifferent as I stood at the counter for 15 minutes. They were occupied wiping the counter, chatting with coworkers in the back, doing anything other than serving the customer at the counter. Eventually they took my order. I had to pay a second time. I got home and found this brown guacamole in my order. Unacceptable. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Kokomo, Indiana

Me and my girlfriend decided to have Chipotle for supper last night around 6:30pm. We both got a steak burrito with rice, black beans, queso and sour cream. Around 9 pm I noticed my stomach was starting to turn. I just figured it was from the amount of food I had eaten. Well, at 2:30am I woke up knowing I was going to vomit. So I rush to the bathroom and proceed to do so.... 13 times. After that I decide to try to lay back down around 3:45am. I woke up every hour on the hour after going back to sleep to get sick. Around the third time waking up I was vomiting and had diarrhea (Yes, at the same time). I've had food poisoning a couple other times in my life but, this was just awful. Moral of this story is to each their own. But, me personally, will never be setting foot back in that chipotle or any other nearby establishment. Especially after reading some of the other customers reviews on yelp. I'm going to be missing work for two days for a overpriced, huge, slimy and overall disgusting burrito. Shame on you Chipotle. Also, please keep your Restaraunt a little bit cleaner. Very unprofessional at the sight of it. read more

The staff was very friendly. The pickup was ready early. Very pleased. They were very empty so they had the time. However, it's nice they were prompt anyways. read more

Again, I come to the Kokomo store and they are out of stuff at 5:30! They don't even deserve one star this place needs to just shut down because they can't keep anything in stock over here! I will continue to just go out of town and grab my food this place sucks! read more

Serving portions keep getting smaller and smaller but the price seems to always go up. On top of that, this location is always out of something. Doesn't matter when I go. Employees always look unhappy and unwilling to take care of you. I'm done coming to this place it's cheaper to just make it myself anyway. Tastes better too because I don't skimp! Used to these burritos were so big they could barely roll them. Now on my current burrito, I am primarily eating tortilla shell. Thanks chipotle read more

I really like our Kokomo Chipotle. Its high quality fast food at its best. I dont understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I have always had a good experience there. Other than being a tad on the expensive side, I love the place. read more

Am tired of not knowing the cost of a kids build your own tacos. Sign says $5.75 for two tacos with chips and small drink. They had no steamed veggies or pico, and wanted to charge almost $9 They want to charge $1.55 per side in addition to the meal. I asked for corn, lettuce, and a combo of sour cream and cheese in @ 2 oz cups. They wanted $4.65 for that. Ridiculous. If I wanted to buy a whole meal, I'd have ordered it. Good luck. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS. They are always out of everything and they say they can't keep lettuce cause it molds?! Might as well close this location cause I don't even know what type of chipotle is out of more than half of toppings at all times read more

Chipotle service is usually good. This one was what I would call trash. We had to order online for our quesadillas because they're easier to eat on the road for a long drive. All while looking at them. This would have been fine if the guy hadn't been so rude. And then they mess up the orders and we go back for some guacamole and they want a receipt- which we had- which showed what we paid for. read more

The food is good, but the restaurant is often dirty and they randomly close. 3 out of the past 5 times I've gone at noon they've had a sign on their door saying "temporarily closed". With the state struggling to stay healthy, this location does not seem too concerned with doing their part to help. A mask is on the door that masks are required but staff are not obligated to abide by it. Preparing food with their mask acting as a chin strap. Unfortunate. Food is decent this place is the worst ran restaurant. Every time I go in something is broken, coke machine, ice machine or quesadilla machine. They are also always out of something, fajita veggies, chips, chicken or cheese. They only have like 10 ingredients, why are you always out of something. Dirty and poor service as well. Although the food is decent it's not worth all the other issues. read more

This place is terrible. They don't take online orders. And they randomly are closed in prime lunch hours at times. Go anywhere else.

My to-go order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago, and I'm still standing here waiting while employees are working chaotically, without any clear direction, evidently. An employee asked my name, looked on a table of to-go bags, and just shrugged. But It's the only Chipotle in town. I wish it weren't; I hate rewarding bad behavior. read more

I always enjoy ordering from Chipotle, and I've never had a bad experience! I always get a salad or a bowl, and they are always fresh and delicious. This is one of my go-tos! read more

The wife and I have been coming here since 2016, but in the last 6 months the portions have become noticably smaller, they nickel and dime you on rice portions, the "new" staff here are incredibly rude and bad mannered. The trash is overflowing the tables are never wiped down. We picked up a takeout order today and it was the world's skimpiest burrito. This location has lost our business, we will not be returning until major staff turnarounds are implemented. read more

The food is always great. The staff? Not so much. They're very inconsistent with restaurant cleanliness as well as portion size. Sometimes they do a great job. My dining experience today was awful, which is why I'm posting this review. After asking several times for more food to be added to my veggie bowl, I still wound up with a bowl that was less than half filled. To top it off, every single trash can was full to the point of overflowing despite the fact that the restaurant was only about half full. Several staff members seemed to not have anything to do. One kept asking what she could do, and was told to straighten up aluminum foil wrappers while several customers stood in line waiting to be served by a single staff member. While dining, I noticed 2 or 3 staff members roughhousing in the kitchen. Overall, I was very disappointed by their service today. read more

do not order online. you will get half the food you would get when ordering inside. their chips are soft and mushy. i also tried to talk to a worker and i got a glare. they also never have veggies. if you order not very many ingredients in a bowl you will get the smallest portion for way to much cost. shitty store. read more

Long lines, waited 20 minutes because they ran out of brown rice at dinner time on a Friday night. Once the rice was "done" they were then out of carnitas. Guess they can't cook them at the same time. That was going to be another 10 minute wait so I settled for chicken. I was then served undercooked, crunchy brown rice. While waiting in line we were offered free drinks which they then tried to charge for. Not a good night to eat there. I ended up picking the chicken out to eat and threw the rest in the trash. Won't be high on the list to return too! read more

Best burrito I've ever had my life tentative 10 would recommend 19 burritos out of 15 hotdogs

I gave Chipotle 4 stars for their service and for the fresh chicken that was added to my burrito bowl. There are many variations to this particular meal but I can't skip the grilled onions and peppers. The restuarant was clean and comfortable. The burrito bowl was filling and very fresh. Will be back soon to try a different combination. read more

Slow service and the food was sub par. Been to a ton of chipotles and this one lacked the flavor and the food was barely hot. The burrito we got was a lot of rice (which was under cooked) and then they were chincy on everything else. Bummed:( I usually love Chipotle! read more

Great Chipotle location! Fresh, always fast and clean. Nice staff, too.

Great service. The guy came out and specifically asked if I was doing alright. Service went above and beyond.
