I'm always happy when it is Walleye season at Culver's. For a few short weeks (maybe 6 weeks) in February and early March Culver's has their famous walleye on the menu. I heard that today was the first day of walleye so I made a plan to visit a Culver's location for dinner. I happened to be traveling past Kokomo for work so this was a convenient stop. I ordered my walleye sandwich and a couple of sides on the app for curdside pickup. My order was ready on time and a friendly employee brought it out as soon as I checked "l'm Here" on the app. My food was excellent. Walleye is my favorite fish snd Culver's has the best, although for a limited time each year. read more

The Culver's in Kokomo, IN is a very reliable and welcoming restaurant. The restaurant is normally clean and relaxed. The service is great and quick. The food is superb. Especially the onion rings and cheese curds. The sourdough melt is my go to burger and it simply can't be beat. The frozen custard is also excellent. I have visited Culver's locations all over the Country and they are outstanding, but Kokomo, IN actually exceeds their usual standards. read more

Bought 2 banana splits for $18.00! This includes a senior discount! Yikes!! We got them and they were all soupy and melted! You could have just put them in a cup and drank it! My husband commented to a worker and she said they melted from the hot caramel and chocolate sauce they put on them. Never again will we bought this product! The experience I had at this Culver's was not initially as good as the four stars I gave but their actions to improve the situation helped move them up to a four. I came here to get two fish sandwiches on my way to Indianapolis. After paying for my order and waiting 30 minutes, I was approached by an employee asking what my order was. I showed him my order number and he said they didn't have an order for that number. He went back to check and brought a different ticket with the wrong items on it. I explained if they had not put the fish on I couldn't wait any longer. He took my name and I left. After returning from Indianapolis, I stopped in Culver's with intent of getting my money back because as I thought about it $15 was a little too expensive for this order. I was greeted by the register girl and they knew immediately who I was. They apologized several times for the mix up and very quickly got me two fish sandwiches. The cooks, assistant manager, table server, and register girl all apologized and did all they could to get me my order. They gave me two free meal tickets to use as a return customer. I was really impressed with their customer service and the follow-up. Also, I have to say the fish sandwiches were pretty good as well. Things aren't always going to be perfect every time but how you correct the issues can very well be how you not just survive but thrive in these trying times. read more

The floors were dirty in this Culver's! Over never seen a dirty floor in one before. The fish I ordered was so greasy, there was oil trapped under the batter. The green beans are frozen beans, I cant stand the rubbery texture of frozen green beans. The roll was tough and dry! The French fries were not very crisp. Overall, I was very disappointed in this location since Culver's is one of my all time favorite fast food places! read more

So yesterday I was shorted a bag of cheese curds and totally overreact. I wrote a scathing review. Now 24 hours later I realize I was being an I'll tempered hot head. A bag cheese curds isn't going to break me. The manager of Culvers kokomo branch contacted me directly. Dave was polite and professional and dealt with it swiftly. Exactly what a business wants from their managers. Kudos to Dave for keeping a cool head and getting on top of the situation. read more

Sometimes as a business you have to know when to shut it down. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The burger was cold and the smoothly was melted. Bunk on the Covid excuse. Get your act together or shut it down. Don't know the internal workings but people were standing around. Won't stop there again. read more

It's pretty sad. I usually come to Culver's quite often with no problem. Unfortunately that was not the case this trip. After waiting at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes, I pulled to the window for service. I was met with attitude and disrespect by the woman at the window, who was short and rude to me for pulling around with no word on why I hadn't been served despite there being several cars behind me as well. Great food and service. Their special events are really fun - especially the Princess & Superhero nights where the kids get to dress up in costume to get a discounted kid's meal. My favorites are the fried chicken dinner, any of the butterburgers, the cheese curds, and obviously the frozen custard.
