Been a long time since I have been to a White Castle. So glad I came back. Service was a little on the slower side. Facility could have been a little cleaner. Food was good. Eat here every day or a few times a week driving by if it's on the way. Burgers and the chicken really starts to taste funny. Place is fairly cheap or at least it was the last time I been here. The chicken defiantly taste funny. Burgers are ok I guess they get a little funny over time as well. Cheap though right? feel like you're getting a bunch ? ha ha. Yeah I don't feel that way however. The quality is kind of hit prices are good, it's quick. It's something to run through the old colon chute right? Could be better! Fries are pretty good though! They seem to always be on point! The chicken though! weird stuff Man weird stuff! taste chemically or something. The burgers also get that weird taste after you choke 5 or 6 down. I ate here this past Monday and the place could use some help. There was no salt and pepper on the tables. The fries were not salted and the soda machine didn't work. The tables had not been wiped off in some time, but the burgers were good. It's an okay place for a cheap meal, but get takeout because the place is not overly clean. read more

Cashier made an order way more complicated than it needed to be by constantly interrupting halfway through the order. She kept interrupting answers to ask the same questions. Eventually she got frustrated and just started shouting. I feel kind of bad because she might have been having a panic attack, but ultimately not appropriate, and not over such an easy order. read more

This place is a disaster. The employees are fighting with Each other. One has stormed out, and then comes back in and leaves. It was a 15 min wait for the food. They were polite to the customers but are having some real conflict between themselves. read more

My first trip to a White Castle...I stopped here during my trip to eat at the notorious White Castle. I have had the sliders previously from the Grocery store (frozen). Kid in the front didn't put gloves on until he realized I was watching. His underwear was hanging out and he pulled his pants up by putting his fingers in his pants (touching his nasty underwear) then touched the food. Totally made me lose my appetite. Coming home from baseball tournament we were hungry and it was 8:30pm. Good early evening slider fix but the best thing about stopping there was the very pleasant girl in the drive-thru. Nice to see a kind, genuine greeting and the same as we received our food. We also tried the crispy chicken and cheese and they hit the spot as well. Good quick fix food. read more

So I was disappointed today when we placed our order for just a number 1 and to substitute the fries with onion chips and the cashier kept interrupting and cutting my husband off and he got charged 12 bucks for the order that shouldn't have had fries rant over! read more

The burgers were warm good. The fries a different story, the first time I have ever had cold half soggy half hard fries from White Castle. Usually their fries are fresh piping hot and so good. I hope this was just a one time thing for White Castle and they are not falling to McDonald'S recent standards on cold fries. read more

Was resently here for a friends birthday who loves White Castle. Price is reasonable, seating is very limited, the wait for your food is too long for fast food. One cool thing this location does is take reservations for Valentines day with a waiters that serve you. Makes for a fun spin on this romantic day. read more

Went here on my lunch. Paid for my food and didn't receive a receipt. After waiting for almost 15 minutes in the drive thru I finally got my order. Burgers were wrong. How hard is it to put extra pickle on a burger? I asked for cheese sticks instead of fries. Apparently the workers were hungry. Not sure if they ate my 3rd cheese stick or just what. When I called in to talk to management, all I received were excuses about how it was in the middle of shift change. Apparently the worker making my cheese sticks ended her shift before she was finished with my order. Maybe I should have called ahead to find out when it's good for me to come. read more
