I can't believe this, anytime I come here something's wrong, this time I ordered a cheese quesadilla nothing on it, but instead I got a burnt quesadilla with chicken?! Last time I ordered, same meal and all, but instead there was not cheese. The worker claimed to have misread the order, but how do you mess up an order so simple. I gave this location, a one star back about a year or two ago. The place was really falling apart. The staff was horrendous and they were always missing supplies. I am happy to say that I've been here a few times recently and they have a whole new crew that's amazing. Friendly outgoing, chipper bright eyed. They're not missing 1000 items if you walk in after 7 PM. Completely impressed with the turnaround of this place. I heard a new owner took it over. I'm not 100% sure about that but something definitely happened and they were able to get a great staff on board. I recommend this particular Chipotle again. read more

Usually pretty good, however they can be pretty inconsistent, this time the guac was frozen into ice, and my chicken quesadilla had no chicken on it. I counted a total 7 chips in the large chip bag. And it said pickup at 5:50, but came out at 6:10. read more

It's a rob shop. First time ever got a chicken burrito with no chicken. My wife brought it to me. I kept showing her that there was any chicken anywhere! $9 for rice and lettuce. Stay away---order from a surrounding town. Worst restaurant in Hudson. I have NEVER ordered from this location where they have not forgotten something in the order. Usually multiple things. A topping, side---you name it, they forget it. PLUS--no way to contact them. I can see why--they would have to hire someone just to answer a phone to field items they forgot. This is probably the worst chipotle experience we've ever had. First of all while leaving with our takeout the sun was shining in and showed that the floor was absolutely disgusting and dirty. It made me question whether we should even eat our food as I wonder what the kitchen might be like. Decided to hope for the best but then the brown rice was not even cooked all the way, it was hard and crunchy. Several chicken pieces had hard cartilage and grizzle. Lastly, the two bags of chips we bought were so stale we couldn't eat them. Just terrible. Will never go there again. read more

The food is delicious and always a source of comfort! The staff is friendly, quick, and the environment is sanitary. The portions are large, and ordering online is easy and fast. Alright let's get into the nitty gritty. First off I got chicken and I might of got two pieces of chicken that's being generous. I then make my way to the salsa section and there was lettuce in the sour cream so that scratches off my sour cream preference. I then go to order my guacamole (my favorite food). And let me tell you I was so let down that I only got chucks of avocado. Let's put this into perspective now, it was two hamburger buns of avocado. If I had known I was getting straight avocado I would go to the store and buy some dam avocado. The icing cake is one of the pieces of avocado was all hairy. Bonus section My friend Luke (anonymous) ordered steak and got chicken put paid for double steak. My friend Beckham lost his mind because he didn't know what the hell the guy was saying. Wow. So the first burrito I ordered (for my boyfriend) was a little messed up, but I dealt with it agreed to pay for it. The second one (mine) had too much liquid and they started putting toppings on it that I did not ask for / I can't consume excessively spicy food bc of digestive issues. They acted very put out & started to re-do the second one while giving me an evil eye, talking loudly about me in front of customers, and slapped it together with *half* the portions they are required to out of spite. I refused to pay for that one too, then the person on the food line started complaing loudly about *me* to the manager in front of a line full of customers. Honestly this place need to figure it out and fast. It's always a crap shoot when you go in there. Last night we ordered 5 Togo meals. For starters the quesadilla we ordered had no meat in it although we ordered it with steak (see picture). The second order was barbacoa and the decided to just put a lump in there that wasn't even cut up or tossed in the sauce. Super dry! (see picture). It was gross. Lastly, the hot sauce tasted like it was made with ghost pepper. So hot it was unbearable and we couldn't even finish the bowl it was so hot. They forgot sauces on the side and frankly it's just a shitshow. So frustrating that the quality is consistently so poor. I hope the figure it out. read more

I ordered a carnitas bowl online... the rice was crunchy and nearly no meat. Awful. I tried to use a free guacamole reward when I ordered but I got an error message (The second time this has happened.). There was an option to scan at the store but the manager there said I had to use the reward when I ordered... so no guacamole again. Why not just give me the 30 cents worth of guacamole and keep a customer happy? Avoid this store at all costs. read more

This is the worst freaking Chipotle on the planet. Short us chips frequently, get the order wrong often. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes past the pickup time, every time. I'm sitting soaking wet in my wet truck because they got 2/5 orders wrong, and when I called , they said "just come back and go through the line". All around HORRIBLE experience between staff and the food they prepared. Will NEVER be back to this Chipotle.

First, the place was filthy! We went at 8:45 so not exactly crunch time. There was food all over the floor, the food bar was disgustingly messy, and trash cans were overflowing. Second, there was ONE person manning the line and the FOOD? Crunchy rice, hard as rock chicken, practically all pans empty, and NO LETTUCE!!!! I ordered a salad and was informed of this at the very end (where empty lettuce pan sat) right before paying!!! Perhaps have a sign at the front of the line informing customers of items you're out of so customers can leave and go somewhere else??! Third, I ordered some sides and there was so much commotion paying that I did not notice they did not put said sides in my bag until I got home. Lastly, my salad bowl, sans lettuce, had rice, black beans, chicken, and sour cream. That's it. After putting what lettuce I had left at home on my dinner and no sides to add, my mouth was on fire after two bites! Clearly there was "double dipping" with dirty serving utensils. I had to throw it out as I'm highly sensitive to spicy food. Do NOT go to this location. I live in Hudson but usually go to the Streetsboro location because it is always cleaner and far better staffed! The manager should be ashamed. read more

I don't know if the person taking my order was new or just a dumb teenager, but he was horrible. Messed up multiple times and barely gave me any toppings. I had to keep asking for more. He also gave me the tiniest bit of guac. If I'm paying extra for guac, you better give me my moneys worth. He got sour cream all over the side of my bowl and my side. This chipotle is also ALWAYS out of ingredients. When I went last time, they were out of corn, guac, and fajita. Today they were out of fajita. The carne asade was also so burnt it looked crunchy.
