Do not order the chilli at this location. I typically love wendy's chilli, but when I ordered from this location the beans were so hard they hurt my teeth, and it was practically just the uncooked beans sitting in water. Gross. The service was fast though. read more

Went through the drive thru. There was a car in front of us that took a strangely long time. We put down our window to listen and I think the workers simply weren't talking. When we got up to the window it seemed like there were only 2 workers. They seemed like nice guys. However, both of our fries were cold and old. We don't live near there so it wasn't worth saying anything. But, for a store that's always talking about their hot fries- it was surprising how cold they were. read more

Liberal punks have taken over. They don't want to work. 3 of them inside on a Sunday at 4pm. They would only take one order in drive thru at a time and wouldn't take the next one till they handed food out the window. I ordered a Dave double w/cheese no bun. I waited for it. Got it home...NO CHEESE!! Like they had one order they were taking care of! No one inside, no one behind me!! But I saw them all standing around talking doing nothing girl at window had attitude as well. Never going there again....what do they call it now with these lazy workers, quiet quitting ??? Wendy's - a hamburger with onions and tomatoes - Burgers Near Me - Stow, Ohio

The food is never fresh there like ever they never give you a receipt to Call anymore there either To let them know how poor of a quality the food is there they shouldn't serve two hour old nuggets they should be fresh long story short this is a horrible branch of the Wendy's franchise and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not my friends or family I've had enough of poor quality and quantity enough for me to write a review shut it down please. read more

Stopped by while on the way home from a road trip was amazed. Service was great, friendly staff (especially the young men in the drive through), and most importantly the food was fresh and tasty. read more

It's impossible to vote lower than one star however they deserve negative 300,000 stars for their absolutely atrocious behavior and incompetence at this "establishment". I hope when you come to this place you don't expect to get anything you wanted, matter of fact I hope you don't like eating, as the food looks like came straight out of the nether in minecraft. Don't go to this place if you want to keep your soul, they will take it from you and leave you with nothing left but shame and disappointment. This is however the perfect place to take your significant other if when you ask them what they want to eat, they say "anything", because I can assure you, you may even find fried boot in your bag. I recommend wendy's takes their name off of this building, as this is entirely something different, I have no idea what it is, the food and service actually caused me to go blind. Thanks. read more

Not only was the wait time so long with only one person in front of us, I felt gross eating the food after what I witnessed. The man who took our order had very long nails and then handled food without gloves on (filled up nugget and fry containers). I watched him scratch his head multiple times and then hold the inside of the nugget cups while filling them. I was completely grossed out. Anyone who is handling food should have gloves on, period! read more

ok really they either spit on my fries after i had to go back for them to begin with or they added something extra and the chicken is litterally nauseating just to look at, i mean come on im omw to work and starving decide to stop and now I am actually sick. I think the health department should be encoraged to take a look at them and lucky me out the money and feel like crap yea thanks sooo much wendys it ganna be a great day working read more

I ordered a 2 jr bacon cheese burgers minus tomato and I received no bacon, a ton of mayo, a crusty rib of lettuce and stale buns. Poor quality at graham road Wendy's. read more

These people are saints. My mother has dementia and is a VERY picky eater. She LOVES Wendy's. Every time I come here they get her order right. Literally it's right EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am so impressed that I had to leave a review. read more

There was nobody in back of us but wouldn't let us order 3 meals for our family of 3! Hello Arby's!

Yesterday I had a very late evening and against my better judgement stopped here to get a cheeseburger rather than cook at home at 9PM. The burger came browned on outside, raw on the inside. Empoyee workers could care less when I went back inside after biting into the thing and thinking "yech." Employees handed to manager and showed no interest whatsoever at this. Manager didn't know quite what to do .. offered to make me another - I told him I had no appetite for a burger now, please just give me a refund. The excuse I got was that the timer on the burger grill doesn't always work right, and sometimes opens the grill early. . You'd think they would be a little more concerned about serving uncooked meat. The staff are clueless and careless millenials. This experience has turned me off of fast food - and certainly Wendy's read more

You know when it's real... crappy. This Wendy's is consistently slow and has subpar food quality compared to others. There are several other fast food restaurants in the area that are more worth your money. read more

Dishonest management. When ordering a combo meal you're given the option of medium or large. When I asked if they still have small, the person taking my order said yes but they could lose their job for mentioning it as an option. Deceiving your customers and threatening to fire your employees for being honest is no way to run a business. read more

Arguably the worst Wendy's location in Ohio. Arrived at 8:45p when they don't close until midnight and was greeted with nothing but unfriendliness. My order was a couple 4 for 4's and one was missing an entire fry and nugget from the bag. That is literally half the meal. I got no sauces included in my order. I almost left without a drink but luckily I caught that I was missing one. And one of my bacon cheeseburgers had no bacon. I just don't know how this Wendy's keeps consistently missing the mark so bad. read more

Wish i could put 2 ratings for different times of day. If you plan to come here anytime other than during lunch rush I would advise against it. During lunch your burgers and fries will be fresh and hot. Come at 7 pm and it's gonna be old and cold. read more

I decided to pick up dinner for my family the other night. My husband is particular about his food. As I was telling the lady through the drive thru what he likes on his sandwich, she cut me off. How rude of her and how hard is it to listen to a customer. Unfortunately, she got his order wrong and it happens a lot at this location. This doesn't happen at any of the other Wendy's but here. This tells me the employees don't care and can't follow directions. I was so disappointed when I got home and saw that his meal was wrong. I hate to write a bad review but this has happened too often at this location. Most likely, we will be bypassing this location from now on. read more

Got a supposedly fresh daily apple pecan chicken salad. Lettuce was brown, apples were mush. Just ended up throwing it in the trash. I've had a similar experience at this Wendy's before. Apprently I did not learn my lesson. Luckily not all Wendy's are like this because I love Wendy's. Avoid this one. read more

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Not only are the employees rude beyond all belief, they clearly have NO IDEA how to operate a food establishment. The food is often times cold. They don't cook made to order. And, they don't even ensure they give you the correct order. I'll never return to this restaurant again. read more

You need to avoid this Wendy's at all cost! We waited in line for 20 minutes inside to place our order and there was only one person in front of us. There were only 4 people working on a Friday Night at Dinner time & all 4 could not find their way out of a paper bag. When we did receive our food there was a LIVE FLY stuck to the tomato on my burger. I went to the counter & the employee told me she didn't know how to make me a new sandwich. Are you kidding me it was a Single w/lettuce & tomato I had to tell her how to make it. I did file a complaint with Corporate. read more

In the past, I came to this Wendy's a couple times a week after the gym for a salad. Usually something was missing from the salad or the lettuce was on the verge of turning brown but I put that all aside because this place was close by and the elderly cashier was very polite. That all changes when a month ago, an employee was screaming the "F" word in the kitchen amongst other things. honestly I think it was the assistant manager bc she was in the kitchen too and did nothing about it. The entire place needs new leadership starting with the GM. read more

I have been there a few times, considering its around the corner from my mother in laws house. Due to it being the closest to my house, I do go there. I have only gone in the afternoon hours, and during that time i have had bad encounters. I had a previous friend of mine work there.. he described it as "nasty". Every time I go, I am always faced with an attitude from the one manager. She seems to always be in a bad mood, and really dislike her job. I get dealing with customers, but did you not sign up for that when you applied? The last time I went there, we requested that the food be cooked fresh, because I knew their food was old due to past experiences. I was told it would be an 10 minute wait, I said that was okay with me. Her whole demeaner was very rude, and not very "customer service" like. There have been times where I asked for fresh food before, and I recieved fries that tasted like they were just dipped back into the fryers. Very unpleased with establishment. read more

Pull up to the drive-through and ask for a second. No response, no big deal some people just don't have manners. Pull up to the drive-through window and I'm handed a cup of red fruit punch that has more on the outside of the cup than it does on the inside. That is just what I want red fruit punch all over the tan interior of my car. Asked the girl to wipe the cup off, you would've thought I asked her to shoot her dog. Get my items MINUS 2 things that I paid for. This is the worst Wendy's ever. I would not return. read more

Bacon pretzel burger fiasco! Ok they have on the menu one price for just the burger And one price for the combo Clearly stated! Ok so I order the combo yes it was cheaper then just the burger ! But a advertised price nonetheless ! Was argued with over the clearly advertised price ! Now me being a customer and clearly seeing a advertised price on a menu I should have not been argued with! But I was it is not my fault you can not advertise correctly ! Rather then argue you could have gave me the advertised price! Then changed your sign to make it read correctly! Well I did not but the stupid burger And won't return ! Simply because of advertising mistakes that this manager personally made! And the poor service and argumentative nature I was exposed too! I will never pay more then advertised price anywhere ! For anything! And neither should you! Any business would have honored the price and fixed the price without argument simple business ethics! read more

This location has gotten better as the staff has changed. I went to this location the other day and was impressed. The red head who took my order was polite and very pleasant. He took my order in a timely manor and got it correct. I ordered the number 6: Spicy Chicken as a medium combo. My food was hot and definitely fresh. I think as time goes on this restaurant will continue to improve. read more

Once again, rude service (and by a manager) from this Wendy's. I go there 1-2 times a week at my lunch break. Today, as last week, a bees nest was swarming between the payment and checkout windows. Today I told this manager that I couldn't come back until it was gone as I have a bee allergy. She sarcastically said that I could come inside (really?) and that they had just noticed it today. That was an outright lie and the man last week had told me someone was coming to take care of it. Do they want my business? A lawsuit? read more

Not worth the money! I just went through the drive through and ordered Wendy's seasonal Summer Berry Chicken salad that looks wonderful in the advertisements. After paying, I was given a salad that had ketchup all over the container. When I asked to have it cleaned, I was offered a new one and the female employee was very nice about it. However, what I found when I opened the container to eat it back at my office was NOT what I expected from the advertisements, half the items were not even on the salad. What I received was a bowl of lettuce, two blackberries and one sliced strawberry...no feta cheese or apple chips. Clearly, their qualify control is lacking. I heard one employee state that he noticed the ketchup on the salad and didn't know what happened. Why was a customer given a salad with ketchup all over it when an employee had already noticed it and why did no one notice the salad was not complete? When I tried to call the restaurant two separate times about the salad, the phone rang continuously with no answer. I was attempting to contact the restaurant directly so they could fix this issue for others but since I cannot reach them, decided to post a review instead. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had at this Wendy's within the past 6 months and don't intend to return for a 3rd. Like another reviewer stated, there are many other better options in the area, read more
