4/8/25 I pulled through the drive thru. I was pummeled with what can I get you 3 times before I could even talk. Was so thrown off I couldn't even remember what I wanted past the free sandwich I was redeeming on top of my order. I said and that's all, the woman sat there for a good minute or two, and then rudely asked if that was everything. I'm like yes, I said yes. This job must require some kind of social skills certification or something because this new generation of young workers have no communication skills at all. Ordered two egg McMuffins without sausage. Sandwiches arrived without visible sausage around the edges. After a couple bites bid into a piece of sausage. It is clear they just tried to removed the sausage off the sandwich after it had been on there. Not faith/vegetarian friendly. Shame on you. read more

I usually go here bc it is close to work. It's McDonalds, so I have pretty low expectations. I went to grab breakfast and there is no line. I order a steak egg and cheese bagel. What I got was a bagel with egg cheese and almost no steak. Enough to cover MAYBE a quarter of the bagel. If I needed a reason to stop eating McDonald's, this is it. This is possibly the worse McDonald's in the whole franchise. Recently I ordered a double cheeseburger that was so awful I think it was made the day before. The fries were ice cold and you could tell they had been sitting in the warming tray cause they were hard as a rock. This place is a mile and a half from my house but I will drive to any other location because I know it will be better than this one. It is just awful!! read more

Although clean and neat with a friendly staff, they are not very bright nor helpful. They get my order wrong about 75% of the time, so order only a few things at best if you come here and double check everything before you leave. 1 meal seems to be about their limit in correctness. One time, I ordered 2 kids meals, both chicken nuggets with apple dippers and milk, and 2 adult meals, which were both Big Mac meals. They forgot to give me the milk for both kids meals and forgot to give me 1 of the fries for the adult meals. REALLY?!?!?! How difficult was this order? The manager tried to fix it by offering 2 free kids meals for the future visit, but this is so out of my way that I never took advantage of it. I only go here once in a blue moon, when I'm on a special errand to Hudson. C'mon. Better service can't be hard! I just got a Big Mac at the drive through - both Patties and dressings between the top and middle bun and nothing between the middle bun and the bottom bun! Nothing! If they can't execute the Big Mac correctly there is no hope they're going to anything right. Patties also we're over cooked and probably cooked long ago. So sad. read more

Our McDonald's in Hudson is really cute and clean! Totally different looking than any other McDonald's! It looks like a house per Hudson's requirements. Usually have no issues here and order is usually correct. Friendly staff. Hardly eat here, but had a meal to go this weekend and it was tasty! Drive to the excellently run, by comparison, McDonald's at the Stow Hudson border. Here it is Father's Day and we were between mission critical errands for my sick mom and it had been almost 10 hours since breakfast... what to do? I use to go here as a little girl and it use to be the worst McDonalds establishment I knew of. Always getting orders wrong and not very good customer service either. Now I found if you are going to go to a McDonalds, this is the best one out of them all! So very clean especially after the Ebola scare! Employees wash there hands every half hour and on the hour! A mcdonalds with prices juat like the others. However, the hudson version is much nicer than most with a fireplace, some leather chairs, and a housy look from the outside. This mcd's goes above and beyond the others. 5 Stars since it's the best looking fast food place I've ever been too. We live nearby and have stopped by this McDonalds for food many times. It's always been very clean and nice, inside and out. The staff is pleasant and helpful. They've always gotten our order correct, even special orders. I really have no complaints about this McDonalds. I think it's a pretty nice McD's. What else can I say? I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget for lunch today at this McDonald's. They gave me my drink and told me to wait. I waited for roughly 5 minutes. I was with a few friends so as soon as we got our food and we left. As I sat down to eat my lunch I open up the bag and see they only gave me 10 nuggets. They charged me for 20 pieces of chicken and only gave me 10. Very upset. read more
