Food: I don't know which ingredient now has a different spice flavoring but I've noticed the last few months something hasn't definitely changed in the recipe because the taste isn't the same great taste it used to be. I thought it was the vegetables but I didn't have that so now I'm wondering if it's the chicken - perhaps they're putting way too much on it when cooking it. It's not a great taste anymore. Service: customer service used to be a high priority for Chipotle, but something has changed drastically in this area as well. It's like the greedier the CEO has gotten, the changeover of workers has increased and for those now working shorter term, they don't seem to care about being friendly. Nothing says eat here and enjoy it like a frowning or apathetic line worker only to have all three like this in a row. I know it's just a job, but where along the way did employees lose out in the idea a job worth doing is worth doing well, and if you're in a customer service role, do it well. Ambiance: the music was so loud my Apple Watch kept going off due to the "loud environment". I've been in nightclubs that weren't as loud. It was so loud I couldn't carry on a conversation because the word on couldn't hear what I was saying. When this one first opened we used to have a large group meet here once a week for dinner but now no one wants to meet here because it's just not the quality or environment it used to be. It's a shame too because there aren't any other Chipotles nearby as an alternative, but it will be the last time I eat at this one for a while. Hopefully over time it will improve. read more

After some complaints a guy made some rice. Still no beans or lettuce. I asked the manager what they were going to serve tomorrow and she shrugged and said I'm wondering the same thing and laughed. Second time I've gone to this location, and I will never go again! They literally scam you with the amount of protein you get. I always ask for double Barbacoa. And in every location I go to I get that exact amount. These people if you ask for double they give you the regular amount. You get 2 ounces instead of 4 ounces Each serving. Freaking criminal. Pisses me off so bad because they're freaking expensive and then they want to give you shit. My coworkers were thinking about coming with me, but I'm going to tell my company and all my friends and never go to this location. All the other reviews for this place are saying the exact same thing. Horrible! The staff was really rude about it when I asked them about it too. There are three other locations that I always go to that serve me the correct portion and are always nice and friendly. Oh, and a woman who had checked out in front of me ,stopped me when we got outside and told me that they always do this to her so she started asking them to put the meat that they serve in a cup on the side so you get 2 cups of meat and that way it ensure it's 4 ounces each because if not they give you 2 ounces. So, I was there on 1/26/15 to claim my prize as they introduced this new "meat alternative" Sofritas to the public. The powerful flavor of Sofritas is indescribable for me. I'm not a vegetarian. This place without fail, always gets my husband and I's orders correct. Although this may seem like not such a big deal to some, it is to us. We order through door dash a lot and believe me when I tell you that almost every restaurant messes my order up when ordering through that, but this chipotle never gets it wrong and for that - they deserve five stars in my book. Manager must be stingy AF because the last two times I've asked for chicken they give you a measly 2 ounces lucky this place is in a prime location or else they'd get no business being that stingy. Bowls are half full of some kind of liquid that spills out and orders end up on the floor before you get out the door. The employees stand around gossiping loudly and ignoring customers. Prices have jumped so much that if you are expecting the free tortilla with your Burrito Bowl to share with your 4 legged friends you can pay for it now and its a ball of grease. This is yet another fast food location I went to when my old office was in NW Houston off of 290. This is a typical Chipotle even though it is in a less than stellar location since the area is going through a huge transformation since there is so much work being done on 290. This restaurant gets pretty busy since there are a few offices nearby and chipotle is a nice lunch options that is popular. I usually have to wait in the line but it is worth the wait. I am always surprised that I am able to find a seat at the chipotle with how busy it is but a seat always opens up. I recommend this place as a great lunch option. read more

This is your typical Chipotle chain. I got threw the line fairly quickly. The food was good as always. I always get the burrito bowl, it never fails. I'm diggin' the new brown rice Chipotle serves. It makes me feel like I'm eating "healthier." Haha. I like to mix it with the white rice sometimes. Even though I've driven by this location hundreds of times, I only recently went in there for the first time simply because it is difficult to get there from Hwy 290. No matter which direction you're going on the freeway, you have to turn around to get to the restaurant and turn around to leave. It's ridiculous! So, my visit here must have meant that I was pretty desperate for Chipotle that day and had extra time on my hands to do some extra driving that day. read more
