This chipotle is located on the Clackamas Town Center exterior 2nd level. It gets very high traffic, and it's never slow. Oh, the dining room has a nice view of I-205, Clackamas Promenade and part of Clackamas Town Center. It seems like the tables don't always get clean here, because people stand up and leave and others immediately sit down. Today the garbage cans were overflowing in the dining room. As I sat eating, someone came out after about 15 minutes and started cleaning tables and then take care of the garbage cans about It 30 minutes later. Service is very fast because there's always a line but I will say the girl run in the cash register was not very friendly. You could tell she was stressed out to the max. I ordered a chicken bowl and they were out of fajita vegetables and I had to ask for additional items because they always put the minimum. You have to be able to speak up and ask for more of something because they're just not going to give you a decent proportion if you don't. The restaurant was super busy and it looked as if no one bothered to clean it as patrons came and left. The food left me going to the bathroom several times after eating it. The customer service here was absolute trash I had ordered ahead of time arrived at the time they said it would be done I told them I was there, they then said 10 more minutes which was fine. I waited then 10 minutes pass so I go up to the counter they had it sitting there did not say anything, shout out or give an alert on the app that it was done. I then had to wait for the boy behind the counter to stop talking to someone in the kitchen just to grab my order. I'm a long time customer of chipotle because I think it's most times good and relatively quick, but this locating I will not be coming back to. Went Wednesday night and they had absolutely no food! Wanted crunchy tacos and had none, wanted a certain meat they didn't have it. Almost everything was out and it was only 7 pm. Absolutely ridiculous that they didn't have enough food to get through the night. The place was even extremely dirty. I don't understand why they didn't have food and it was so dirty, especially with people standing around doing nothing. There wasn't even a line when I got there. I walked right in. As far as Chipotles go, I definitely found this one to be one of the better locations. It's definitely newer and still clean, while the dining area didn't have messy tables like I find at many locations across the country. Employees are friendly and efficient and the food tastes the way it's supposed to. My only knock is that I felt portions were a little too by the book, especially when guacamole was being distributed on my two tacos. I feel like when I order tacos, I should get a generous amount of guacamole since I'm paying the standard price I would for 3 tacos or any other full item. Interesting concept they have going on! We'll take your $$, but don't want to interact with you or look at you, just pick up your bag with your name on it. You cannot order in the restaurant, everything needs to be ordered online or through the app. Can't order a cup of salsa or sour cream. You can order 1 taco or 3 at a time. Or place separate orders to get two tacos. Front door is locked, no sign to say go around to the side door. Very strange. All portion sizes much smaller. Tonight I ordered my foods through their website. It said it will be prepared by 08:40 pm, but when I arrived there, somehow mine was missing or hadn't made it yet. Anyway, I talked with one of employees and the employee started to make my food after I arrived there. I briefly talked to the employee what was my ordered and my name. Since they found my name and knew what I want, I believed there was no way to give me incorrect order. Moreover, the place was no busy at all at that time. Since I was hurry to go back home, as soon as they made mine, I just got a bag from them and came back home right away. When I sit and opened mine at home, I was soooo frustrated cuz there was NO MEAT. I ordered a burrito and a bowl for my husband and me. My husband's burrito had a meat and looked correct but mine didn't have a meat at all. I got incorrect orders before from this place but that was usually busy time so I tried to understand them. I eat at Chipotle at least once a week and have loved what I have been served. I was in town for the weekend and I went to this location twice. First time there was a huge line with one person doing all the dishing up. She was killing it and was almost done with the person in front of me when a different girls walks up to make mine. I go by weight and this was half of what I usually get. I mentioned something and got nasty attitude back. Went back Sunday hoping for a better experience. This store has gone down in regards to quality and portion size. I recently ordered a burrito bowl to go and came home to barely half the bowl filled with food. Absolutely ridiculous. The weight of the bowl was less than 8oz INCLUDING the bowl itself. I weighed out the steak and they gave me 2oz instead of the 4oz. If you plan on ordering to go, highly recommend going inside the store to order instead of ordering on the phone app. Or at least open up the bowl upon pick up. Oh my gosh. It's been years since I rated a place, and I love leaving good reviews -but alas, I am here to write a review on my wasted time at Chipotle in Happy Valley. I randomly chose to go there tonight when it would have taken me the exact same time to head to Clackamas Town Center -but, I thought the change of scene might be fun: wrong. I am pretty sure I just chewed on (and spit out) a piece of chicken in my sofritas burrito. For a vegan, this is pretty awful... I showed up, was happy there were only 3 people in front of me. I waited for at least 20 minutes. Once finally up there, he began making my burrito until I looked down and asked, "Are you out of sofritas," to which he realized it was empty, went to check, and confirmed they were out. I questioned it once more because I figured they most likely had to have and make more since this is their business. He then said, "Oh yeah, we will probably have some more in ten or fifteen minutes." So, I left and went to the grocery store. I came back with a few people in front of me. I walked up to check and see that it had been refilled but felt a little bewildered to see that there were some peppers inside it, which I knew wasn't commonplace but just hoped and figured a few veggies got inside. But, now l'm pretty sure I just tasted chicken for the first time in fifteen years. The whole experience was a giant waste of time and actually made me laugh. The music of Eminem was playing loudly in the kitchen and overpowering the music in the main area, followed by some Bone Thugs. I wanted to think they were having a good time, but all of them looked kind of depressed. Maybe they were high? Either way, no chicken in the vegan meat, por favor -and also, it just took way too long for me to want to return to this location. Maybe I will try in a few months? I don't think this reflects the young kids that are working there, necessarily, but perhaps whoever is in charge of training them or encouraging them? Everyone had the energy of dread. read more

Co worker and I ordered steak salads online for pick up. Big mistake. This location is so incredibly cheap with their toppings. Both of us got what were the smallest portions I have ever seen a Chipotle serve. What we got wasn't even worth the money we payed. I'm not expecting a huge salad- but at least make it so the bowl is full! His salad barely filled half of his bowl and he ordered more toppings than I did. Mine had barely a handful of greens, a couple slices of steak and maybe a tablespoon each of guac, sour cream and pico. It definitely didn't fill half of the bowl. I store there for 5 min the only one in line 3 people behind the counter no one said a word to me they continued talking amongst themselves looked at me said nothing a 4th lady came up to take food inventory looked right at me said nothing. I asked her if somebody worked there and she pointed at the girls I gave her the look that said" so why am I not being helped" she then tapped one girl on the shoulder said something the girl walked away and the lady taking inventory helped me. I wrote a review months ago regarding a supernatural presence in chipotle and would like to elaborate. My girlfriend and I purchased two bowls and two bags of chips with a couple of drink. We sat down and ate at one of the circle tables onlooking the nice view of the parking lot. While we were enjoying our lunch I put a napkin in the chip bag and then almost immediately noticed part of a hand grab the chip bag and the napkin that I put in there came flying out of the bag. Both me and my girlfriend stared at each other in shock. How can something like that happen? I thought I was seeing things I explained to her what I saw but she did not see the hand, only the napkin fly out of the bag. Whether you're skeptical or not it is definitely something you would have to experience in order to really understand something that is unexplainable. We call it the haunted chipotle now. If anyone else has experienced anything similar I definitely want to hear about it! read more

Chipotle is usually a predictable stop with healthy options. It may have been because we arrived at 12pm that it was a bit of a hot mess. Many of the topping options were at the bottom of the metal trough. Nothing like getting the last scoop of salsa. Many of the tortillas were ripping and had to be rewrapped. We made it through the line and had a good lunch. I think the 3 stars is accurate. read more

After debating for what I wanted for lunch for quite some time, I came to a Chipotle around lunchtime and it was super busy. The line was long and I definitely expected that because it's Chipotle. It's affordable and tastes great. People were waiting in line to order in-person and on the side for their online order. The staff were working their hardest to push the orders through and I definitely give them so much props. They were alternating making online orders and taking in-person orders and they were just so sweet, even though it was never ending for them. They were also super prepared with ingredients and were constantly changing it out. Once I was able to order after waiting for about 25 minutes, I ordered my bowl and a large guac and was out in less than 3 minutes. The chicken burrito bowl tasted amazing, worth the wait! Starting our low carb diet here, I had the sale bowl. Chorizo, lettuce, grilled veggies, salsa. Tasty, filling, hot, fresh and very low carb. I have a feeling I will be coming back here regularly. The wife went for the chicken version, adding guac and cheese. The folks behind the counter were cheery, fast and efficient. At $21.20 for two meals with drinks it's not too bad. read more

usually i don't have a problem but this time the portions were off. there was barely any meat, few pieces of lettuce, and little to no cheese. usually the bowls are full like when you open it stuff spills out ( we get all the fixings ) and the bowls were barley full. maybe about half full or a little less. the food was a little off too. had some clumps of hard rice, vegetables weren't fully cooked, and the chips were greasy and not crunchy. also the worker there made me feel rushed as i tried to read an order off my phone. i know its a fast pace environment but i was also trying to help my mom order ( she doesn't speak the best english ) this was probably my worst experience i had at chipotle. read more
