I would give this place a zero if I could. Worker was for sure under the influence and messed up my order 4 times and scooped out the food and put the right one in after. They looked like they were about to fight and couldn't bother putting the cheese on and out it in a container and gave it to me. Everytime the food gets on the counter they throw it under the table and there's stains on the floor and the ambiance sucks. read more

Last time I went they threw my burrito on the table after making it and tossed a bag at me so I can put it in myself. Today I got a burrito and it literally looked like soup didn't even end up eating it threw it completely out service isn't the greatest when it's busy. read more

I'm here now and this chick that starts the line is a moron. She's keeps asking and saying what and looking clueless and dropping the scoops back into the containers like she doesn't want to be here doing this job. If you're going to be miserable then why be in customer service? Do better. Service sucks here read more

This place gives the least amount of meat. Why do they do this? Is it so that we have to pay to double the meat? I wouldn't recommend

every time i order my food to work, they never put a fork. how on goods green earth do you expect me to eat a bowl without a fork? like wtf

Didn't even bother to get food, places consistently full of extremely loud high school kids yell yelling at each other. Kids are doing nothing but taking up tables. I'm looking at their phones not eating food. read more

the food is good but it is usually a hit or miss here last time i asked for tacos with chicken, lettuce, and sour cream , and i got this (first picture) it happened maybe three times after that. Wish I could give this zero stars. I used to order from them at least once a week. A friend would pick it up for me. I would always get double chicken, but it wasn't double at all. Then one day I went myself to pick it up. The place was filthy. The tables were dirty, floor was sticky and disgusting. Garbage overflowing, and when I went to go get my order by the register, Two workers were talking to each other and were ignoring me. I stood there for a while and I had to say excuse me can I have my order? She looked annoyed. When I got home, again very little chicken the guacamole was off, and the sour cream was runny. I decided to never go back there again. Bubbakoo is a much better choice. Clean place, workers are friendly, and the food is good. Oh yes, and one time I ate chipotle and the next day was having a lot of Gastro problems. If the place is dirty, and the workers don't care, very bad mix and dangerous to your health. read more

This location is always busy. I've had several instances where I have ordered ahead on the app and I've gone to pick it up and they said my order was already picked up. Placed an order again to pick up with a half hour notice of when I would be in the area. The app never updated the order to say in progress. I arrived at the store, and I noticed there was no food bags on the shelves where you would normally pick up your food. So I'm just standing there for a good 10-15 minutes, still my app doesn't update or say my order was started. Finally someone asks me what the name is and they grabbed the food from behind the register and handed it to me. It's weird the app didn't update and it's also strange they didn't have sign or something to say ask for your order. Also was disappointed I asked for salad dressing and they had none. read more

I used the app and ordered ahead. I really like how the app shows the progress of the order. My order wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be but I did need in about 5 minutes later and got a message it was ready. However, once I went to the shelf it wasn't there so I did end up having to wait even longer to ask the staff where it was and they got it from the back. Other than that my food was made correctly and tasted good so no complaints there! I also got a free side of guac for my birthday reward so that was a plus. read more

Absolute worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and it's not from just one experience, but multiple visits! Every single time I go there they either fuck up my order, or the quality of the food sucks, and the place is ALWAYS a mess inside! I even went there late at night and I saw them standing on the grill with their dirty sneakers literally standing on top of the grill in order to reach something above with their dirty sneakers! That was the last time I went a couple years ago. read more

Worst fucking chipotle in the county do not come here. The food is severely overpriced for what you get. They'll give you underportioned, overcooked, under seasoned food. I used to work at chipotle Ik how it's supposed to taste. The burritos are never filled with what you asked you'll barely taste it the chips are never even a quarter of the way filled they don't even give you a full cup of cheese or guacamole. My burrito was cold and barely tasted of anything and fell apart, my chips were salty to all hell. It's amazing how grown adults can't make better food than me at 16. Over STAY AWAY MAKE THE TRIP TO HOWELL! (You can't even call them their phones is a robot that only takes orders lmao) read more

This has to be the worst Chipotle location in America, I challenge someone to find a worse one. I sadly order from here a lot because it's the closest one to me, and every time I order I think to myself, "this is going to be the time that they don't mess up my order". They still find a way to mess it up every single time. It's actually impressive that the odds are on their side to get at least one order right and they can't do it. I decided to go in store today because how could they mess it up if I'm physically there? I ordered my son a quesadilla and the employee melted the cheese EVERYWHERE and all around the foil so that I couldn't even separate the quesadilla from the foil when we got home. Completely inedible. Not to mention they didn't give the three sides that are supposed to come with the kids meal. They just threw it in a bag and handed it to me. read more

As soon as you step inside you will want to turn around. The last two visits were the same. Trash and food all of the dining area and drink bar. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I ordered online for pick. The order wasn't ready when promised even though there were 3 employees standing around behind the counter not working on anything. Both times they were out of chips as well as other items like lettuce, salad dressing and the additional items for kids meals. So glad they are building another one not to far from me. read more

I only downloaded this app because of how bad this chipotle location is... This restaurant feels like some kind of twisted social experiment. It's criminal how understaffed they are--just two poor teenage girls running around, clearly overwhelmed because management refuses to hire more help. The place is filthy, the service is slow, and the entire experience is disgusting. I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid this disaster of a location. Honestly, they should just shut it down. read more

CHECK YOUR TAKEOUT ORDER BEFORE U LEAVE! I stopped using this establishment long ago but my kids haven't, even tho chances are there's always an issue. Last time my daughter had doordash deliver and she got someone else's food that she had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. So what's the point?? Paid so much extra for doordash for nothing. This time she ordered takeout and she went in there grabbed it and came home. It wasn't till she came home and opened it that she saw there was about one inch height of food in there. How ridiculous! 1-inch tall Chipotle for $10!!! Absurd. Maybe finally my kids have learned to avoid Chipotle read more

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to, the slop left over on the serving lines that is dropped form serving spoons gets all over a burrito , (hope you like bean juice and 3 different types of sauce on your tortilla that was sitting on counter because the staff can't do it like a civilized human) workers don't change their gloves when getting different types of cheese sauces or hot sauces so hope you like that smeared all over your burrito as well I've tried this place 3 times and this was my experience , worst chipotle just close the location at this point.... read more

Was there this morning 12/13/24. Usually the employees at this location are pretty nice, but this morning a girl working there with neck tattoos was so unbelievably nasty, not only to the customers but to her fellow staff member. She mangled the tops to my bowls so bad I had to ask for replacements and do it myself. She showed no interest in doing her job and should not be in a customer facing position. Asked her for her name and she mumbled something under her breath. read more

Ordered vegan chorizo bowls for delivery my brother and I on the Chipotle App. In case you didn't know, they do upcharge $2 on menu items on the app if you are ordering delivery, but there is no transparency on what these fees are used toward. The delivery itself was quick and on time. The chorizo had a good texture and taste, but was quite salty. The food itself was good, but this location was out of white rice and lettuce, and I found a piece of plastic in my food which was unfortunate. Corporate Chipotle offered me 2 free entrees in response, which was appreciated. read more

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This location consistently messes up my order without fail. It's either missing something, has extra of something that's not on the order, or a completely different order all together. I order on the app and it is the exact same order every single time and somehow it's incorrect every single time. I have an extremely simple order yet it's always wrong somehow. The only reason I order from this location is because it is the closest to me when i'm at work. I am one incorrect order away from never spending my money at chipotle ever again. read more

If their corporate ever reads this, they should be aware that this location has to be the absolute worst Chipotle in probably a 30-mile radius, and I've happily been to quite a bit. First and foremost, you need more Chipotle restaurants in our area. There's only this one Freehold, NJ location, so basically many nearby towns are a captive audience to this atrocity. While the place can get mediocre at best, every visit seems like they have an ongoing contest to see if they could do worse than yesterday. In previous visits, they have served undercooked rice, their fryer was broken, so no tortilla chips, they are regularly out of fajita vegetables before 6PM, and the register/point-of-sale machine kept crashing. So, they manage to run out of ingredients way before dinner time, but there is no way in hell it's because the staff is so generous with the portions. It's just that they don't prepare for what should be expected for any given day. In fact, this location staffs the stingiest people that barely add enough, or remove when they think they've put too much, then have the nerve to say that would charge for 'double meat.' Talk about insult to injury. Corporate, please discreetly (or not) visit this place at your own risk to see how bad they can muck up a decent brand like yours. read more

Delicious fast food, clean restaurant and good service. We frequently eat in and times take-out.

Used to be a solid location, however had nothing but negative experiences lately. -runs out of ingredients way too often and way too early in the night. Twice they've ran out of fajita veggies and this was hours before closing time. One time even ran out of lettuce, which is one of the most common add on. Also they don't even make a note on your order if the requested ingredient is out. One time they even manage to run out of FORKS! -Online ordering is not more convenient, had to wait an extra 20 mins to receive an order set for 8pm, didn't leave till 8:25pm. What's the point of ordering through the app if I have to wait 20 mins? I might as well stand in line. -Management or any type of quality control seems to be nonexistent read more
